I joined 501st as a CSM, with the aspiration to become Hawk. When the chance arose for Hawk, I took it and didn’t let it go. With becoming Hawk I revamped the entire Piloting system to make it flourish again. From my start I started climbing until I reached the rank of Commander.

212th 2ndLT(2ndAC)

My majority on the server has been spent in the 212th as a 2ndAC. Here I spent my time getting more medics for 212th as a MEDO, and 2ndAC’s as a 2ndACS. And recruiting every day to make the battalion grow.

41st Captain

This is my most recent battalion, which I joined after leaving 501st. Here I spent most my time encouraging people to recruit, while also recruiting myself. 41st was in a dip at the time and I just didn’t want to stop trying until the activity rose to good levels. Due to this I rose through the ranks in a flash to Captain.

Why should you become a Battalion Commander?:

There are a multitude of reasons why I want to become Niner. So let’s start with the first one. I want to help improve overall roleplay of all the members of Omega Squad, with this there would be weekly checks on their roleplay. I also want to have specific set days where Omega Squad will host training sessions. Times about the training sessions would be discussed with a CMD+ of a battalion. But the training sessions will be mainly for 91st since Omega Squad is their outreach.

The training sessions with battalions other than 91st are meant for them understanding how Omega Squad works. This way I want every battalion to know how to work with Omega Squad during events.

All the ideas stated above are for improving Omega Squad’s overall impression within the community.

 At the end of my term, I will make sure for Omega Squad to be known as Specialists. Each of the Omega Squad members should on top of their game when it comes to their specific role within Omega Squad. In correlation with that I want Omega to be known as the most serious SOBDE Group.

Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?:

 Yes

Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank?:

Neutral. And here is my reasoning:
- I do not see you around much but that could be due to timezone.
- Your application glosses over your time in Omega Squad as Experience, It concerns me you didn't right anything about your Month in Omega.
- The seeming lack of time put into the "Where you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term". This to me is the most important part of the application as it outlines your goals as a Lead to everyone who is trying to decide whether or not you'd be a good fit. 
- On a positive note, I do believe that you are good at roleplaying positions as I have seen how you have acted within 41st & Omega (To a lesser extent).

Overall, I haven't seen enough of you to form an opinion regarding you as a lead and the application itself doesn't explain that to me either. I wish you the best of luck and hope you understand that this isn't in any means meant to be a downer response, but rather something to look at.

+1 Timmy is the only SOBDE that doesn’t act like a dick most of the time (Sorry but just don’t bean me for it). I see him on during the mornings and he is a good rper.

Timmy. You're a really good person and a really good friend, but I just don't think you would be fit for the role of Niner. Here are some of the reasons why.

• Your activity in SOBDE isn't that great. I don't see you that much, and when you are on you are not in our channels interacting with us and instead are doing other things. I respect that you do lots of stuff around the server to get SOBDE a good image but even when you aren't doing stuff with others, like sitting AFK in bunks, you don't come talk with us and just hang out or participate in other stuff we do for fun to bring us all closer and form bonds. Many SOBDE feel this way as well I think, and I feel like you should interact with us more if you are attempting to go for a squad lead position.
• I feel like you won't be able to keep activity in Omega Squad and activity as a lead. When you were Hawk, for the first part of your time, the Pilot branch was probably flourishing. When I joined 501st, the pilot regiment was inactive. There weren't that many pilots, and most pilots were high command, such as yourself, Rex, the XO at the time (Phil), and REGL. When I was SUPOVR, you were no longer PLTL, but the Pilot regiment did not recover at the end. I feel like this could've been prevented, but it wasn't.
• Although I don't doubt that you could complete your goals at the end of your term, I would like to know how you would like the position in Omega to be top of the class in their specialization. How will you make sure they are the best? How will you get them to this standard?

So yeah. I don't intend this as an attack on you, but I intend it as a thing you should think about. If you are able to prove to me why/improve yourself I will +1 as you would be a good niner if these issues are fixed.

The reasoning behind the 501st piloting is quite simple. Before I became Hawk everyone wanted to become a pilot but tryouts were never hosted. Which made everyone want to become a pilot. But as soon as I started hosting tryouts for it with the new docs a lot of people did the piloting training which made it not very special anymore. I stated multiple times, mostly during battalion meeting that if someone wanted pilot training they could come to me. But no one wanted to be a pilot anymore, I also did the training outside of the battalion if you're wondering.

