Battalion or squad you are applying for: BCMD Gree

Experience:  My experience in CMD+ Runs short, but my time on the server runs back to the old days. 2 months or so after Synergy's creation.
Prior 41st / 327th

I spent almost all my time on this server as a member of the 41st known as Wolf until I had the name change to Maddox on the Venator Extensive map. I began dedicating everything I had into this battalion even as a PVT climbing the ranks of the newly spawned Synergy Role play Clone Wars server. My first time on a star wars server! I quickly became a favored NCO under the Command of BCMD Egg during his long 2-year term where my first week as a Sergeant I excelled in training with an estimated around 25 CTs in 1 week. Only to be bested by my own recruit wombat who produced 32 in his first week as SGT. I was amazed by how the 41st worked so well together and pushed myself to reach the rank of 2ndLT and from then on my ability and learning only strengthened me. I used my officer Role in the 41st to train our troops that a good officer doesn't create troops he that can follow, but troops that when the time comes can step up to lead. I still stand by this rule of mine to this day. Eventually, I reached the rank of LTC in the 41st and some things fell through. I transferred myself into the 327th where I worked under the command of BananaBerry when he was BCMD Bly. I worked hard to assist in any way I could in the 327th who accepted me as a Major MEDO. We pushed through PT, after a disappointing display of what can only be described as a minge fest. I was saddened by this and worked with the 327th Officer Corps to change the title of Minge Battalion within the 327th. We busted our asses with training and simulations to increase our role-play skills, combat, and overall maturity when it came to Synergy itself. In the end, 327th died out and I went back to my home in 41st to be accepted by Egg again while facing another rank knockdown for transferring was going to be a thing. That never seemed to bother me. I then once again reached the rank of LTC on the Venator_Exeten map where I worked hard on implementing all the training's and simulations I prepared for any battalion to improve their ability overall I even was apart of the group that worked towards making the documents and training for our soon to be Elite Corps jobs! 41st at this time, in my opinion, was as at its prime. Active members everywhere, crushing battalion after battalion in PvP we were impossible to skim by. A new chapter in my life started at this time and it was my time to leave the server for a while.

Returning To Synergy as a 21st!

I returned to synergy on the planet of Endor when I was asked about by Blackout who at the time was Derphix. Derphix convinced me to join the 21st since my previous brothers in 41st were either banned or left after Egg's removal and I practically knew no one. I started out back at the bottom as a 21stNC PVT Maddox eager to push my way up into the ranks again and experience all the changes and updates made to the server. I became Special Operations and then apart of Shadow Company as Shadow-7 where I reached the rank of 2ndLT around the time we came to Anaxes. I worked alongside Gene and Matra as Keller and Bacara. Also with the 21st current Blackout Sawbone at that time known as Shadow 22. At this time I was running constant GMACTs, EOD, TECH and other training's that the 21stNC needed to get into SO, or GM. I achieved the rank of 1stLT and I ended up transferring back into the 41st once Egg became the BCMD of 41st once again, also because some issues stirred up with favoritism within the 21st that pushed me to leave and go back to my roots.

