You take criticism well but what do you consider good numbers in the regiment and what plans do you have to really innovate and show how much better off mech reg is I wanna hear ideas to gain numbers and not only that but keep members active because the theme for any regimental is that you get the position and nobody knows who you are in the lower ranks which can really suck
