Your problem lies within g M o D. 
Ark server took away pop to an extent before yes ngl. But atleast Theyre still within the community. If people gonna play other shit may as well do it on a synergy related server.

I was a pvper on official for 2 years and I only used griffins and ptera’s, i’d enjoy the challenge ;)

Same here, I used to play official for a very long time, I don't think griffins are a challenge at all though, I honestly think they are the best flyer in the game besides maybe Manas.

Griffin > all in pvp in my opinion, i’ll just always hold a special place for PT’s from pre-griffin ARK

 

I stopped playing official right around the time manas started getting used a ton so i’m not good w them

Manas take a special breed, they can be really really good but at the same time you need a good line and need to know how to use them properly. Other than that I mean wyverns can also be pretty decent.
