Why do you wish to maintain this position?: 

I just wish to maintain the position for the benefit of my battalion. Before I did anything I wanted to talk with my boys about the current relations in the battalion and the best course moving forward and have them mostly speak and I listen. After having conversations with my guys, it is clear that there is more to be done. And I do have the drive to lead these guys for another 3 months as I am evermore confident in the group I currently have.

Current availability:

Same as before weekday after 6 (with the off chance of a 13hr shift)  and weekends after 3

What have you achieved within your battalion during your past term?:

Mostly my initial application was based on maintaining a stable presence on the server and allowing the 104th to be utilized effectively and for the most part that is what has happened. Changing some of the internal issues within the battalion. Most of which has worked out but others have not so I am still working on those changes. Making sure there are clear standards for everyone and providing that space for collective feedback for all to provide here. Those were just a few of the issues that previously I believe did not exist.

Pretty much most of the things have been more behind the doors and now moving forward we will be showing a focus on what we can provide on the server both in and out of rp.

What improvements or changes do you plan on making within your battalion?:

Well a few things, there are already some changes happening internally which has been most of my focal point of the previous, and would like to continue that trend. I have recently gotten some good guys within my battalion that could help improve activeness. I have been planning more events and patrols now that I have 2-3 individuals who are higher in staff so we can create much fun in said activities and simulations. And I am excited to see what can be put into action in the coming days. I have been working putting some more importance on the impact our sub units have and figuring out ways they can complement each other. With the last changes there has been a few changes and moving forward we have to change the initial implementation of Dire Squad (again).

Cronis is the best candidate we have to apply for Wolffe right now. He is non bias, always takes things under consideration and does the best he can for his battalion.

104th recently has been on a good path with our numbers being more stable and higher, its still not the best but we are working hard on bringing back the 104th to its old glory.

I'd like to point out that even on a LOA due to personal issues he still was there and ensured everything goes smoothly. 

From an outsider point of view some of you might think that someone else should become the next Wolffe, as a person who has access to everything within the 104th i can assure you that from the people who showed interest in applying he is the best fit in my opinion.

As the only Commander within 104th and the current Plo Koon, he is the only one I plan to support as of right now.

For how poorly your first term seemed to have gone from an outside perspective this app seems really bare bones. 104th is in one of the worst states on the whole server right now and you have not been too active. I would really like to hear some of these things that are out of your control that @Clutch mentioned before I vote. This seems like a low effort application right after a low effort first term.

First no, you won't get an explanation on internal issues because I don't air dirty laundry or put others in the spotlight like most of you enjoy doing. For those that have been around, are around, and need to know understand the situation here and I would love to keep it that way. 

And I respect your opinion on how my first term has gone and you are probably not the only one who thinks that way. I have had my fair share of issues and I would be the first not to share how I am or am dealing with things, I just isolate. And that is something I admit to doing during a third of my term. But I still did what I believe is the right thing to do during the situation.

I wasn't asking you to air out dirty laundry. I was giving you a chance to explain what the issues were that you had no had control of. I had 0 clue that any drama was happening or anyone had to be called out. This solidifies a -1

This is concerning, especially with your activity and the state of the 104th. The least you could have done is put effort in the app.

Sorry my guy, but I gotta -1 this.

104th is in the worst state I've ever seen it. You have 22 people in the battalion, 5 of which haven't been on their clone job this month. Your troops have no stable server presence, motivation to get on or recruit, and the battalion is getting worse by the day. The big server deployment only had three 104th present, which was the least of any battalion.

There's clearly a breakdown between your stated goals and what has effectively been accomplished, and I'm not convinced you have the leadership skills to bridge those.

I’d have to agree coming from inside the battalion I feel like for the battalion to go in the healthiest direction and to progress properly it would be wise to have more of a proactive BCMD. Overall you’re a cool guy I just think with the battalions best interests it’s time to let someone else step in. So for now -1

This is honestly one of the shittiest takes I have ever seen on a commander application. 
How am I supposed to know how well you solved and are attempting to solve internal battalion issues if you don't say what they are? I have no picture of what these issues are. All I can see from the outside is that your battalion consistently has incredibly low numbers and is basically dead and is a husk of its former self. You say there were internal issues you had to solve and are working on solving, but what are they? How do I know you are actually doing that?
In addition to that, when somebody asks you to shed some light on what those issues are, you flat out say no and say it should stay between those involved. I understand when that is a smaller scale issue, but to me, these issues seem large scale if they warrant you applying for another term to continue to work on fixing them. Not telling us the issues only makes me think you're hyping yourself up more to warrant another term, and in reality the only issues are the glaring ones like activity and server presence.
I don't really have faith in your success going off what I have heard. I don't play anymore, but I have an ear in the community enough to see that it's not working. There has to be a change.

Well @Cronisi have a few questions. 
 

1. what do your recruitment numbers over your past three months look like?
 

2. what do your hours look like? In my experience an active and strong leader promotes a healthy battalion

3. what “steps” are you taking can you list two of them not in detail. Not asking about the drama that seems to be there but things you are doing to help the battalion besides having staff so things. You have two sub units which should draw a large amount of attention but aren’t. 
 

4. what is your plan to draw more people to your battalion? Please try to go into a bit of detail if possible. 
 

I feel all of these are fair questions I’ve been asked before or should be addressed to help your argument.

edit: after your response it seems you have a solid plan to increase your activity and I feel you from working long days and odd hours. Best of luck with the people who seem to see to be working against you. I recommend yeeting them it saves time and headaches +1 good luck

I am also wanting to see your hours because I got a report your activity was very spotty with a good many folks leaving different battalions to help out 104th.  

I see that you have them private from non-friends so hoping you are willing.

edit: I will -1 this post untill my questions are answered as 104th is in a terrible shape 

1. There has been roughly 43 recruitments since December

2. My hours are not plentiful whatsoever. I do work 10 hours a day and most people are off by the time I get on but if you want to know it is about 30 hours

3. Ok just to clarify this a little bit, I am not the best with my words in writing so I did come off as a bit of a dick I admit. The only issues I have has nothing to do with our system or anything we have in place within the battalion. After these changes we are still figuring the best course of action with Dire Squad. Yes, we no longer have negotiations which removes the initial implementation of it. We could continue to use its main function but would rely on outside sources to be useful in which would not be ideal. When it comes to Wolfpack, wolfpack will always be a pull for those that wish to join. As every wolffe knows you have individuals that pm you about transferring but would like a WP position on top of it. So, I have no issues within that realm. Also, standards within Wolfpack have increased with the level the server has risen to as well. I have had problems with individuals within my battalion who decided to rant to people outside of the battalion about issues that were either not present or were something that very individual is able to achieve but decided not to by their own accord. I am perfectly fine with people speaking about me however they want, I don't concern myself with that. And have been told that I will have people who would "sabotage" me to make anything I do look bad (Which is something someone told me which I receive at face value but does add onto the nonsense). Yes, I have had my own personal issues which I would not like to talk about which since then has affected my performance, but I can say that now I have a better handle on it. I personally believe that this battalion is in a better spot then it previously was. Not only are there more active individuals within the battalion, but we also have people who can step up when they actually do transfer over. I have had plenty of people come over for their own reasons and only a few who effectively improved our standing. (For those who still need a better idea you can speak with me personally)

4. Effectively I do believe my activity would better help the situation which I have been working on. And everything else I have spoken on already like patrols and events for my boys. Creating more time to speak with each other both about issues and needs. One thing I can say is that I have to be more inclusive when I am working on ideas. I tend to keep most of it limited or to myself before moving forward or implementing. But other than that I like to focus on what I have and work with it.
