+1 Finn will be great for the job, he is the ideal person for this role and has been a huge part of 212th's success since I have been on the server. I don't know that there is anyone that I would be more confident in to excel in this position and I believe that the responsibilities of ATK REG fit his skill set perfectly.

+1 As Mater's campaign advisor, he has my full support. Also something I'd like to address: As others have previously stated he is indeed Canadian, but I have been working extensively with him to overcome this. Please keep this in mind while voting.

I thought these things would be laid out in the suggestion rather than it just being a screenshot of my message lmao, I didn’t get a chance to see the suggestion until this morning but I’m glad I could clarify.

For some additional context and reasoning for why this was posted, Maverick said in the community discord that he was not the one that changed the permissions but that he agreed with the change and that it’s not that hard to just change channels if you need to. It seemed that the change was not a mistake from the things he was saying. A few people including myself then gave our thoughts on why this may not be a good or necessary change which is when I was DMd this by Maverick: “I would advise you to put it up as a server suggestion for ts. Its a decent arguement you make but its only affecting from what i can tell about 3-4 people at least to whose told me. I need more feedback.” I sent the DM to Mavelle and Bacta so that GM leadership could decide if they wanted to suggest this since I am not currently part of the GM team. While I am glad that this was an accidental change, it did not seem that way and Maverick even said to put up this suggestion so he could receive feedback on it.

+1 No one deserves it more than Bacta, fr the most dedicated person on the server. Can't wait to see the ATK REG bhopping around on the HC stand during DB

A lot of people having to work under the circumstances that you did probably would've resigned from the server, the drive and passion that you have for the server is unmatched. I wasn't here at the time either but I believe it was things like 41st and CG having a speed boost, DU having their shields, 501st and 212th having 100 extra HP, etc. Assuming buffs of this nature are what Conrad is suggesting then +1. I think it sounds very interesting and the extreme push for battalion standardization over the past year or so has not been one that I've been a huge fan of. Eliminating uniqueness from battalions makes things less enjoyable for many even if it creates a more "fair" experience.

As someone who has been blacklisted from battalions and banned from the server in the past, I promise you that the server is more than forgiving and I would be very surprised to learn that you weren't given a fair shot at redemption. You can't expect everyone to just forget what happened, you have to prove to some people that you have really changed, and that is to be expected. Like I said, I was blacklisted from the first battalion I joined for intercom abusing and attempting to ruin an event on the event server. I decided after that that I wanted to take the server seriously like you say you are trying to. I was denied tryouts from every battalion except for one due to my blacklist, and I went on to become the BCMD of that battalion down the road. Stealing LAATs is not how you prove yourself to anyone and you are bringing this upon yourself. Like Axar said it is not too late to make a change, but Conrad is correct that pointing fingers isn't going to help your situation. You talk a lot about wiping things and changing the ARC trainings when the Rancor battalion itself is what is in need of change the most. This app is very short and half of it is a list of your former titles and I don't really see any plans stated for Rancor. All you say is where you want it at the end of your term, not how you're going to get it there. Priorities don't seem to be in the right place so I am going to -1