So as for Omega to be at the top of the class, I've stated on how we're going to do this. The weekly checkups on each of the members roleplay to see if people can look up to them as being special. Cause being SOBDE is quite special. The weekly trainings with other battalions will make the Omega constantly improve. And by doing more stuff with 91st would make the outreach connection better.

As for my activity, that was only the last week or so. Before that I was probably one of the most active one. You being a SOBDE yourself can check that. But my activity wasn't the best for a while due to my school project.

I don't know what you did after you left the 501st, but here's what I thought of you when I was XO

You were pretty chill and fun to talk to, you had leadership skills and people looked up to you. But there were also a few things I disliked. 

- When you got Commander you sustained a normal activity for a month, after that you were on an LOA for 2 weeks if I remember correctly and when you came back you barely got on and had minimum interactions up until your resignation. 

- As for being Hawk, I said this multiple times, yes you were great at flying and roleplaying as Hawk, but the Pilot branch was pretty much dead, you kept promising time and time again that you will revive it, by creating new docs, which you did, and getting pilot officers and trainers, which you never did, even after I told you multiple times to do, after your resignation the branch was dead.

That inactivity for Hawk was pretty much the buildup to me resigning. I pretty much already knew that I was going to but it was hard to let go at the time. That's why that time period was there for me.

Cause I remember before you were pretty inactive and whenever you got on you were always in random Battalion TS Channels rather than with your outreach or even SOBDE. *My POV from like 1-2 weeks before leaving*

Ya know what. Activity is your only down side Timmy, I know you can lead and I am not going to judge you on the time we had together in the 501st. You're a chill dude, You're good at leading and everyone deserves a chance. It isn't just you that inactive within Omega, the squad is pretty much inactive in general. Pick up your activity and prove to us you'll be a good Niner. Personally, I don't think you are ready for the Niner position at the moment as you all have aspects you have to improve on. You've  only recently begun to pick up your activity slightly due to the several people telling you on this app but who’s to say it doesn’t drop again here soon? I remember you getting several warnings in the 501st when you were a Commander and Hawk and you got a little less inactive and then it went downhill immediately after about a week.

Omega Squad is not in a good position and I do not believe you are the ideal choice to fix it.

Another thing is that throughout your time in SOBDE you have spent more time with other battalions rather than SOBDE. I constantly see you in other TS channels like the 501st and 41st and sometimes but rarely (up until now) the 91st’s channels. You do not interact with the rest of SOBDE and hardly even communicate through a discord as well. Frankly I would not like a Squad Lead that would distant himself from all of SOBDE and maybe even rub off onto his Squad.

Currently out of all of the Sqauds inside of SOBDE, Omega is the only one with a lack of communication which in my opinion has always been the best thing about SOBDE. Even though they are different squads there needs to be cohesion. Yes Omega for several months has been considered the EU squad so Timezone can be a factor, but I for one have been on early mornings before I leave for work, my time, and have hardly seems Omega in game majority of the times and so has other SOBDE members.

Their reputation is fine other than Josh and his small attitude problem which is improving more and more, so they are good there but I believe the last thing this specific SOBDE squad needs is more inactivity and less communication.

Like I stated out of all the Omega Squad members, Timmy communicates the least with the rest of SOBDE, therefore I personally do not think he would be the best candidate for that alone. Activity is just another problem to throw in there too.

Going back and looking at your work in the 501st I saw you as a great guy who could be the future of the 501st. You did so well that we made you a CMD. However, after making you a CMD your activity dropped and we made it clear this was a problem. You resigned and that was the end of that. You did great as a leader in the 501st and you continue to be an able leader.
In your search for a battalion I didn't hear from you much and that saddens me, but when you joined Omega and Omega became our 2ndary outreached I've seen you a lot. You spend time with the 501st helping us in events and just being there in general. I've also seen you with the 91st who are your main outreach. This being a lot on EU times so everyone might not be able to relate. You do your outreach work and you've proven to me several times that you are more than able to lead and therefore I will support you in this application.

So your basically saying that it’s fine if Josh improves his behavior after being prompted to by people on his application is fine but for Timmy to increase his activity since he was prompted by this application is worthy of a -1
