On synergy I started off as a Captain and made my way Commander in the battalion. For a very long time myself and the other commanders were the main contributors to running the battalion, especially woeny, we were running things for a while by hosting the meetings and leading events, promotions and keeping order as best we could for quite some time. This was until the rex position opened up and myself and woeny applied for it. I ended up getting rex and from there I, alongside my commanders and officers, changed many things up in the battalion at this time like making new simulations and trainings. We made sure that promotions were decided as a group within the officers rather than just randomly promoting people (only for high ranking spots not for all promotions). We changed things like the battalion meetings, how promotions were done, and a lot more. This work that I put in was not all my own effort, I had a lot of help from my battalion in all these great changed, but this time showed that I have the capabilities to work with others and listen to their ideas and even implement them. All this working together I did with them over months gave me a great insight in how to help a battalion survive through great changes and help it grow. So in short I have a few months experience as a CMD/BCMD and several months experience as a member of the 501st. High Command: I spent 2 months so far working as an attack regimental commander where I spoke to and worked with many high ranking officers in my regiment. I got a lot of experience in running simulations/trainings for my regiments to not only keep them occupied but also help them better work on things like battle comms, breach and clear formations or otherwise. I also helped with problems that happened for the battalion commanders under me, some of them just had an issue with how they needed to handle certain commanders, other issues were how to help get more recruitment going, and sometimes I helped with just training the BCMDs troopers. I worked with one of my BCMDs on an organized and scheduled tournament system where small squads of troopers that are mixed between all 3 attack battalions would fight each other to win this tournament where there would be a cash prize by the end. Once I became senior commander I learned more about what was needed for joint trainings between different regiments as well as what is needed to be done to interact with regimentals as well as helping them figure what is needed to be done within their regiments. I have given advice to different BCMDs as well as regimentals with what needs to be done to fix different problems. Jedi: For a time I also worked my way up in the Jedi, starting off as a Knight and moving up the Knight ranks as a Guardian manager. After some months of work I eventually was given Guardian Lead Manager and later Jedi Master. During this time I revamped and created entire new trials for the Jedi order in several different branches. The trials I made whole new dupes for were Guardian, Guardian LSI, Sentinel, Consular, and Temple Guard. The Trials I totally revamped/made and created a dupe for were Guardian Weapon specialist and Jedi Master trials. All while doing this I was working tirelessly with other Guardian leadership members to get as many people as possible into the Guardian branch and make it one of the most unique and active branches out there. Once I made it to master I stayed for a good amount of time to help with the Jedi Order in whatever way I could, also making it to Anakin Skywalker for quite some time and interacting with the 501st quite a bit along with the Jedi Order (For a few months I believe) but after a while I ended up burning out and eventually stepped down to Elder Knight. Sith: Most recently I have been working a lot with the Sith Empire to help establish a foundation for the newest addition to the server, at first I started out as a hopeful like anyone else but after making it to acolyte Joah promoted me to Wrath so I could help him with maintaining the Sith. First I generated a Sith Hopeful Trial to be used and helped Joah with hosting them to get a lot of people up to Acolyte. While those trials were happening I created an apprentice trial from scratch to help determine what every acolyte would be when they made it to apprentice, and separate trials to accommodate every class. For a while I continued to help with trials and eventually was the sole hoster of trials for a couple weeks. Myself and Joah also promoted 4 Lords from the apprentices to help administrate the Sith, during this time I was creating a Lord trial to help determine who was eligble for the next step in the Sith empire. This trial took a long time to think of and a lot of time to make. After this was completed I hosted a total of 2 Lord trials with another coming up this weekend. On top of all of this I created the Sith roster, the entire Reputation system, and all other minor documents used for the Sith empire (excluding sub branches). Why should you become Dark Lord?: I have been working as Wrath for almost 2 months now and have been creating the base of the Sith Empire. I have many more plans I would like to push through before I leave the sith such as more Reputation systems as well as a more advanced rivalry system. I also want to help strengthen the structure of the Dark Council, the Sith Lords, and even how the apprentices work. I do not want to leave the sith until everything is in place with Lords and the Dark council and should I become Dark Lord my first priority is ensuring that everything is in place and ready for future generations. In short, I want to become Dark Lord to finish my work on the sith order, and finish creating its infrastructure so that it is self sustaining when I leave it. Do you understand the lore of the Sith (SWTOR)?: The Lore of the sith begins on both the planet of Korriban in 27,700 BBY when the Sith race fought off the Rakata and discovered the powers of the Dark side of the force. This led to the beginning of the more well known Sith empire. In 6900 BBY the fallen Jedi arrived on Korriban and furthered the strength of the sith by teaching them even stronger techniques of the Dark side. After much conquest the Sith were led into a golden age by prominent sith such as Marka Ragnos. This golden age resulted in a lot of isolation of the sith empire and allowed them to grow and develop without the devastation of war and grew to an incredible power. Eventually the golden age for the sith ended and the Great Hyperspace war began. This war resulted in much devastation on both ends but resulted in the Sith empire losing and being forced to rebuild. There was also the events of Revan and the more current sith empire from SWTOR. What the sith empire is truly about is letting loose your emotions, dominating all those who would oppose you, and seek strength and power above all other things. Sith seek to strengthen themselves in whatever way they can, even by killing allies around them, to ensure they are unhindered in their climb to power. How do you plan to integrate the Sith with the current CWRP?: For me sith aren't meant to be under the main spotlight for CWRP, I want sith to have plenty of systems and roleplay scenrios on our own but when it comes to interacting with Jedi or clones we need to understand how to insert ourselves, sometimes combat makes sense but there needs to be times where the sith are purely RPing and not harassing the Republic non stop. When it comes to interacting with outside forces, we are usually hostile towards the CIS unless special circumstances are present, we are neutral to Mandalorian at first, and we are neutral towards the hutts/bounty hunters. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes I understand Do you understand that your position has a two month term limit and you must reapply after two months to maintain your Dark Lord rank?: Yes I understand As a final note some of you may have noticed some inactivity over the past couple of weeks from me. The reason for this is that I have been busy with 3 finals and 2 presentations for about 2 weeks and so I have been more absent from the server than I would like. Starting on Friday all of my exams and otherwise will be completed and I will once again have an opportunity to be much more active on sith and the server as a whole.

