It would spawn a GAR flag that lasts for 60 seconds or less, gives a bonus to those within its radius (similar to the bacta grenade circle), and automatically despawns once the timer is up OR is able to be picked up and moved. The bonus is up to the devs to choose one (or if possible, allow the user to cycle through each choice before planting it). Lore: The GAR had flags, cool to plant one in the field of battle and rally by it.
