I just want the tech addons to be utilized

Name: Stroodle RP Rank: LTC Suggestion: Ensure that no Purchasable/Kit weapon can insta kill a player at max stats and full health/armor to them. Implementation: Insta kills in my experience do more to harm peoples enjoyment on the server than they do to help it. Its just not fun to play against so why keep something so easily fixable around that dampens peoples enjoyment of the server. Also, it would help make PvP an actually enjoyable experience rather than a battle of the wallets. Lore: N/A Workshop content if applicable: Require Development

Falls under FailRP as it is wasting resources (Tibana Gas used to fuel the weapon for ammo). This would also fall under the common sense ruling. If it was a written rule, people would be hounding eachother over it. You also pay $100 USD to have that gun, I don't think it 1-shoting people is a huge problem... Consirdering there are permaweapons that also 1-shot. We can always just remove the 5th shot doing extra damage instead?

You have a lot of drive, and you're active, but I'm not sure about you. I've seen a lot of questionable things from you on your Senator as well as from other Senators in general- just being completely moronic at best and often times just blatantly going against what their characters would actually do. Before I +1 or -1, I'd like to know- what is your vision for the Senate? Are they meant to be there to play their character? Are they meant to just promote RP by being whatever character they want? An actual answer to this question instead of "Yes I do" would be nice as well.

2/10, we captured cad bane after he died and you still did a /me escapes, then was running around screaming a bunch as Jabba the Hutt, Bossk with a jetpack didn't work out at all, not sure what happened but he literally flew around for 11 minutes straight. The idea is somewhat cool, but the execution was no where near to standard.

Updating to a -1 I have recently bought the Mando rifle for a plethora of reasons (The triple damage on every 5th shot being one of them) and I find myself constantly firing 4 rounds to prepare the insta kill round for whenever I get into a skirmish with a hostile player. Possibly a rule against wasting 4 shots to prepare the insta round could be a solution of sorts if the insta shot was to stay. However if the Mando rifle lost the insta shot it should hands down receive a buff. It's kinda bad without the insta kill shot. There is a good chunk of weapons that honestly ruin a lot of encounters on the server as of late. Personally I am not a big fan of the permanent weapons system but that's another conversation. My points still stand and a founder stated that supposedly wasting ammo to get to the insta shot is already against the rules.

This is a touchy subject for most. Although I agree with you many will say "well I bought it". Tbh I don't think that's a valid argument. Many abuse the Mando sniper (fire 4 shots at nothing in rapid succession and save the last to beam someone) and I do believe it hurts a lot of events and such. It will be a +1 for me but im willing to have my mind changed.

You had your early issues just before and your early times as an officer. You left du to try 501st then came back when i became a commander. I felt your respect and i respected you. I did my best to back you up and pull you out of your darker moments. Youve been through a lot and have learned a lot. I hope my time as your commander help me teach you some of the values to 21st and make your name there. Im proud of the person you grew yo be and im even happier i was there to help you get to that spot. You were a great friend and an even better brother to me. Imo we haven't had (within my time on the server of course) a good clone HC member that is also high staff. Not to say they haven't done some good but they end up staying way beyond their limits and leaving many battalions worse that when they came in. I understand you admiring his dedication but lets be honest dedication by itself only gets you so far. SOBDE REG is 100000% different than MCMD, you go from managing 22 completely independent people to managing 13 semi-depended battalions. I think your brush over the rampant miscommunication within SOBDE as a whole is a bit disingenuous and shows the servers lack of standards when it comes to picking people for HC roles.

One thing is that I want to use the Senate Commando job more and a way I am thinking of doing this is If there are 3 Senators on base and a Senior Senator+ to approve it, I think Senate Commandos should be allowed since in the clone wars if you had this many important people of the republic they would send Senate Commandos to the Base. Right now as a Senior Senator, I do not have the permissions to do this.