The only time sith should be treated as civilians is if they have done nothing suspicious including anything related to the force. If a sith is found using ANY force powers everyone who witnesses that will know they are a force user, Jedi would be able to tell they are likely sith. If any sith is intentionally edging on the clones or Jedi by trespassing on republic property they clones and Jedi have full rights to detain/kill them on sight given the threat. The only time warnings should be given is for places like outposts (outside the building of the outposts not the inside) or if there is a military operation happening out in the open where it usually isn't defined as republic property. If anyone complains about not getting warnings when they are messing with clones with force powers or trespassing on the base you can feel free to report them to either a Lord or myself/Joah so we can deal with them. I see plenty of instances of sith being dumb but not enough people are reporting them so we cant really deal with it as a result. TL;DR If sith do something a civilian couldn't, don't treat them as civilians. When a sith is being dumb, making a fuss about something they did wrong, or is outright breaking rules please report it to Lords/Dark Council.

Alright it really irritates me that you did not put the full story into your post here Maymays, you forgot to include how you harassed the Directors and high staff after your ban, everytime something happened on the server you would spam message them about how they were dictators and how terrible the server was. You did the exact same thing to Zim and you act like it was a minor thing but you harassed him just like you did the Directors. Then on top of all of this you made alt accounts on Discords AND on the forums to ban evade multiple times. Chambers had to investigate the naval discord because you snuck in there knowing you were banned from it. You did the same thing on the forums where you have been using an alt account to avoid being banned on the forums which is how you saw whenever drama happened and then harassed the Directors about it. Heres what we will do, I want you to come into our TS so we can actually talk about this in voice and get everything that you did straight and cleared up on this post (Ive already unbanned your TS account). No decision is going to be made yet but we NEED to talk before anything is done here as you have left heaps of details out about the rules you broke and the shit you have done.

There has been issues with Base ops in terms of activity and otherwise. Now there are a lot of ways to solve this issue but fulling removing something that people have paid money so they could be involved in it or have dedicated large amounts of time to documents and otherwise would rob them of all that work. Chambers already has an idea of how to fix Base Ops in a way that does not involve turning them into event jobs. As a result this suggestion is DENIED

To put this into perspective for everyone, chambers is not a bad guy, he has done many great things and many of you have had good interactions with him before. We have figured out that chambers has been under a LOT of stress recently with both Finals for his university and running this server. Because of all of this (And running the community for as long as he has) Chambers has been lashing out at people for small things. Its not that he hates the community but more that everything is starting to get to him. So instead of removing him like some of you think we should do, we will be giving chambers a second chance like we gave to many other community members, like the community member who made this post. So in short, Chambers is human like the rest of us, once Chambers has destressed from everything, is finished with his finals and is ready to come back he will work as Director once again.

