-1 You don't have any solid plans or ideas, and what little you do have is stuff you should be doing right now. Your reason for wanting Yularen is also lacking in my view. Documentation work and small projects aren't what drive a faction. Naval needs a strong leader right now, that will motivate them to get on, and someone that will teach the next generation of naval officers not only how to do the job of naval, but how to lead naval. You don't have the leadership skills to do that, and I don't think you've done enough in naval now to think you're ready to be part of High Command.

I'm all for this change. I've seen firsthand how people struggle to hold multiple positions, and how it affects the people they're supposed to be leading. I'm optimistic this will increase the quality of leaders we have, and push the community in a better direction.

I'm very on the fence about this. On one hand, I appreciate giving you a second chance, and this was one of the better written appeals/apologies. On the other hand, you tormented multiple facets of the community relentlessly both before and after you were banned. It was cruel, unjust, and we have no guarantee that you won't do the same things you did before, aside from your word, which no one should take at face value right now. How can we trust you not to turn back to your old ways? I'm going to -1 because after everything you did, even if you come back I honestly think you would make the community worse. If you do get unbanned, I really hope you prove me wrong.

There's a difference between the 2 suggestions, the biggest being capacity. If a medic has 2 bacta grenades, it's very helpful 2 times. It gives them a boost, but it's not so overpowered that it outclasses everything else. I think giving every base battalion medic job a few bacta grenades would be a really good way to encourage using base battalion jobs without nerfing subunits, and limiting the number of grenades to 2 or 3 doesn't make the medic OP. Not a fan of only giving them to 41st though, if this gets implemented I'd like to see every battalion get them.

See, the problem here is that this is the only section worth paying attention to, and it's still the shortest section, even after your edit. Even putting aside the shortness, what you wrote is the absolute definition of 'generic app'. Your goals are cookie cutter and vague, and in no way tell anyone how this is relevant to 41st in particular. Every BCMD wants their battalion to be successful, but you're a commander in the battalion, and you've been in 41st for a long time. You should be able to articulate the issues with 41st (and boy, are there a lot), and tell us the steps you plan on taking to address the issues. All in all, this was either the most rushed app I've seen in awhile, or you're wildly out of your depth on running a battalion. -1

Sorry my guy, but I gotta -1 this. 104th is in the worst state I've ever seen it. You have 22 people in the battalion, 5 of which haven't been on their clone job this month. Your troops have no stable server presence, motivation to get on or recruit, and the battalion is getting worse by the day. The big server deployment only had three 104th present, which was the least of any battalion. There's clearly a breakdown between your stated goals and what has effectively been accomplished, and I'm not convinced you have the leadership skills to bridge those.

+1 I think everyone should be able to have the option to set their own.

501st is in a pretty bad state, and I honestly don't know if what you're offering is what will revive the battalion. Then again, no one seems to have any concrete ideas. You have the drive, commitment, and leadership skills to be a really good Rex. You were the person I thought should run, and I think you're the only person in 501st right now that has any chance of being Rex. Even if everything you're going to try doesn't work out, I know you'll put your all into it every step of the way. I wish you had more solid ideas to really motivate the battalion into being active, but I also understand the complexity of finding that with the current group you have. Big +1 from me!
