Reason for leaving: I can't quite do what is needed of Directors right now, high staff wise. It's been a really rough 6 months and I've very little energy left for keeping things afloat right now. I'm not abandoning Synergy, but I am stepping back before I let it get to far in my head. There is a lot of things that all of us can do to improve Synergy, and I will continue to help. @Marvelis an absolutely amazing partner and I thank him for the time together.  I've spent a lot of my effort, time, and hope here, and I know it won't go under.

Farewells: I'll write the people who've impacted my journey through Staff. If It wasn't just them, it'd be every god damn member of the community. I love you people. You know that.

@Beetle@Cubbywill be fuckin' great. Already are, but will be great directors.

@ShockpointOne time you called me "That motherfucker." That made me cry. I don't know why, but to have a truly deep and meaningful friendship with one of the coolest people in the planet, someone who I'm a literal fan of, was an honor. A fucking Honor.

@Jovanovic@Guac @Mazen @Daytona211 @Dono @jacobfyfeTruly, the peak of gamemastering began and ended with you guys. I can't think of anyone I'd have rather worked with. You know how much I love you all.

@Conrad Your heart is a unique one. You mean a lot to me. You mean so much to me.

 @RangerDanger I've been building for 2 years straight. I'd consider myself pretty good at it. But you make me question if I can hold the crown. I see your talent. Keep growing it, and you'll be unstoppable.

@Maddoxx I'm glad you kept me around. We are polar opposites in a lot of ways, but I hope you took my ramblings to heart. God knows, you had to put up with them for a LONG time.

There's a million other people I love here. But I'm still here. Do not fret.

 

At the end of the day, Stay calm, folks. Stay here. I'm still gonna be here, as this is my home. I just need to take a bit of a step back from managing the staff team. As director- I hope you guys in the Founder Team read and listen to some of the feedback on that big post. There's definitely valid stuff. I had a talk with Forseen, and you guys should definitely connect.

You have been, hands down, one of the most amazing people to work with in staff. You really helped me continue to push myself further with everything. From GM work, to Staff work, and everything in between. I don't think I'd be where I am without your guidance. You are a huge role model for me within Synergy, and being able to work alongside you has been nothing short of a fantastic and unforgettable experience. I know you said you'll be back, but High Staff work won't be the same without your energy, and I'll miss working with you.

And although you might not be able to continue the job thats expected of you, I know that your presence alone has done and will continue to do wonders for Synergy. o7 One of the greatest GMs and builders this server has seen. Every time i would see you build something around the server i would always think "damn if i only knew how to build better", you were a guy full with ideas and creations to bring to the table. Sad to see you leave the staff team

I saw you typing this earlier after watching you get put to VIPUser and getting your tags taken in TS.

My heart sunk.
As a GM you were astounding. Next level. I wish i could've been to more of your deployments. As some of the ones i did go to were some of the best ever.

As a Director, You were approachable, easy to talk to, understanding and you were quite active,

As a Player. you are one of the best roleplayers i've met, you constantly amaze me with your ability to roleplay and how far you'll go to keep RP going or to stay in character.

I look forward to doing more things with you, and i'm glad this wasn't a server resignation. Thank you for everything

I still remember when you got scared when me or shockpoint generally any higher up would join the same TS channel as you glad to have seen the growth firsthand you changes the GM team and server for the better.

Mavelle... Man, this is a huge loss. I'm glad you're hanging around, but I'm sure gonna miss you as a director and especially a Game Master. Synergy won't feel the same without your events. You genuinely changed Synergy for the better.

Also, God damnit, now @BlueBeetle is the next in line for Director. Why have you done this to us?
