+1 I don’t agree with the ARCL screening process and I don’t think adding a reserve roster would be a very good move, but you’ve responded well to the feedback and criticism on this app which makes me trust that you will be able to listen to your battalion and do what’s best for it.

+1 Bacta has an unmatched passion and drive for the server and has shown that with his success in many different roles. He’s had many experiences in high positions such as HA and BCMD for multiple terms and has also been in SOBDE for months, giving him time to adjust to the battalion and understand its issues. I have faith in all 3 candidates that are applying, but I’ve seen firsthand time and time again that Bacta especially has what it takes. Good luck, Mr. West.

+1 I haven’t had any major issues since joining SOBDE, but it does seem that you run the battalion somewhat more passive and less hands on, which might not be the correct approach while trying to enforce these new standards. Good luck with the interview.

8/10 Was only there for the first half but it was pretty decent, lots of effort put into creating RP opportunities which is always good

8/10 There was a lot going on in this and it was on the long end but I was never bored, very solid for how late at night it was hosted

+1 Heavy has been in need of a buff for a very long time, glad to see them finally potentially getting one

+1 He has extensive experience in both battalions and is very fit for the position. Sriracha is probably one of the best possible people to have working to improve relations with SOBDE and Rancor since he is already well known and well trusted by the entirety of the regiment.
