Not only was I the 2nd @, but I came right after Billiam... sobering and humbling. 

I did what I can to lead the boys in 212th by example -- giving everyone who I could the touch to become better within the community and expand their experience on SWRP. You went a long way on synergy and contributed an immense amount, something the community won't forget. Serving within the high staff was a good experience and I'm glad you pushed me (and others within High staff) to have me jump aboard. I did what I could, to the best of my ability.

I'm glad you are finally stepping off to focus on your personal life, you're going to realize how much your mentality changes by offloading here. Like we said though, no regrets.

[Moose's Attack Regimental Application]

+1 Moose demonstrated to me first-hand when he joined 212th he had what it takes to get things done. I made him Gregor when I was Cody after being Gregor myself, and he did a solid job leading Foxtrot. There aren't many candidates for the position that I know of at the moment, and I believe he's got what it takes since we could use an ATT REG to assist with 501st (referring to the HC wipe) - as well as 212th where-ever they may have problems. 

I spoke with Moose on his plans to assist with 501st and 212th and he definitely has drive. He has immense experience and did the proper thing of speaking to each battalions' respective leaders on their opinion of him and what they'd like to see him do if he got the position.

Once a spartan, always a Spartan. You and Tino were some of the most stand-out individuals for me in 212th with the immense effort you put into both your jobs and also having fun. Halo has ALWAYS been a highly passionate game for me so to find others like that are basically like finding long lost brothers.

Ear rape video was a 212th meme contest submission that I held a month ago, that was the No.1 winner LMAO. It was suppose to be (for absolutely no reason, not even @taylen knows himself) Myself vs. Nade, previous cody fighting it out for no fucking reason LMAO.

Ok now this I wasn't expecting. I didn't uninstall GMOD because I did want to still be around and mess around. When TTT came out, it was fun for that first chaotic hour just shooting the shit with everyone. I do plan on popping in on the TTT once in awhile (especially if 212th does a game night) so this means a lot man, wow. I don't know what to say.

Jagger's Farewell Ep 2: The IRL Strikes Again

I achieved more than I thought on this return (8 month boogaloo) -- I only came back with the intent to play around a bit and maybe help the 212th. 

I accomplished pretty awesome things, like becoming Head Admin, Game Master Manager, Sentinel Manager for Jedi, Foxtrot Lead Gregor, and of course BCMD Cody of the 212th. I created awesome server wide events, lead fun server wide roleplay, pulled off many joint training with all battalions on the server with 212th, and accomplished every objective I had in my term (all 13 of em). Not gonna lie, I probably would have kept going if I could. 2x Cody Term Jagger? ATT REG Jagger? (Tyennoch tried getting me to apply as I'm writing this LMAO sorry man gotta pass) GMC Jagger? Jedi Master Jagger? Director Jagger? Who knows. I would have done it all if it meant having fun and helping out the community. It was quite the experience having done all the things I did.

Not gonna get too much into this, but the major reasons I'm leaving once again are IRL (Family problems/Financial issues/Job stress/Mental Health/Burnout). My life is wack and I no longer have the time/energy for Gmod. Nor do I any longer have the tolerance for the GMOD Culture/mentalities. Is it just me, or does Gmod drive people to do bad, stupid shit? Seems to bring out the worst of people. Y'all need to chill the fuck out and talk to each other upfront like men instead of the petty ego/gossip shit. Also, get off your asses and do some sick RP. You can RP anything if you just put your mind to it. I turned a guy farting by 212th bunks into a 2 hour long serious roleplay situation that got the entire server involved ( @Maggot ). Work together to achieve the experience you're looking for.

My home of the 212th has also seen dramatic changes of the years. I've been through it thick and thin. In many ways, it has gotten better. However, it's no longer the 212th I grew up with. It's different now. I don't think it's a bad thing, but the fierce passion I once had for the battalion seemed to have faded with the ones I served with years ago. Kinda killed the motivation. Still love you current orange nuggets to all hell but get some fucking passion and do some shit. Small dick defense battalion pussy shit energy is kinda cringe.

This is my official resignation from Synergy. But for the love of God, let me keep my KA Jedi rank, Ahbo can't go back to Padawan.

Real talk:

Tyennoch uses my quote for his legend status within 212th legacy status. It's true, Tyennoch has done a lot for the battalion -- more than most. Given Tyennoch's mentality and personality, he would be a good fit to assist in the server's direction. He's had heavy influence as an HA (staff), Ki-adi mundi  (council, jedi), ATT REG (212th/HC), so this next step up seems appropriate. I'm also an advocate for people achieving their dream ranks/positions through good hard work and earning that right. I don't have much to else to say as everything speaks for itself through actions.

Reason for leaving: As per my ROA: "Very rough personal issues. Short answer is large legal/financial issues that have changed the way my life will be." I ready spoke to Forseen and some other high staff well in advance. Now that we were able to get some new VAs/HAs, I wish to focus on being Cody now -- and being there for the 212th.

Farewells: Still gonna be on the server as Cody, just not active enough to fulfill my duties as HA. 

To High staff: Keep up the good work. There's a lot to get done, which is why communication and proficiency is key. I thank you guys for the opportunity of being a part of the experience.

To Staff: Hold yourselves more accountable, be proactive in accomplishing staff duties. Share the work and communicate with each other. Staff is a rather thankless/reward-less job -- but if no one was doing it, the server would not operate. You're all chipping in to make the server better. Thank you for that, do your best.
