-1, you have a lot of ideas which is cool I guess but they all seem extremely half baked and just sort of not very good at all. A lot of the ideas presented are actually already apart of Navy such as "tasks" which navy can do by themselves it's just not a system HC ever made us of and "event leads" which is another system later Navy HC made very little use of but very much already existed. This section is the most blatantly just very bad. You need to re run for any admiral rank every month or until someone challenges you which could be literally an hour after you got it. Why would anyone ever willingly run through this awful voting system when they can basically have all the exact same privileges but as a lower rank. Refusing to pick your own HC and letting your battalion decide through monthly terms people must willingly run for limits your HC significantly. The only reason people would run for it right now is because there are no members of navy to vote against them. ALso the hang over of no kicks/arrests/bans at all means you are basically going to be the only person who could ever hold these positions. Arrests, kicks, bans: none of them matter as long as the person isn't banned right now and hasn't done something absolutely henious in the last few weeks. Who gives a ashit if the best person in navy sat on a railing, why would you have such an unobtainable standard for a completely unrelated position, I guess it sounds impressive but you just will never have anyone ever hold it. it's an RCMD for the same reason Yoda is, factions are lead by RCMDs because their needs are very specific and so need their own HC representation. this should be something you know since you're running for the position, understanding it's roles is a bit important? your top, and only, reason for being a good admiral is document making. This is a cool skill but far from essential, you need actual leadership skills and ability to play out ideas, being able to listen to people but know when you need to stick to your guns. A lot of your replies lack confidence and you concede tonnes of stuff about your document which makes it seem like you slapped all the ideas you knew into a doc and hoped people would see it as you being full of good ideas. Navy needs an admiral yularen and your document just screams intel director.

We've had this talk. DU is rhe most out if place, loreless, pointless battalion. There is nothing special about them except their heavy rules and shield. There's nothing to use rhen for, that's why they're the only ones with fanon vecauee their lore is that terrible. The reason this post is terrible is because it asks for 91st or 327th back lol 2 equally useless battalions who have been removed I think 3 times each. We need to remove battalions and then leave it like that. DU takes up room and its room we don't have at all, it needs to be rid now and without a replacement

I don't really understand what you do as a sector commander because your notes on everything are pretty lacklustre. You seem to have a observer mindset so what do you do that's better than having the position just be unoccupied?

Because this happens every time a unpopular thing goes through we get a classic case of 1 step in a process. But we never learn that process and suddenly the process stops without anyone knowing and we're stuck with the dogshit transitional stage

Then why is tour first response to criticms always to make bad jokes as if there's no issue at all. You dismiss everything to start then post rambles about how you're actually great and nothing is ever wrong. Even in this post you managed to blame us for the server failing. Like we aren't here to run your server. We aren't here to make it perfect, that's literally your only job. You cry about how we don't understand anything and your the only person who knows what's really going on. So why isnt it your fault that everything is failing? If you're really running the show why is everything falling apart? Who are you leading, what are you doing. You lie deceive and manipulate because its easier to pretend everyone else is wrong. We know nothing because we are told nothing. Then nothing happens and we call it out and we're told off for being ignorant. Your server is dying and it doesn't matter what mechanism is causing it and whether we can see it. We see 4 men who have all the power to change and do better but we're told we can't understand and should stay quiet. You can't host community meetings if there isn't a community. Who are you going to lie to then?

It's like a big funny joke to you because you don't lose anything since you aren't even a member. Do you respect anything about thi community, time and time again they complain about you doing nothing and you remain completely silent or crack some pathetic joke. Do you even read anything that people say? Your directors aren't happy, you have borderline unpaid devs doing all your work, and who knows how happy management is. You know you lose that $200 if no one actually plays on your server? There isn't team here, no one wants to be on your side because you're killing the one thing they actually care about. Lip service isn't going to keep synergy afloat. You can't live in a delusional forever and pretend things will work out this way. You can't be both incharge of the server but not responsible for its failings when rivals are hitting peak easily

What has jad done exactly? Being a good pr guy doesn't make you a good founder? If current leaders do nothing and we have perfect replacements that already do everything what exactly are they there for? No one is able to give every solution but maybe we should by making sure our leaders actually do something for the server? What should we do? Watch as the server rots and just don't blame the actual leaders because they're cool? Maybe we want to play synergy in a year because sitting around feeling bad isn't exactly gonna make that happen

There's only so much you can sweep under the rug in 3am meetings. Apologies and excuses don't work if you never follow then up with change. So if real life gets in the way of ever runningservers maybe you shouldn't run them? You definitely shouldn't scrape the earnings from your volunteers who do all your job for you

No the battalion has absolutely no reverted, it was looking shaky when a lot of old members came back and started making interesting suggestions but Lyonaxis seems to have completely repelled this wave. GM has absolutely not fallen back despite what previously looked like it might, and this seemingly can be mostly attributed to lyonaxis just not slipping back upon old members. He's stayed firm whether being present or not that GM will not revert to old habits. please do not implicate me in others uninformed statements +1, see no reason for you not to get it
