Why should you become a Regimental Commander?:
I believe that I should become the Specialized Regimental Commander because I have had the pleasure of watching this server continue to expand and adapt to the gmod landscape that it is today. The progress that the command team has put in these past few months has been in my opinion the most this server has ever seen. From the position of Executive Officer, I have noticed that the High command team was not always as attentive to the battalions that they oversee, although this is a negligible response to a constantly changing environment on the server. I have made it a point during my time as a commander that the transparency between units on whether or not you are able to continue your duties is a must and I believe that I have the classifications to apply my experiences. I have had plenty of time sitting back and relaxing on the server while actively avoiding command responsibilities because of the past standards and the laid laid-back of the server at the time, but now I have the motivation to assist the server in achieving a high standard within the Specialized Regiment by showing the qualities and advantages that SOBDE, RANCOR and Coruscant Guard battalions. Each of these battalions has unique qualities that are extremely supportive of the tone that the High command is looking for. I am also constantly reading more about the lore of these battalions and finding ways to associate their abilities from a (gmod roleplay) server perspective.

Main Goal:
Specialized Missions and a close advisory on the promotion of sub-units in and outside of battalions. While also promoting interactions with the server in a lore friendly way.

Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?: 

When my term has ended I would like to have these battalions enjoy more roleplay than ever and have more activity on the server without having to worry about having nothing to do. I would like to accomplish the idea that utilizing these battalions correctly for all staff and players on the server is clear and consistently applied.

SOBDE:

BCMD: Beetle
SL/CMD: Ollie
SL: Iceman

SOBDE is in a very stable place with a very important update to the battalion in the upcoming days to come with the addition of null. It is my goal to help as much as I can to make sure that the squad is added and progresses as smoothly as possible. SOBDE is a very special place for me since the battalion is made up of lore characters big and small, but that does not mean that they are perfect for that reason alone. The main issue with SOBDE is the interaction standard on the server and the following events after that. This means that the very small interactions that one squad makes can lead to roleplay for the rest of the day for the entire battalion since it is so small. I am hoping to further assist BCMD Beetle by promoting the use of missions that would interact with other battalions directly on a daily basis.

 

Rancor:

Rancor is doing a very good job at the moment with rising concurrent and new player numbers by the day! Their numbers are high 8 troopers actively playing every day. However, the Rancor command has discussed with me that their main sentiment for their battalion's health is for Alpha. Alpha troopers in Rancor specialize in the tactical application of skills on and off the battlefield through training clones on a more in-depth process to further extend their life expectancy in the upcoming skirmishes and battles. Alphas are being looked up to as trainers of course but they are still being heavily underlooked on the server as a whole. To help fix this issue I want to assist by hosting training and events for Rancor to test and teach ARC tactics to the rest of the server on a grander scale. I have plans to create covert missions that encourage the activity and interactions between the Rancor, CG, and SOBDE battalions. The tasks that I would give Rancor would further the process of training that Brooklyn is looking for and would allow the Alpha class ARC troopers to take the lead in roleplay scenarios where they would shine the most. I hope to improve the roleplay skills and usage of ARCs across the server with the idea of a small but fun interaction based on the Marshal Commanders/Directors roleplay standards. I will do all of this while also assisting in the support of the ARC trainings such as Selections and Leadership whenever I am available or whenever an ARC trooper asks. Of course, I am planning to attend every single ARC training possible to assist in this process. 

 

Coruscant Guard:

CG is currently in a fixed state where the main battalion is progressing very well but the Subunit Diplomatic Services needs some work. While CG has been having a somewhat sporadic activity level I can say they are averaging better numbers than in the past. Even though CG has lower player numbers than other battalions they have made up for by having better Roleplay standards than most.  My main objective here is to assist in the process of the online activity retention span similar to Rancor and SOBDE with exclusive assignments. I will be promoting CG’s cooperation in more simulation training/scenarios with other battalions and within the Regiment as a whole. I am looking forward to CG picking up the pace and becoming a powerhouse of roleplay through close interactions on the server as Regimental and specially-made missions to keep the members who shine the brightest occupied.

 

How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?: 

I hope to improve relations by creating events/trainings, I would like to express the amount of experience that the Alpha/RC have in roleplay scenarios by hosting “Bootcamps”. I would like to further promote interactions between CG and the rest of the server by allowing more investigative scenarios to play out with the end goal being a higher interest in interactions completely.

I've worked with you in the past and what you want to do sits well with me. Also during our 1-1 convo I was pleased with the confidence you had going into this. Being more focused on the cohesion of the regiment as it has been separate for a long time is a good thing.
