Holy shit, what a journey my return has been. Joining my home in the 104th, returning to staff to becoming HA. 104th Private to Wolffe? What a great ride it has been, and I hope that you all enjoyed my presence as much as I did yours. @Slak and @Deku I cannot thank you both enough from the bottom of my heart for being my command team. Having the support and knowledge from two experienced individuals, definitely makes my job a lot easier. I gained so much knowledge and a new way to look at things that might not be apparent at first sight. I thank you both again. @Hanz what I said above but like 1/3 is kinda accurate while the rest isn’t at all. Deku's puppet. But in all honesty it was a lot of fun to have you around. @Xaze0 days, thanks for all your help and guidance during my time, your term is going amazing and it’s only gonna get better from here. @Mater @Abraham @Razen @Gadget @Tomm and @SEXICO @Claw @Noodles and @Jhonathon and any SOBDE, the people I have been able to join among the ranks in of “up there”, you guys have been excellent and amazing to work with. I was the person issuing the ban after having the situation brought to me. I talked with all the people involved in the explosion. The staff member there at the time and the staff member responding to the RDM ticket pointed you out as the person doing it and had your whitelists allowing you to spawn said mine removed as you were removed from that position. The other witnesses that your mentioned said when questioned that they either didn't see/know who did it or state that it was you. There was another HVO there are the time yet no one claims it was him so at that point it would be your words against his. With a Staff memeber being present when this happened and with 2 more staff dealing with the aftermath claiming you were the one having done it I trusted my staff members and issued the ban. You mentioned you had clips so we waited to see them to clear yourself yet you were unable to present them. If you have any further evidence that I can look into then please send them my way, untill then the issued ban remains.

First I wanna say thank you for the event I appreciate all events done for us no matter how they turn up but I cant lie either. I have the rest of the event recorded but I dont think I wanna cut and upload so many links to youtube. The time progression in my eyes. deployed at 9 pm est then we get a confusing speel about how ct can be GC ARC honestly it was very confusing I didn't know what was going on till randomly was set to a job. then gm spent time doing his drop pod thing but instead of prepping before hand and checking it was put off till we where all in regimental lines. spent alot of time talking with friends and stuff just waiting. then bam witcher gate not even told to go through it we just hop on, no one told us we using drop pods till the announcement so we kinda just went through the gate and lined up again. Saturday, ‎May ‎7, ‎2022, ‏‎8:49:29 PM or 9:50 est was the time this clip was created it shows basically right after going through witcher gate so yes we where deployed and waited 40 mins then go to this ship and then wait 5-7 more minutes. this happens afterword not told to go to any specific place so 21st decides hey lets go explore the map and check these things out which we did not seeing anybody its like all the enemys are focused on the town nothing else. After playing running simulator we meet up with the big large group and bam oops we are going back to {Alpha point????} over the intercomm xaze comms in town square avoiding the confusion in that aspect. Then tick tick tick, the clock goes by and finally we are called to go NW if im not mistaken anyway direction didn't matter. 21st now goes to and sees all these droids in the area they just spent a good half to 3/4ths of the event {not counting Debriefing} scouting and searching. droids where weak, too few, I didnt know the goal besides extermination. if you wanna see how it was from a players perspective then I can upload the full video. {35+10 mins clip} rating gameplay was a 2 1/2 wasnt terrible I think thats only cause I was talking to people the whole time got my mind off the event care and effort was a 1 you did do stuff and it did turn around a bit but naw you didn't even apologize for this just said its was a rough start, it was way worse then that. Personally I finished working on my car took 3-4 hours and I can physical run my hand through my hair and dirt will fall out and my clothes and all this are filled with dust and dirt but I didn't change or shower cause this event and I didn't even get a apologize for this event? just my bad it was a rough start. Im not trying to be stuck up it just from my perspective it was kinda fucked. performance was a 4 idk I think ping was at 100 to 150 for most definitely watch ping but don't be afraid to get some things spawned in to abuse it its the event server you have some leverage with ping. last thing CS Source is pretty important to have to not get a headache playing this event if you made me wait 40 mins and then tell me after waiting 40 mins that oh hey you need this to not have purple everything then idk even know what I would do just yea no plz nooo

First of all I don’t even have my ARC trainings so none of this really affects me at all but it kind of seems like a lot of training. 1. How the fuck are you gonna fit all of these training into peoples schedules, you are going to need a lot of people hosting. 2. Did you think about just having people pass a simple recertification test/tryout once a month to maintain their arc status?

-1 I have only really had 1 direct interaction with you when you were one of the officer to help "rebuild" the 21st. Your leadership as an officer was much to be desired as you were flakey and often sat in a channel with the other officers, not interacting with the general batt and often acting unbefiting of an officer in the 21st. I know people change and that was a year ago but that is my direct contact with you as a leader and I was left wanting. Your recent activity (and yes I know I am British so Timezones are a thing) is pretty poor, you've picked up recently but I see you plenty AFK on the server prior to tve past week which is a persistent issue for all of HC, not just yourself. The only time we have ever talk was the time you reached out to me before posting this. If you wish to respond and clarify some of the points raised then I am open to have this conversation. And I still wish you the best of luck in the interview.

I have a fairly distinct memory of you going around a just acting a bit mingey and such, this might be my memory failing but it one of the only things I can remember. I would like to note I do have high standards so do take it with a pinch of salt and I am working on lowering them to an more acceptable standard. Along with that I dont remember you hosting many trainings or leading the battalion too often, this is probably due to the aforementioned reason of being in a channel with the officer hashing out plans. I wont delve to much into that as this is about you MCMD app and not the 21st wipe/rebuild. As stated, I do believe you could do a good job, bit I can't give you my full support and endorsement, but I am happy to be proven wrong if you get it and exceed my initial expectations. HCs image is unfortunately skewed for me so I hope you may be able to improve that. Thank you for the quick response also.
