In the first day as Yoda I got done more than the previous yoda throughout his term. The activity in the jedi order skyrocketed, I put good people in leadership positions. And the fruits of their labor helped me through this term. This term helped make the order whole again and helped see the true potintal of the jedi order! My term was a big success and with the help from all the people in the jedi order it made me into a great Yoda! Why do you wish to remain a Grand Master of the Order?: Right now I had fun being Yoda. I fixed a lot of problems and made it fun for a lot of people. Right now I want to iron out the jedi order and make it what it needs to be. Futhermore I want to train my masters to be future yodas, I don't want masters to be forced to become yoda and do a horrible job. The rest of the masters work so hard and I want to me there in the front spearheading our progressive changes. I can't leave the order just yet, There is still lots to be done and more people to help me bring change to the rest of the server! Current availability: Weekdays at 3:00 Weekends all day What are some of your achievements in the order during your past term?: I created a ROE for the Jedi, I introduced Strike Teams a place where people can be apart of a team and be deployed on special missions. I gave more oppurnitunites to padawans to be promoted to knight EX letting them become managers. I also cut down on main trials this was done to stop the trial simulator in the jedi order and promote actual work in the jedi order. I created an intel team to help assist us in updating documents and help code our sheets! Next I helped create Teamspeak channels so people can actually communicate towards each other and not clustered. I helped spearhead reforms and updates for documents! I gained lots of new masters and currently have 23! this is a big step up from the previous orders, New people are the fuel for progressive times in the jedi order. What improvements or changes do you plan on making within the Jedi ordert?: With the new WTOS update coming to the server soontm I want to help make the order into a fun place, A place where you can actually act and feel like a jedi. There is still a couple things to fix for the jedi order like Communication between the council and the rest of the order. I still have a lot of plans for the jedi order like giving branches more oppurtunites and roles in the order. For as long as I can remember, nightmare has been a major part of the order and is always willing to help in any way he possibly can. The order as a whole was struggling because of a string of bad Yodas or councils. Finally he has made it to yoda and is able to truly make his mark on the order in ways that he never really could. Nightmare has done a remarkable job these last few months, not only interacting with battalions and promoting roleplay throughout the server, but by improving the jedi order and returning it to its roots. These last few months, jedi is probably in the best state it has been in a very long time, but there are still things that need to be done and this young lad is not done yet. He has a strong council of masters behind him and is making great strides in continuing to make jedi interesting and engaging on the server. Pyle Posted February 14, 2020 Report Share Posted February 14, 2020 Nightmare for his first term as the little green man has been a great journey. He was able to pick up and dust off the scraps that the previous Yoda had left behind, which included poor communication and left others wondering what is going on. Nightmare has done a remarkable job in the 2 months he has been in this position. There is always room for improvement, especially with a major portion of the server is Jedi. Nightmare is always is easily reachable if anyone has any questions and is on the server almost everyday helping Jedi as well as clones. When I came back to the server compared to now, there has been drastic changes to the order and it was a well needed change. The first day Nightmare obtained the position, we got so much stuff done that was very needed. There is always ups and downs, not everything can run smoothly 100% of the time. But Nightmare has clearly shown he is able to handle every situation that was thrown at him. We have actively been communicating with all Jedi and Clones on the server, we have given Jedi more responsibility and more room to actually have fun (One of the biggest is Padawan Managers). We are currently putting an action into plan to better handle discipline within the order to combat anyone that has no intent to RP or does not show intent to reason with anyone on the server. From my perspective since I returned to play, the Council is very much stronger than it used to be. Masters are actually putting in work, we have been able to seek out those who don't want to put in the effort. We are better evaluating future leaders in the Jedi Order, especially new Masters. We are consistently pushing for ways for Jedi to enjoy playing, especially with the new WiltOS system dropping in the future. Nightmare has done an amazing job in his first term as Yoda and I have no doubt he will do an amazing job in his second. +1 Link to comment

A lot of changes have been made to a stagnant system prior to Nightmare's term. So far he's done a great job, and I know if we continue with this status quo, things will only continue to get better within the Jedi Order.
