I will remain neutral until these questions are answered as they are my primary questions and concerns about it in general: In distribution of said cards, one can be a CMD on a HVY job the same as whatever a bats lowest rank for HVY is (normally like SPC or CPL). So would we simply force players to be on different jobs or would we have cards that mean nothing anyway since we would have to RP they had a higher clearance level due to which job they selected? Allowing people to leave base would still require some amount of monitoring from ST and BO. If there is another way that this will be handled, how would that go? Why is this something that seems a good idea when it can kind of take away from a portion of RP that isn't necessarily too flawed in a direct sense (not the ranks fault they can't leave the base is what I mean. It's activity)? How could this work in events? Such as fabricated/stolen IDs and such. ST can see the /me shows fabricated ID or whatnot and try to roll for inspection and things go from there.

The point wasn't using their action on a fucking friendly. It's being able to type a /me and follow up with an actual animation.

I stated that in my -1 for uses. Mainly for RP. Which I'm pretty sure is the reason why it was added and a dmg buff was denied. It's not a combat knife meant for melee. There weren't many clones adept at melee. It's more a utility knife.

I disagree. I still feel like it's not something to be limited, rather another thing that people just need to be more mature about. It costs 1 mil for a reason. If you've been here that long a misuse it then that's literally your fault. No one elses.

-1 I feel like this is more of a you problem than an equipment issue. I could definitely see clones carrying knifes as they were small, simple, and useful. Easily could be in pouches, backpacks, etc. Plus SOBDE has knives. And I'm really certain that it's not an illogical assumption to say other troops would have carried them as well. Plus wouldn't the fists bring up a similar issue for you? And both do low damage and can be quickly used to mess around with. Also... why wouldn't people be able to -1 because they like their equipment and have paid for it already? In my eyes it's logical, useful for RP, not the knife's fault how you use it, good for triage, interrogation, replacement for other tools, versatile, a lot of people have tried for a long time to get them added, and I could go on.

I love this idea, but it is asking for too much. It can add to RP and be useful for events and such, but it will take soooo much work. Plus, the Naval will still get bored because there isn't as much to do for them during the event. I mean, imagine not being able to see what the troops are doing and trying to give orders to ground forces who don't follow protocol anyway. Then, to add onto that, trying to enhance the RP for Naval as well to actually convince them to not be on their clone/Jedi during events would add even more responsibilities and a whole "separate" scenario to try to manage as a GM.

There are sections on the forums designated for that stuff for a reason. I find the memes funny too sometimes, but it can be annoying when trying to collect actual feedback on a topic. Especially serious ones. If there was a way to separate comments on posts so people could narrow down to the serious opinions and the more lighthearted memes and shit, I'd be fine with it, but for now it's a -1.

+1, I mean to me it doesn't seem like a bad training and was kinda interesting, but instantly slapping on the *Required for this and this* shit and force people to do it, it tends to make people not want to fucking do it. Adding these new trainings are great and all, stop fucking making them required for all this other shit and threaten to remove our current positions. It's just inconvienient and uninsentivising as a whole.

I normally make really long reasons but this one is simple since it's been denied so much. Even I would fucking use that as a meme if I ever left. Like blaring pumped up kicks throughout the base would be a glorious way to go, let's not do that. -1

-1 If what is stated happened: Orlando is just being a cuckold and needs to learn how to adapt in events in order to get his event jobs where they need to be. Player choice should influence GM creativity and adaptability. Then CG need to fucking remember how difficult it is to actually get people in and out considering it is innocent until proven guilty. Yet everyone follows the event jobs and tries to catch them out for something. So I probably would have yelled at CG too. Just after the fact to not ruin the little immersion of the event we have with clones who don't question how 20 random clones poof on ship and tryout for their battalions but 5 already pre established troopers get hounded.

I have no doubt Nightmare won't change. It's who he is as a person and sometimes it not a bad thing. I don't understand why the fuck he got banned either. And he annoyed the shit out of me sometimes, but he has been here a long time and is capable of "containing" himself to TS and private areas to joke around still. Uhhhhh what? Take the builder prop, place it on the ground to make a flat surface and thus being supported by the ground (go ahead and build supports if you want to be that in depth I suppose), and then paste. What trouble would it cause?

Also I cast my vote on extensive and I'll be glad to discuss when I get home. I will also be trying to be on to help make dupes if they are needed or fix old ones if there are blacklisted props.

ATTENTION FOR DUPES: There is a lot of blank space on this map. Use it. Use the builder props to make a flat platform, then paste the dupe on it. Add walls where needed for privacy and then you can deploy troops via LAAT or TP then which can keep lag away from tryouts, trainings, etc and any interruptions.

Sadly, I can see this getting pretty mingey at times and the issue would be people will still want to use it on main and it's just like another thing we might have to worry about. If you can answer this for me then I will +1/-1: how do you think we should deal with those who misuse it, use it on main if it does become solely event server, and any "Accidental" times it is used since RP punishments wouldn't be a thing on event server. @Max
