+1 Easily one of the best people I've met on SR and one of the most knowledgeable. From being in Null myself, I get to see first hand how much he dedicates himself for both keeping Null alive and other players on the server (as a big gay magical fairy). He has dealt with handling the tryouts (around 74 times for Kom'rk alone before I got it) and training the Null we have now. He's one of the nicest people to talk to (mostly balances out my pessimism) and already has the experience of building Null up to be one of the best during his time as Ordo. You will make great grandpa Cipher proud as the new papa Kal.

+1 Sadly I don't get to see he on much. I do respect him and enjoy playing with him, but he just isn't active enough to be Kal.

Things like being able to help in events, helping other players, and hopefully take some of the load off of other staff members by expanding the roster. The staff on the server are really active and helpful, but there is a limit, the limit of how often people can be active (which can be dependant on time zones), the limit of someones mental capacity, and capability to help so much. I feel like I would be able to help both the average players to the daily VIP's and staff members. Having as staff position would also give me something more to do during the down time between training, tryouts, and events. All in all I just feel like I would get along well with the staff team and be able to connect with more people. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I am a junior in highschool who spends most of my downtime playing games I enjoy with friends and family. I tend to get really invested into things I enjoy and probably spend too much time on them (Please don't look at my Gmod hours). I also am a quick learner and take interest in things such as administration and guiding players (which is the main reason that I became a TR). Whether it be through advice, general information, or any more concerning problems with resolving conflicts. Do you have any previous staff experience?: I have been staff 3-4 times (I don't much consider the 4th since the position was given to me by a friend to help start up their server), but all of them used ULX on a DarkRP server so I would need some guidence with the D3A system.
