-1, I have found your style of leadership highly contradictory and bad for battalions. While those that willingly go along with you seem to do just fine there are bouts where battalions don't want to do what you ask and so you just force it upon them whether they like it or not. 41st is the absolute best example, you had an enormous fight with 41st after you just took their roster access without seemingly consulting the battalion. Which lead to Mexico having to demand access back against your best wishes, but Mexico never actually owned the document, and access still remains pretty limited still. I also know of your strange demand to control the 212th roster, you say it's owned by the "cody email" and yet the only people with access to the roster are you, Jova, the cody email (which you have mobile verification for), and 2 intel officers. You make huge claims about being hands off and not being a shadow BCMD, to which I agree you never truly were a shadow BCMD. But your actions speak to a desire to retain control specifically over documents in the way a BCMD would. It's really strange and completely goes against the persona you try to push about being a hands off advisor type. You do all this dictatorial roster stuff as a way to "automate" and make things better for battalions but it seems to really be expanding your singular control over all these collective battalions' things. Not sure why you alone are obsessed with protecting a battalions documents from everyone including the battalions, seems a tad controlling for someone all about being hands off as a reg.

I'm not against it, the devs should be active members of the community. However this isn't how it, in most places, works out. When rhe developers are not founders they often play a background role as the founders act as community leaders. We have non-developer roles set out for community engagement, whether that's good or not isn't the point. But rhe way we have things the devs aren't the ones who primarily engage the community for future ideas and general discussion. I'm not critiquing the devs, if that's how you want to think about it be my guest. I was saying this speaks to the role of people who aren't jayarr, hes doing a great thing here but it's not really his job. He's going well and above his place because he actually cares. That's not a bad thing and I never said it was. It's honestly strange you took it that way but I'm not you so.

I still can't believe this happened Main issues are pop and the fact this isn't an RP server. It actually is sometimes a bit embarrassing to try to rp because you're the only person doing it. I hate semi serious because it just means darkRP. no one ever does anything, is ever in character, is ever doing star wars shit. This has been an issue but like it's literally at a pinnacle, I can't imagine getting on the server and seriously getting to feel like an actual clone trooper because no one else is trying. The server has almost 0 rp, it's almost viewed as sort of cringe. This is really hard to solve because how do you make that rule? How do you get people to stay if its not what they've grown accustomed to? Its pretty tough shit and would require some real tough director action. As in the already insanely unpopular shit we've all been complaining about. Maybe a concensus that it needs to happen would help sooth the pain of forcing the server to be more serious Also this post is really funny cause its a developer, the guy we shouldn't really know who does all background stuff, acting as a community leader. This might point to another issue :)

Famously all the people in HC were running on a public platform of making these changes! And that's what we all asked to make happen when we voted for them! You're comparing a community of like at most 200 people to a country of 300 million. Big stupid choices like this can be handed directly to the community because its not that big. The USA cannot referendum small issues we as a community can lol. No one is gonna vote against a good HC because they have the unannounced potential to name a really awful make change. This isn't a good excuse to ignore the community lol.

What was wrong with the original names, these lore ones are actually atrocious Also there was a poll to ask if we wanted change and new names. The rest was kept private from what I can recall. As you can tell the mixed reception this clearly wasn't a community wide choice.

This is quite literally the most biased system you could use outside one dude choosing. This is a subjective system, voting or not it's based on opinion not fact. All battalions moved from this for a good good reason, its so prone to bias and has 0 standards as people can easily pick and choose.

-1, I unfortunately see very few leadership qualities currently in you and feel you are unlikely to ever push any of your positions. The reactionary move of only using TIG sets a bad precedent and is a sign of someone who doesn't get it, you're asking to create the most biased system. I don't see you creating a good future GM, I expect it would lose a lot of steam if you won control.

KU is full, DD is not. KU can't accept more members and is by percentage fullness more active KU has even had to deny some applications due to being full, not sure there is any subunit counter balance to make up for as both subunits are so small in size, both max out at 11 (KU is sticking to 8 rn)