Alright spooky just like with Mike's appeal even though your appeal says "TS" appeal you will be considered for everything on whether you will be unbanned or not. So let me just say before you were banned you committed to several stupid acts almost all at once, when we talked about your appeal there were many things in question that needed to be discussed about from intentionally causing drama, racism, and posting certain things you shouldnt have on the forums. Now among all of this you have redeemed yourself in one single way, instead of going around everyone and the ban appeals you actually came to higher ups to post a ban appeal for yourself so you can attempt to return to the community legitimately and not hide behind a VPN. After reading the feedback on the post we have made a decision on you: You will not be completely unbanned as you still did a lot of stupid things to get yourself into this situation in the first place, but your ban will be SHORTENED to 1 month in total (Considering you were banned on 10/8/18 you will be unbanned on 11/8/18) that being said during your time waiting for the ban to be over, if you are caught ban evading or trying to break other rules, this post will become invalid and you will return to a perma ban.

Alright heres the thing Mike while I understand you mostly only care about a TS uban but this is still going to be considered for all platforms. Now your original offense for being perma banned was quite a while ago and honestly for that alone you could have very easily been unbanned, but instead of contacting higher ups to make a ban appeal on the forums you made ban evasion attempts in the forum of using a VPN in TeamSpeak, in game(Only a small amount in game from what I was told) and on the forums, then when your CT PVT Crispy account was banned, which you only ever used that account to start flame wars or tried to start drama, you made another forum account to do the same thing. For everyone giving their opinion on this ban appeal with just a "+1/-1" with no comments attached or a "+1 such a good meme" or "-1 You are bad man" these votes are not being nearly as heavily counted, I really was only looking at replies with real feedback and after reading them I have come to the following conclusion: Most of the +1s are stating that mike is really dumb but deserves to be unbanned and another chance, and while I do agree with that he has ban evaded several times between the forums AND teamspeak and intentionally causing problems on the forums. So for the time being this appeal will be DENIED and you will remain banned, BUT if you stop attempting to ban evade MAYBE a couple months down the line this can be considered again for appeal. Until then if another instance of you ban evading happens anywhere, forums, TS, or in game, you will not be given another chance at appealing and all appeal attempts will be automatically denied.

So Ill got ahead and make the distinction for everyone to see now so there is no confusion in the future. Ill first say that a true "Serious RP" server would consist of not using your mic, making paragraphs for every action you perform with a /me. That level or roleplay is usually only found on half life RP servers and we are not forcing the server down that road. That is what Joah meant by "Semi-Serious" when comparing to what really intense RP servers look and act like. Now when it comes to Synergy CWRP we will continue to label the server as "Serious RP" for a few reasons I will explain in a moment. We changed the server to serious roleplay quite a while back and there hasn't been an official change on that ruling since then, regardless of what the name of the server is (Being that it doesn't specify if it is serious or not but if it is that confusing I will talk to Zim about changing it so people know). Now one of the biggest and most obvious reasons we will be maintaining the serious RP title is that the moment we switch down to semi-serious is the moment every player, minge and otherwise will have a better excuse to fail RP, minge, or generally just say things in serious event situations that really don't belong, and most of them will say in their defense that it is a semi-serious server so it doesn't matter what they say. Now beyond encouraging that behavior there is another big issue I have with turning the server into semi-serious, with the title of semi-serious on our server it is far more likely that those who join the server will have the expectation of just being able to fuck around when they join, not to mention we will push away players who are looking for a server they actually would like to RP on (Obviously there are plenty of times on the server where we will mess around a bit, hopefully in private areas, but at this point in time we aren't setting the standard to fuck around publically 24/7). So hopefully this clears things up for everyone, if you are still confused just ask in this thread or PM me in TS/Discord and we can try to clarify this further.

So you said as a "meme" icefuse is better and synergy is bad and expected not to be perma banned? Im sorry that really isn't making much sense to me as any server will perma ban individuals for advertising other servers so Im not sure what was going through your mind when you were typing it out. Im just a little confused as to what you thought would have happened otherwise.

I do agree with you in that the staff team has gotten far more lazy recently and we will be cracking down on it soon if it continues the way its going (possibly with another staff purge IF it comes to that). However if you believe that the staff team is in a bad way right now and then leave as a result the only thing you are doing is making it worse rather than working to improve it. I understand where you are coming from but it seems like you have no intention to help improve things and would prefer everything to be perfect as is then your just leaving that work to others rather than helping out by showing what an example staff member should be. Just my opinion but in the end its down to what you want to do not what others think.
