To be honest from the feed back I have gotten from my plan with people who know the inner workings No it will not be like how Rose had it. Think of this as everything is being reworked and reimagined. On the aspect of making it better for the community and more enjoyable through interaction.

The reason for this is because a lot of the time, the criticism comes from a place of care for the server and a vision that things could be better or have declined in such a way that things are worse than previously or can be improved. The good times that were had or vision of the server had strayed from what had originally been set. Without criticism, things cannot improve and things get stagnant, which no offense, has happened quite a few times but to different things such as naval or jedi. And in this appeal and my own personal talks with him, he has realized the error of his ways and held no ill will towards the server. And in my opinion, i think the people who do end up leaving the server on not particularly great terms should be looked at and talked to as to why they think the things that they do. Instead of just casting them out and never hearing why they decided to leave or giving them a chance to possibly better themselves or the server with their ideas.

Hey all. Going to make a quick post about a few things. Personally. I feel CWRP has changed a lot in the past few years. Some of it good, some of it bad. Good: Server is fun to play on, the staff team is good and make sure things keep up to date and that's lovely. The bad: Literally all my friends never want to talk/hang out any more. I try messaging them and so forth but they never reply. When they do they don't want to hang out and chat anymore. Not even play a game. I'm trying to get in touch with a bunch of my old friends but it's hard now. For instance. I'm trying to interact more with some friends. Like @Forseen Because him and I go way back. All the way to 2018. He arrested me the first day I got Kom'rk. Lol <3. Throughout the years I've been hanging with him, chatting, having fun. Shit. I even helped him with TTT and he in turn helped me with ARK. Now-a-days it seems I can't get a hi from him anymore and it's pretty shitty. Same thing with @Square Him and I were in 104th together. Played Altis life on ARMA3 together and had tons of fun together. I'm not trying to call you two out on this, but I'm using you two, some of my oldest friends on the server as a point. I'm just saying, I'm really upset that a lot of my friends are ignoring me right now. Even on World of Warcraft. And it's happening during this bad time for me, considering I recently had surgery on my foot, so I'm partially crippled. Corona is a thing and I cannot go outside cuz I'm on anti-biotics which increase my risk of getting the disease. Fuck that. i aint dying to some stupid disease. I'm gonna live to be even older and have fun with whomever wants to be my friend. Another thing to add. Depression is a real thing and it's terrible. I've been battling it my self since I was 15. I'm 31 now and I know how to deal with it a little bit better. Not super great. So that being said. If anyone ever needs to talk about things, especially during these times. i disagree with the activity, but i have to agree with him as you seem disconnected with us, i see you on in TS but your either AFK or doing something related to directors work. -1 i probably should word it better. Mitchell is currently a director, this could cause an issue because he already has a shit ton to deal with and while running a 7 man squad isn't hard I don't want it to end up in a scenario where he has to pick and choose.

Heard worse from people who never got banned. Not saying its an excuse for being stupid, but I don't think his punishment should be perma by any means. +1 - Evens if its just a reduction of time for the punishment.

Mereel 7/6/2020 6:30PM-2:41 AM Prince, Bleach, Crimson etc Not all of this was active play time, but Im in TS the whole time and on the server at said times. If this doesn't change your opinion that's fine but just explaining things so everyone can get the full picture :)

There is a large difference between constructive criticism and shitposting for the sole reason of creating conflict or even seeking attention. There has been many times in this community where I and other server leadership have seen legitimate constructive criticism and taken it to thought/implemented strategies to improve/ensure the success of the server. This however was not one of those cases. This particular case was someone who wanted to leave the server because they were bored and cause as much of a shitstorm as they could on their way out. I don't see how that falls into the category of criticism that would help at all or provides any sort of benefit to the server. Feel free to explain it to me.

It's *not* a bad thing to do so, but as a staff member you'll be expected to be a problem solver as well. Had you looked into the situation that sparked my vote against you, then you would actually understand that no server rules were broken. You don't look past your own personal views and by your response, you're proving yourself to be close-minded and unable to see things from other people's perspective. If you want to discuss this, then we can in TS. So far the only way you've proven be incorrect in my assessment of you is admitting that you were wrong and even then it's likely because you feel your character is being attacked. You don't take losing well and you've tried multiple times to get people arrested for things that are perfectly allowed. Everything is either your way or you crawl into a corner and avoid the situation or throw a fit about it. I know this because I've been *in* your position before. You either get better or you learn nothing and people don't just change in two weeks.

To preface this I don't play anymore, but having worked with jbfox back in the day as much as I have +1 for sure. Good luck bro.

Mitchell, you were very helpful to not only me, but the battalion when I tried to mop up 327th after my time as marshal. It may not have succeeded in the end, but it was enough to show me that you knew what you were doing under the right circumstances. As long as you keep active and do what you say you will, as well as you have the ability to juggle staff and squad leading, I believe this is fair all and all. I've seen it before, let's see it again. +1

While I trust you with everything I could ever trust you with, and you were the only person I ever trusted to succeed me in the GM program I still have qualms with squad lead and high staff through my own experience, and it gave me a really short fuse as well as I was never really enjoying myself on the server, I was either doing events, shadowing someone, running tryouts, or babysitting (both staff and dumb dumbs in my squad <3) it’s not deep if you don’t make it deep for anyone seeing this and thinking damn Director and squad lead, with all my personal experiences with you I believe you can do it. +1.

Recently I have seen you a lot more on and gotten to know you better. So I changed my vote. +1 Good guy mature, nice and very approachable. (also got to know you better)

-1, I gotta say it man, you do pump out a lot of encounters at any time of the day but you are putting quantity over quality and all the events have the same back story or it's a cycle of events you done prior. I do respect that you try alot but maybe try get a long planned out event and see how that goes before going to do same stuff you do now.

Hey I appreciate the feedback. However, being tribesmen was not really part of the event instead it was the decision of the player base. As a Game Master I do not have full control of the clones and what they do. Some enjoyed being tribesmen and some did not but I do understand the concern and will make improvements/alternatives to my other events similar to this.

9/10 For a 5 person event it was great, nice music choices, fighting, and story. I would slightly adjust how the ending would have been though. But that's just personal preference.

7/10 Nice little late night shin dig decent us of droids and had some good rp aspects to it from tech to comms narrative. The only problem was one of the bases platforms was to close to the lava. so it burnt my toes when i touched it.
