Reason(s) why we should accept your appeal: I believe it is a false ban, I never got an admin sit or even alerted taht one was going on. I was banned when I was offline doing other things, I was asked to do a tryout so I was getting back on the server when I seen I was apperently banned and I am not 100% fully sure why I am banned. The last thing I did that involded killing was the event with gungans but dont understand how that would be MRDM and L2AP as was protecting myself and the jedi temple as I was getting shot at with blaster bolts. After they quit shooting I detained one and brought him back to the brig where I called for SOBDE to interagate him. I dont understand why I would be punished for responding with equal force I was never told to stop by staff or the GM so I thought nothing of this . This whole thing is confusing and I would like answers on what happen and an unban if able.
Evidence to support your claims: I dont have any evidence as I thought nothing of the whole thing

+1. You were on prior to the ban, should've been informed of a sit prior to your disconnect, or reached out to by staff prior to banning you for LTAP.

One of the killings on a 501st was accidental, and the GM probably should've reached out to you as well if there was an issue with how you were treating his EJs or at the very least, AOS'd by either of the 3 people killed

I was there and I personally didn't see anything wrong everyone was killing gungans. No need for ban of MRDM when they were shooting at him. L2AP is pretty wild when after the incident he was still on the server for at least 10 minutes.

Hi, I was the GM. First off, +1 for the appeal.

For clarity, when the discussion of the ban came up, I pulled each of the EJ's that died to you in a call one at a time and asked them if they were shooting you or being hostile towards you. None of them said they were shooting at you at the time, but were surrounding you. I don't think your actions were warranted and it isn't the kind of thing I'd want to see from a TG.

If no one did a sit with you or talked to you about your ban that's kinda wild. There was no AOS (to my knowledge) and the current situation at hand was chaotic and in my opinion did not warrant a ban. To my knowledge none of the EJ's came forward with a complaint and if it was an issue that you killed a friendly 501st then that's a simple RDM arrest and not this type of ban.

I hope this gets overturned and to see you back on the server soon.

Nobody was shooting in the temple like Kaiser mentioned, it's a specific sign outside saying to detain non republic forces not to murdered them. Me and other people asked you to stop killing the gungans when they were just running with no weapons in the hands. I almost got killed like the 501st when tried to stay in front of you and to make you stop of killing them. You discovered they were in the bushes hidden you keep killing them in the temple and last you went to brig and was there was 1 gungan with the shield closed then he opened to surrender and he crouched with no weapons and you even killed him and runaway. And let's not forget you were the only person being hostile since the beginning to them at BCC with your saber ignited when Stec was trying to speak with them you decided for some reason using force repulse and you got told to not doing by Malore and you even did it.

And before you saying I was force abusing I tried to save 1 gungan force pulling him away from your rage and the force whirlwind you were stuck in the water at the temple, I picked you up and followed the 3 seconds rules and asked once more to stop.

+1 Dude has been gone for almost a month in JRTC comes back and gets banned. WTF is wrong with yall. Like I understand yeah server rules but stop banning people who have years of service that consistently come back and make a player base for the server. There are many alternative routes you can take other than just banning a Player a Veteran Player as well. Man Was an Officer in a battalion a Subunit Leader and the Regimental lead of the 104th. Some people may not know but the 104th isn't in a to good of a spot at this moment and this is not the time to be playing fuck fuck games with our leadership. Unban this man use proper Adminship and offer a fair trial and hear out his story before you just ban him while he offline. This aint rust we don't offline raid around here alright. Im neutral rn until @Satansays something. if what FYKO said happened is true then I would say its a ban if you had gotten a proper sit. but since there was no sit it definitely isn't a fair ban.

Even Kaiser mentioned the EJ's got killed by him in the temple without shooting him.

you know even clones were killing clones right? And if one of them fires a weapon why not trying to detain instead of killing the others who either weren't hostiles and even shout surrender and got insta killed? That's not how TG works

Yes but this all started with him being hostile at BCC and not following orders from a higher rank and then after in the temple kill the gungans unarmed. I will say nothing more what I saw already mentioned here and other people did the same now let staff decide the ban appeal.

From start to finish:
A Ticket was called asking for a staff member. Once there I was asked to look for which TG was killing the Binks family. It was found to be Guardsman V which I was let known is deathtiger. From this point i get all the kills from him. There are 4 binks and 1 501st member that were killed during that event. Looking at the logs it was seen that the members deathtiger killed were non combatant during this point as they do not have any kills associated with their name. I did not take this at face value. instead I went Kaiser and asked about his event. I specifically asked what each of them were doing at the time in which he pulled two of his event jobs that were still in the TS. After talking to each one they were both non combatant at the time of death and were told not to be hostile during that time.
One stated that while in the temple he hear "slit their throats" which can not be confirmed if it was deathtiger who said this. All that logs show is that he was killed by deathtiger.
From also investigating it was found that one of the binks was killed while in detainment.

At this point hearing the stories and seeing the kill logs I came to the conclusion that it was MRDM

There was no sit done as deathtiger was not on the server nor TS when looked through.

I would just like to state that I was most defently getting shot at in the jedi temple from the gungans that was hiding in the temple vegatation and for the detainment after I took my prisoner from the temple to the Brig on base SOBDE interagated him and I escorted him off base as he was not any concern. The only people that was saying lets kill them was the clone trooper who was repelling their attack on the temple, of couse I am going to be the one that gets the kills as I have a lightsaber but clones was returing fire from the gungans. I only used lethal force when I was getting shot a prime example was when I was chasing a gungan that just shot me out of the temple when he jumped in the water but before I could jump in to find him I was picked up by eeth koth and held in the air, once placed down I jumped in the water to find him but could not so I ran back into the temple where I detain a gungan that was one of the only ones that surrendered to me.

after I put you in the platform you keeped chasing them into base you went to brig killed the one who locked himself inside and then you went to temple were you surrendered one.

I did not go to the brig untill I have my gungan from the temple I bound him to the wall outside of brig where he stood untill the gungan that took over the brig was delt with where I then unbound my detainee from the wall and moved him streight into the IR room where I called for SOBDE

you were the ony TG online and you went before surrendering that gungan you keeped following them to base and you killed the gungan who was inside brig people even commented in chat and mic "why so hostile" and I answered "ask to the TG" and then you head to the temple and you surrendered Kaiser who was one of the last gungans,

Its a ban appeal, not an argument board. Just let the appeal go, state what you saw. If anything changes just edit your message, Spamming posts on appeals just causes confusion and chaos and can result in the post being denied and both of you being banned by Mr. Guacamole

+1 A sit should have been done. You had recently gotten off and were definitely reachable. Also there was no AOS out, so LTAP is invalid.
