+1 For someone with a great amount of experience and achievements under his belt, and a fresh face to the whole HC scene, I feel like Qal will easily place as one of the best. With his dedication, investment, and overall knowledge he would beat out other applicants by miles. I haven't personally known him for his entire CWRP career, but I have for a decent amount. Enough to know his personality and motives. Which to both I say has one of the most positive, but at the same time assertive ones that I have seen. I have no doubt in my mind that he will be able to perform his duties well and stay active. Now minus the bullshit. He does seem like a decent person who I do see has dedication. I more have a tip for you here: I understand you have been here a while, but from what I found as being a squad lead is it is only as much as you make it. You realize that there isn't really any higher you can go (Without going into HC which to me is big gei so fuck that). With that comes a lot of boredom because it's almost like completing a game. You have climbed all this way through the ranks and have had fun times, been patient, and put time and effort into getting to where you are. And for a little bit, being on top means something. You can bask in the glory, but there is something missing. The thrill of the climb. Perhaps this only applied to me because HC wasn't an option and maybe you find it one, but if you don't, you need to understand that you have to make your fun. I was in that position, and that was even when I started to care about my Jedi more and be on it more, or even spend more time with my outreach to try to enjoy the game again. Rightfully, I was burnt out pretty bad and no longer had time to play when I left, but that feeling will most likely come. I have found almost every player who has made it to the position they were longing for have dropped their activity greatly. It's because you reached the goal you were aiming for and you're stuck there like what the fuck do I even do now. Of course this can all mean nothing as not everyone has the same mindset, goals, etc, but perhaps this can be kind of a warning from experience that you need to get out there and do something. I tried doing the Null Drills to fill in my time (which I got beaned for cause we aren't suppose to use the event server for trainings but still). When those were taken away from me, I never really made an effort to do anything else and lost interest in the server as a whole. Regardless, I believe you can fill this position well and I hope you can enjoy the position and stay in it for as long as possible because people leave too soon from CMD positions. +1

-1 If what is stated happened: Orlando is just being a cuckold and needs to learn how to adapt in events in order to get his event jobs where they need to be. Player choice should influence GM creativity and adaptability. Then CG need to fucking remember how difficult it is to actually get people in and out considering it is innocent until proven guilty. Yet everyone follows the event jobs and tries to catch them out for something. So I probably would have yelled at CG too. Just after the fact to not ruin the little immersion of the event we have with clones who don't question how 20 random clones poof on ship and tryout for their battalions but 5 already pre established troopers get hounded.

Just to kinda throw something in there: His activity will most likely rise. Like I have no doubt. Palp is probably one of the most boring positions on the server (At least in my eyes) and Tyzen has already proven how much he does and is dedicated to the Order. I mean, I saw this man up day and night working to try to get the shit with the new system fixed, if there was a major event (As long as he wasn't making it or helping) he was there for the RP. I am probably still going to be neutral on the fact that I don't know which Yoda would be better, but activity for Tyzen was never a problem while he was Yoda. For the time he couldn't or didn't put in game, he was doing shit outside of it to make sure everything was in working order. P.S. to the snowflakes (<3): Personal interaction does not matter as much as who will get the job done. I mean if they are constantly flaming then I understand, but if you had like 1 or 2 bad interactions where maybe you even caught them on a bad day, that doesn't mean the other person is better cause maybe the mean one will actually do something.

Some correlate with activity reasons with the high demand to be on daily, some not enjoying what I do anymore, and others just me needed to stop. Some of you may like me, some may not. I honestly don't really care. That's right there is one of the reasons why they like or dislike me too. Whether you thought I did well or did terrible, that I was too strict, or too rude. Anything in general, that's fine. Starting out this server as an SO, I learned to enjoy so much. A place where I could share my SW liking. Of course, as all things do, change comes. And we as people tend to perceive the past better than we do the present because we aren't currently living the past, and the more you think about something, the more it changes. You aren't going to remember it perfectly again with aid from video, picture, etc. My anger being the thing that got me into SOBDE had me learn to enjoy my time being with a smaller group of people and enjoy having the little specialties of RP and respect I received. Staffing came along with it to. But it's too much. Cause I think when you get to the point where I'm at right now, you no longer enjoy the RP, you are months on burnt out and still going, and you let it impact your real life. The decision there is made by balancing what's more worth it to you: To do more to try to enjoy the game, even if it can come off sometimes as mingey but just enjoy yourself, or leave. And I'm leaning more towards the later. I tried so hard to get to Kal and live up to the expectations, but when you get there you realize, "Why am I even doing this?", "Why are there expectations for this shit and quotas?", " Why is there so much drama connected to a community made for fun?", "Why does everyone have to go to someone else to talk about you?". This game has become way too much for me. Way too much a part of my life, and way too much a part of my emotions. The moment I joined Null, my only reason for staying was Null. I tried Jedi, I tried Naval, I tried a battalion, I tried Senator. Not the same to me. With recent events as well, my emotions are fucked up. I'm not about to try to deal with this stuff some more. I did enjoy the server, don't get me wrong I did enjoy this server. I've had some great times here, just too much right now.
