Wow, the staff team lost a real one. You had all the intangibles. Some of your work just couldn't be quantified, but it was some of the best in the whole staff team.

8/10 Nice improvisation, you're insane for doing a 3 part event in one night without any planning but it worked so good job

6/10 Pretty good but nothing too far above the average deployment in my opinion. Nice job overall, and there was a decent amount of player choice.

Before i leave a vote on this one, I have a couple questions cause personally I don't see you ready, however you may change my mind 1) Being an Admiral is a harder job than it seems. You get a lot of power and u are treated like a Regimental Commander, you also get a vote in BCMD apps. Now here comes a question: What is a regimental/admiral position to you? 2) I have had some issues with the way you act in game from time to time: Can you please tell me how will you ensure that you remain professional, how in your eyes an Admiral should act: 3) "--Interaction-- The Navy hasnt always been in the best spot with communications with the community, with you guys. I wanna change that, as a community we should all get along and help eachother, and a naval member should treat it like a ship not a base, on a base you sometimes are on eachothers lips, on a Venator for example you are always on eachother their lips and there is no escape about it. I want the navy to interact with the community during and outside of events and not only in OOC." 5/10 Dupe was amazing but the lag and the length were just too much. Note that I joined about an hour late. 90% of the server does not have the attention span to match shoot em ups of this length. If you used a smaller group and included more RP for individuals to do, I think it could work better.