Current 41st Timeline

Coming back into the 41st I was Granted 1stLT and had to conform to the massive change between the serious battalion 21st was and the not so serious battalion 41st was. It was rough and a lot of officers did not particularity like me coming from 21st and "pushing 21st ways" into the battalion. I reformed myself to balance out what was my serious and role play only trooper and my semi-serious self into the 41st. I rose through the ranks assisting in anything I could with making the new 41st Elite Corps training, making BARC, attempting to assist with all roster work I could. Obtaining my ARC in the 41st and spending my time as a lower officer doing things Senior Officers do on the daily. I eventually reached the rank of LTC once again, back to where I was at my peak. I didn't want to stop there however, I wanted to show that I am worthy of the rank of CMD. Egg's term came to an end and Grief became BCMD. We didn't get along at first as I -1 his application for reasons that you can read on his app. After talking with him I told him what I expected and what I don't want to see him fall into. In the end, we came to an agreement and I +1 his app hoping he would make a massive change and help 41st get back to its peak. A bit into Grief's term I was given the Rank of CMD, followed by Bruise and Resigned CMD Ice Wolf. Through my first month of Commander went on LOA. I worked so hard to reach CMD that I burnt myself out. Yet I came back 25 days into Griefs term ready to go. When I was a low-rank officer I looked up to XO REGL Tetra a lot. I sparred him constantly to attempt to win to prove I was worthy of TG and after finally beating him I was waived for TG. I enjoyed the way he ran rosters and documents, trying to keep everything organized. Once I returned I learned tetra vanished. He was eventually removed and set to legacy CPT. With this in mind, I knew it was time to get to work. I remade everything I could. With the help of Forseen I remade Tetra’s old automated roster, I revamped AT-RT and BARC, Worked along side IceWolf, and Bruise in every decision needed to be made in the 41st in Grief's absent. I constantly went on single player to build dupes to train the 41st troopers to be the best that they can in CQC/CQB, Roleplay, Call outs, battle communications, and even pushed 41st a bit more on the serious side. With keeping every trooper in 41st serious and as mature as possible during events, simulations, encounters or anything role-play related, yet still giving them that opportunity to chill and let their goofy side out in TS and such sort without causing a negative affect on the public look of the 41st. I was then promoted to the rank of XO where I uphold all the same standards as before to push the battalion where it is needed. I stepped up and took the REGL position in Tetra’s absence and have been working hard on assigning people who I believe will do great in the regimental lead spots. I main only my trooper, I have no interest in Jedi anymore nor Naval. I now take command of the 41st as Grief's removal and I will continue to do my best to keep the battalion going to its peak regardless if I get Gree or not!

Why should you become a Battalion Commander?:

I have devoted so much into this battalion, spending time making dupes on my single player for the 41st troopers to learn, gain experience and enjoy playing on the server which as increased activity, I push to follow the rules to the T and have had constant praise from other BCMDs, CXOs, and CMDs among the Synergy Roleplay server for my strengths in leadership and communication. I worked hard and people around the server took notice and I do not plan on stopping. I plan on improving our current Green Company. Not that there is anything wrong with the people, but the jobs are basic CTs with Camouflage which makes them boring, not worth the Elite Training troopers go through to achieve Green Company. I also wish to continue to work with our Regimental leads in creating training's that are fun and also improves a troopers skill in which they specialize in (I.E. MED, ENG, ARC, ARF). I main my trooper so I do not have any jobs I need to fulfill. I have gained respect from the majority of the High Command and High Staff on the server just simply doing what I do now. Running training, simulations and aiming to reach the peak that I know 41st can be. I will constantly improve on teaching my troopers to not be followers, but to be leaders! If a problem comes up I will face it head-on, I will be one with the 41st Battalion. Making it known that my rank as BCMD shouldn't spite them with fear of talking to me about problems within the 41st or life in general. I will always be open to suggestions and give every trooper a fair chance with their life in the 41st. I will make sure our officer corps is as strong as possible and that each of them teaches troopers to become leaders! I will continue to push for a better looking 41st battalion, making the 41st live up to being Elite!

Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?:

Yes I understand the Lore of the 41st quite well.

Availability: I am quite active on the server, only time I am not on is if I am asleep or dealing with IRL situations which rarely takes me off the server. If I am playing other games I always have discord on and active so I can see when I am messaged or what is happening.

Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: I have been in the server since about mid July of 2017. Taking a decently long 6-7 months break near the end of Venator extensive and the beginning of Endor.

