-1 people could just basically keep the tac for free until they get off after being done on the EJ. Anyways event jobs have enough HP that they don't really need to respawn that often so it's easy to bring them.

+1 I have had numerous discussions with Stix across my time playing here that all show his dedication to Synergy and his will to improve it. He can be levelheaded and knows when to let battalions make their own choices vs when it is necessary to step in. I wholeheartedly believe he would be a great RCMD with the experience on this server to back it up.

Huge agree on this. Deployments and joint trainings like that are literally something a Senior Admin could arrange just be asking an Officer in each of the battalions if they want to get deployed or have a cool joint training (highly doubt any would say no unless they already have something planned out). Why do you need Regimental Commander to do this? I see people say “it’s easier” and I believe I’ve said the same, but honestly if you want to help these so much you can go for SA and do it yourself. I was skeptical of this from the moment I heard you got waived, with most people I spoke to not even knowing who you were or seeing any outreach from you. (It seems like you only started to do this in a serious capacity after you realized you could make a massive power play and got waived. I heard that as of you getting waived you had not spoken to any of the BCMDs yet). -1 apply for Doom instead

Python brings up a great many points here and I do agree with many of them, including having personally witnessed the 1 and 3 quite a bit. I think these things need to be worked on to prevent having an unstable & unhinged Yoda. -1

He dedicated so much time to making it engaging, led by player choice, and a great time all around. Server Performance: 5/5 - Perfect
