Alright it really irritates me that you did not put the full story into your post here Maymays, you forgot to include how you harassed the Directors and high staff after your ban, everytime something happened on the server you would spam message them about how they were dictators and how terrible the server was. You did the exact same thing to Zim and you act like it was a minor thing but you harassed him just like you did the Directors. Then on top of all of this you made alt accounts on Discords AND on the forums to ban evade multiple times. Chambers had to investigate the naval discord because you snuck in there knowing you were banned from it. You did the same thing on the forums where you have been using an alt account to avoid being banned on the forums which is how you saw whenever drama happened and then harassed the Directors about it. Heres what we will do, I want you to come into our TS so we can actually talk about this in voice and get everything that you did straight and cleared up on this post (Ive already unbanned your TS account). No decision is going to be made yet but we NEED to talk before anything is done here as you have left heaps of details out about the rules you broke and the shit you have done.

There has been issues with Base ops in terms of activity and otherwise. Now there are a lot of ways to solve this issue but fulling removing something that people have paid money so they could be involved in it or have dedicated large amounts of time to documents and otherwise would rob them of all that work. Chambers already has an idea of how to fix Base Ops in a way that does not involve turning them into event jobs. As a result this suggestion is DENIED

To put this into perspective for everyone, chambers is not a bad guy, he has done many great things and many of you have had good interactions with him before. We have figured out that chambers has been under a LOT of stress recently with both Finals for his university and running this server. Because of all of this (And running the community for as long as he has) Chambers has been lashing out at people for small things. Its not that he hates the community but more that everything is starting to get to him. So instead of removing him like some of you think we should do, we will be giving chambers a second chance like we gave to many other community members, like the community member who made this post. So in short, Chambers is human like the rest of us, once Chambers has destressed from everything, is finished with his finals and is ready to come back he will work as Director once again.

Alright spooky just like with Mike's appeal even though your appeal says "TS" appeal you will be considered for everything on whether you will be unbanned or not. So let me just say before you were banned you committed to several stupid acts almost all at once, when we talked about your appeal there were many things in question that needed to be discussed about from intentionally causing drama, racism, and posting certain things you shouldnt have on the forums. Now among all of this you have redeemed yourself in one single way, instead of going around everyone and the ban appeals you actually came to higher ups to post a ban appeal for yourself so you can attempt to return to the community legitimately and not hide behind a VPN. After reading the feedback on the post we have made a decision on you: You will not be completely unbanned as you still did a lot of stupid things to get yourself into this situation in the first place, but your ban will be SHORTENED to 1 month in total (Considering you were banned on 10/8/18 you will be unbanned on 11/8/18) that being said during your time waiting for the ban to be over, if you are caught ban evading or trying to break other rules, this post will become invalid and you will return to a perma ban.

Alright heres the thing Mike while I understand you mostly only care about a TS uban but this is still going to be considered for all platforms. Now your original offense for being perma banned was quite a while ago and honestly for that alone you could have very easily been unbanned, but instead of contacting higher ups to make a ban appeal on the forums you made ban evasion attempts in the forum of using a VPN in TeamSpeak, in game(Only a small amount in game from what I was told) and on the forums, then when your CT PVT Crispy account was banned, which you only ever used that account to start flame wars or tried to start drama, you made another forum account to do the same thing. For everyone giving their opinion on this ban appeal with just a "+1/-1" with no comments attached or a "+1 such a good meme" or "-1 You are bad man" these votes are not being nearly as heavily counted, I really was only looking at replies with real feedback and after reading them I have come to the following conclusion: Most of the +1s are stating that mike is really dumb but deserves to be unbanned and another chance, and while I do agree with that he has ban evaded several times between the forums AND teamspeak and intentionally causing problems on the forums. So for the time being this appeal will be DENIED and you will remain banned, BUT if you stop attempting to ban evade MAYBE a couple months down the line this can be considered again for appeal. Until then if another instance of you ban evading happens anywhere, forums, TS, or in game, you will not be given another chance at appealing and all appeal attempts will be automatically denied.

So you said as a "meme" icefuse is better and synergy is bad and expected not to be perma banned? Im sorry that really isn't making much sense to me as any server will perma ban individuals for advertising other servers so Im not sure what was going through your mind when you were typing it out. Im just a little confused as to what you thought would have happened otherwise.

This report has been accepted as Laski not only confessed to what he did, he also attempted to delete battalion documents while kicking people off of them. This behavior is not tolerated as it spits in the face of all those who worked on said documents. As a result this individual has been permanently banned from everything related to synergy.

Like I said there are of course exceptions for certain people below 14, to which they will have an exception made for them so that they can join staff after speaking with high staff about it.

If someone who was too young wanted to apply they would ask a high staff member, then all of high staff would talk about it and then vote on whether they have the maturity.

You say that less tickets are being taken and less work is being done but not only are our staff numbers still quite high, there was only about 2 staff that were below the age of 14. There are so few staff members at this age value as is so it didnt really make much of a difference when the rule was put in. Also in regards to age not affecting staff work I agree with you that even at a young age anyone can have a very strong work ethic which is respectable, but age does affect attitude in one way or another. Comparing one person when they are 11-12 to when they are 15-16 there is a huge different in how that person will act around others. Im not saying that everyone who is below 14 is bad obviously, but there are certain levels of maturity required for the staff team that is very rare to find in those who are 13 or younger. Again this is not against anyone this young but staff is very different than battalion work.