Do you have a microphone?: Yes I do

Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: I want the 41st to be a battalion that catches peoples eye, something that other battalions inspire to match up to, I want the 41st to be Elite, in PvP and PvE. With leadership and maturity. I want the 41st to be something that gets recognized for the training's we host, the Roleplay we produce and the vibe we bring the server! I want it to be that at anytime someone among the 41st can take lead of a situation and command as current Senior Officers and some CMDs do regardless of that troopers rank. I will achieve this with the simulations we run and the training we will go through together as a battalion,. I want to see the 41st working with other battalions during events as if we were all 1 big battalion that has known each other for months. Doing this with joint training's and utilizing current REG CMDs to set sims or training's like that up. The only way to improve is to step up and make these things happen. I want to inspire other troopers in my battalion to step up and take lead, maybe even as a BCMD if my term ends and I do not reapply. For my troopers to step up and continue pushing for which I wish to pursue and that is the peak I know 41st has the ability to reach.

Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes I do.

Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank?: Yes I do understand that.

Thank you for taking your time to read my Gree Application. I hope you take me into consideration as the Leader of the 41st! I will not let you down!

+1 Maddox beside Tetra you were my first Commander within the 41st you helped me put with so much. I couldn’t thank you enough for what you did for the battalion. You and bruise deserve it equally as much. BCMD can get very mentally challenging sometimes but you and bruise will be able to make it through the tough times with each other.

Where to begin...

Maddox is one of the most dedicated individuals that I have ever had the pleasure of leading. From way back in the day, he gave his all to everything he put his mind to which is something that is very valuable these days and it was my pleasure to have him in my battalion. Maddox is a leader. He understands the people around him and if he does not, he makes it his mission to figure them out. He is kind and merciful, but also he knows when he needs to be harsh and firm to keep things under control. Maddox will stand up for the people up for under him because he respects them and as I said earlier, he is a leader. He does not act without information and he is able to see the bigger picture and guide those he leads to a better place. I know I said I would run again after grief was done, but I think it is time for this lad to step up fully to take up this mantle. If you ever need me @Maddox07, I'm just a ping or 2 away.

Good luck and godspeed my friend.

P.S.

Delete the XO position again because it's bad

I haven't played on this server long but one thing I know is that Maddox would be a very qualified Gree. He's able to have a serious tone as well as lead very efficiently but still be chill and not act like he has a stick up his ass. He's also very active

What have you done to improve the 41st in your current position? What would getting BCMD allow you to do that you can't currently do?
I'm jw so I can give a more fair assessment on both applicants.

I have enforced a serious standard in the 41st as my time in CMD and XO with trying to balance the Minge and Serious of the 41st Battalion. One of the most heart breaking things is hearing people bash on our battalion for being a Minge Battalion or a meme battalion. Even worse is having this factor prevent us from attending training or deployments because people do not want to deploy a minge battalion. I know some of the OG 41st do not like this seriousness that Bruise and myself have attempted to enforce because 41st has always been a "Meme Battalion". However we have new blood in the battalion that enjoy the more serious side during Role play scenarios. Myself and Bruise work together to keep the 41st Serious during events, simulations, encounters, and anything role play on the server, but also allowing people to get their derp out without it having a bad impact on how people look at the 41st. Getting BCMD will allow me to continue to enforce these rules along side Bruise and bring a whole new look on the 41st. I couldn't really currently do this because I did not want to stir up issues with our OG members or previous BCMD (Grief). I will also be able to make decisions on the spot without waiting for a response from the BCMD which sometimes when decisions that needed his input and he was not able to be there at that time, it got a bit irritating. However in all reality Bruise and I both have the same aspirations and ideas in mind and we constantly talk about the future of the 41st. We have already started setting up some rule changes and standards we want to meet (NO NOT REQUIREMENTS) because the BCMD will not divide Myself and Bruise. I will also be able to use the BCMD role to give a boost to the 41st Leadership moral. Having your BCMD there that knows and gets along with everyone in the battalion is a massive boost to the morals. I could not fill that as an XO even though I was a high officer I was not the Lore Character that is the lead of the 41st which I have been told by multiple people within the 41st makes a big difference.
