Please fix this for us PvP boomers. I feel like a god damn snail rather than a fucking clone of Jango. We went from sailing over the fucking moon and mowing down our enemies to crying behind cover and praying we get the first shot. Harsh, Woeny, and I were actually testing all of the current modifications and how it works into the current PvP. Not saying that this is even a PvP focused server and most people know very well how busted it is anyway with latency and such. Anyway, it is entirely about trying to get the first shot in and staying as much behind cover as possible since getting shot increases your bullet spread. If not, strafing in a certain pattern which literally just lets some shots phase through you until you can get behind cover again, but then they get 2 free shots in cause you went behind cover but can still be hit (1-2 hits was consistent during testing after the person had moved and their model was completely behind cover on their screen and sometimes the person firing. Like I could see hitmarkers and not him). I doubt bringing everything to 100% mobility would fix all of these issues, but I think it would help a LOT. It currently rewards a very defensive sort of play and with much lower mobility, hp, and armor it just makes it a nightmare now. Even when we were doing regular practice rounds, we found that the person to just sit in one spot normally just won flat out unless their aim was off (so relying off of someone to make a mistake rather than "skill"). The one who would only peak 2nd and would let the other one advance generally had the advantage and could just sit. If you pushed up, you would be caught out, they would be head-glitching, your aim is off cause you're being shot, you get sent backwards while being shot, your movement speed is reduced, and guns just kill so much faster. There is almost no room for error and all the room for people who unbind their walking forward and backwards keys and just stick to strafing and camping one spot. Plus the whole walking it to DB or just making lines to trainings, events, etc are just tedious now. + god damn 1

As much as I agree that the 1st one looks really nice and similar to a wood finish; I have to go with the 2nd one just cause I love that mesh of colors of purple and blue more than the amber of the 1st.

We will not only honor this fallen squad and the memes that came with it, but we will also take advantage of having less squads to try to manage and be able to divide our attention more evenly (And hopefully fill up SOBDE entirely). I have had a lot of experience with climb swep and what it can do, and personally like using it myself. I think that it has the pros and cons previously listed with issues of abuse and worries for shock being the main concern. Yet, to be entirely honest: You can use both of those excuses for almost every other piece of equipment and their suggestions. I personally believe that if you're that worried about it, you are saying we don't have a good enough Shock or staff to deal with it. Which I disagree with heavily. As the server is supposed to be driven by the people, then we are the ones who would hold ourselves accountable for abuse. So what if a PVT in a battalion starts abusing it? They will get their ass chewed out and possibly be punished. Why do you think our regular members don't constantly go around shooting everyone? (I don't mean people who purposely come o. to fuck around or anything, I mean the people who spend a lot of time here, have fun, and contribute to the community). It's because we have rules in place and people to enforce them. Otherwise if there is a way to change the sound effects, that would be greatly appreciated. There are also many benefits to adding this though seeing as it might spread troops out more evenly cause honestly it seems like everyone wants to be a jet trooper because the sheer mobility allows for them to have better positioning, speed, and have access to places the rest of the server can't. Adding this means those other jobs can become more popular and less obsolete. Since, honestly, you can try to say it would make JT less useful but there are places climb swep still can't reach and I guarantee you, being able to scale the mountain without climb swep in an 1/8th of the time including even darting from one end of the map and back in a few seconds still makes JT a viable option. Plus, it is another thing for people to practice and they can really whenever they have the time. In sim rooms, on patrol, and even just hop into single player and grind it out without the lag and shit. This would also allow for more creative building on the staffs part for more engaging events. I've ranted on for long enough so: In the case that it doesn't impact server performance negatively and those sounds may be muffled/altered/removed, then it's a +1 from me dawg.
