Suggestion: Buff the Scout trooper pistol

Implementation: Buff the Damage from 45 to 90, keep the fire rate the same, and raise the stability to 80

Add or Change: Change

Weapons: rw_sw_scoutblaster

Other: This weapon is supposed to be the special weapon for all Green Company but no one uses it as the weapon is currently unusable and has been for the past year, it shoots at a mediocre speed, it does little damage and has to high of recoil when scoped, while unscoped you're better off using the DC-15s to hit a shot.

115 seems wayyy too high, in my opinion. I'm all for giving buffs to underused weapons, but if we buff it this high, it turns into the old dl-44, which did sniper levels of dmg.

Yeah sorry was full retard thinking was to keep it on par but below the 15X went full retard and fixed the damage to a more appropriate damage, reason for the 115 at first was the uselessness it currenlty has and the low magazine size as well as the subpar fire rate