I’m just gonna give me own opinion on this matter. I believe that 21st should keep EOD tbh. Yes sometimes EOD has long periods of time between people hosting them, but I know 21st would do the training if somebody asked. Same thing with 104th’s tanks and in this case someone literally said SOBDE waits for people to come to them for IR, I know 21st will do it if people just ask them. I don’t agree with 21st being stripped of their trainings but I do believe they need to be talked to either by high command or their BCMD about getting trainings done, I believe this is an internal error more then anything that the server needs to control. (This is just my opinion) I know SOBDE could take EOD and run with it and do great, but I also think we should give 21st another chance.

This is going to pain me to say that I am going to have to leave the Blackout Role Behind Me. I have genuinely Cared About SO since I joined this battalion 5 months ago. To Speak to all who have supported me and seen me grow I recognize you all as friends of synergy. For all the people in the 21st that I am unfortunately having to leave behind. I am encouraging you all to not grief the loss of myself inside the 21st but prosper and enjoy the good memories that we have had. For whoever becomes the next Bacara I hope you do right by SO and remember the work that I have done to help make it a better place. I love you all dearly Spec Ops. You guys have been my family for the past 5 months and I cant thank you enough or forget that. I hope my name becomes a topic to try to beat what I did. Last thing so why would you have any SA get on the job why not having CG do it because they should get priority but is it the same thing as the CG other thing I don’t know it off the top of my head what it is called

+1 1) “He’s done nothing substantial for SOBDE since he got REG”. I understand this statement, HOWEVER, I want to play a little bit of Devil’s advocate here. When I was in SOBDE (~2 weeks), I seriously saw very little flaws with that SOBDE. When I joined, SOBDE was totally full and filled with competent people that enjoyed SOBDE and were active. After the mass resignation (Teaa, Inosuke, etc.), Fyi (Tech at the time) did exactly what was expected of him at the time. He was hustling tryouts and looking for those suitable for the position. If he were a crappy and undedicated person, he’d just shit out tryouts and not really care who was in the squad. When it came to a situation when Fyi needed to take action, he did. Once he got SOBDE Reg, I don’t believe I’ve seen any situation that has required a drastic response. SOBDE has been nice, full, and plump the entire 30+ days he’s been a Reg. Whether his time as RCMD qualifies him for MCMD, I’m unsure, HOWEVER, I KNOW that he is someone that can be counted on. If action is needed, he will take action without fault. 2) “He prioritizes HA over everything else”. To be frank, I agree. However, there have been PLENTY of High Staff that have held High Command. Noble, Freck, etc. Fyi BRING HA just speaks to how dedicated he is in what he does. If Fyi was someone that couldn’t dedicate/make decisions, he wouldnt be an HA. While I’m concerned about his sanity/mental health if he were to be HA and MCMD, I believe that he would excel at both positions. If anything, a MCMD that is FLUENT with the rules can only be beneficial to the server. 3) “Communication Issues”. While yes, it was pretty dumb to enact an SOBDE-wide rule without talking to the Squad Leads, there is thought behind it. I PERSONALLY don’t agree with the rule, however I understand WHY he would enact it in such a way. When a spot opens up in, for example, Bad Batch, a common behavior for the Lead/XO is to spam as many tryouts as they could until the position is filled. When I was trying out for Scorch/Sev, both Andrews and Bleach would literally run tryouts until 3am (Lix got Fixer at 1amCST, I got Sev a few weeks later at 2amCST). This isn’t a very healthy behavior as it just puts the Lead into a “tryout spam” mode, rather than enjoying their position as their character. Additionally, limiting tryout rounds CAN (not always) keep tryout bias in check and tone down the “favoritism” that some people THINK exists in SOBDE (I personally don’t believe there is, but it has been said). Ultimately, I believe the response that Fyi has gotten from this rule has helped him LEARN that he should communicate with people before enacting a rule. I highly doubt Fyi will make a similar type of choice as MCMD. Is Fyi perfect? No. But, I’m willing to throw my support for him and I think that he’s sufficiently learned the skills needed to be MCMD. However, Fyi, you’ve got a hell of an interview ahead of you. Good luck man.
