-1 I wasn't a fan at first but when I'm actually dueling I like the aspect of stamina management. It makes you play like you have a brain. The only thing I'd want is for it to recharge faster.

In your appeal, you did not display anything that would make us feel that you have put enough effort to actually want to come back and be a productive member of this community. Your first words as to why we should un ban you are 'I don't know'. You also didn't admit to you guys stealing documents from Synergy and labeling it as your own. How can we let someone back into the community who isn't honest on your ban appeal, and doesn't know why we should unban him? You may appeal again after 1/21/2021.

Clearly you haven't learned much if you believe the ban was harsh. You also intentionally left details out of the appeal. Gonna say nope on this one, you can wait the full time.

The only reason Sheev isn't CGI is because that model is broken as in its bones fuck up the top half of his body is rotated 90 degrees to one side even then I'd argue that CGI model even with that issue looks 100x better than the current one

+1, "CGI vibe" half the Senate ain't CGI. Not sure if you noticed that palpy, the most important dude on the base, don't got a decent CGI model. This easily can work as a much better placeholder for now. The current model is genuine dog muck. If we get a decent CGI model then we can use that but right now this is a much much better alternative

@Matt-Matthos I'm not sure that this has been answered, but I'd recommend we stay away from Knives due to the lag they could cause regardless of how good the box is. I hope that answers your question!

I did have a massive hate boner towards particular High Staff members (Chambers, Trad, Square, Ron, and Carvis but it wasn’t a massive hate) It just all boiled up over the past six or seven months over the server constantly shitting on our battalion and getting the dog scraps when it came to dinner. This is one appeal I definitely do not support. My side of things, which can be confirmed by @Carvis & @Enzyme. When Sugga, Valor, Nissan and others left for their new community, so too did Kaynen. However, within their new community Discord Kaynen had been talking about how "crap synergy is" and talking about trying to take down Synergy and discussing about how he was going to be causing Drama for us because he disagreed with certain bans (Sugga, Valor, etc.) and Atomic being denied Rex for being a BCMD equivalent on another server, which is a server rule. I saw this inside their discord, which has since been deleted. After posting this, Kaynen then posted a message on behalf of one of the members that was banned in the 501st announcements channel claiming that what they were banned for was "falsely pinned on them" after agreeing to the user saying it is "Bullshit reasons" in the other community Discord. (Picture below) After all this, you still fail to even admit to what you did being wrong, as you left out the part about shit-talking the community and planning on how to insight drama in another discord. As I was involved in the banning of this user, the decision on this appeal will be left to the Directors @Fizzik & @Mitchell

Whether you wanted to steal or not you fucking did it. This is not one of those situations where you can say "it was only a small thing", they copy pasted a whole fucking document and knew they were doing it. there are no excuses. His second chance was when he was banned. And it was far far more than you little discord. Many people were messaged who had no connection to Sugga; same goes for Valor. Why didn't he ask for appeal earlier, why have they only come crawling back after their community perished. If they wanted to stay in synergy maybe they shouldn't have stolen Synergy's content. So no Sugga doesn't deserve a 3rd chance. he doesn't even seem sorry, so don't even try to defend him. If I were you I wouldn't even try to defend these fucking leeches. Also Sugga was given Kelso's battalion, which was in a great state already, so his Rex term doesn't prove anything.

"took some ideas" = took the whole document and just changed the logo and some of the "wording" Inspiration is one thing blantant theft and then denial of the theft and also conspiring to take the entire 501st Battalion of the time as the seed for the new community. Content theft + leeching have pretty clear consquences in this community. -1 The ring leaders need to stay banned for a much longer period, I doubt they actually learned the lesson and cared as much about the community as they say they have (if they did they wouldn't have been sneaky and would have just resigned and left to do the other server)

-1 sorry but i dont feel like it's right to steal content and try to start your own community especially as BCMD. As a BCMD you accept the task of coming on the server and leading troopers but instead you decided to try and start another community. On top of all this when you were in the server (mostly 212th from my knowledge) you always were talking about some sort of drama and usually talked down to people in some sort of way. Again, sorry its come to this but thats my opinion

My two cents on this. Doc was incredibly ignorant during the entire situation, and allowed someone else to do the talking for him. When confronted, we got silence, and half assed attitude. I do remember exactly what Square is referring to. I'm not putting my hand in this decision, my answer is obvious. I'll allow a more mature audience to decide it. :)

This appeal has been DENIED You may have posted this, however you were also on the server 2 minutes ago on an alternate account ban evading. This is not okay.

+1 i think everyone here just scared that sugga will come back and take your spot lmao jk in all honesty when that server was made we all still wanted to play on synergy just made a server for refugees from another server that died and we went along to support sugga we had no intention of stealing docs but it did happen so we did not try to fish people from synergy only asked people in our clan discord we all meant for it to be a fun relaxing thing to get away for a bit but then the ban happened. but sugga definitely deserves another chance. Sorry for my horrible grammar and typing skills
