I for one fully support the Supreme Chancellor. I think that his declaration of emergency powers enabled the Galactic Republic to act on the threat posed by the Separatists in an efficient and expedient manner, and he should be commended for that.

-1 The Current State of Battalion Jedi, Outside looking in, seems unappealing and just feels like a shell of it's former self. I've yet to see a Battalion Jedi that wasn't lore, Stick with their Battalion and show leadership within, while respecting that Battalions Leadership, in the week I've been back. While for all I know, the Position of Shaak Ti, and her Role within the Order, Particularly handling Battalion Jedi, Jedi - Clone affairs, and Advising within the Jedi Order, I've yet to see you standout in the way other people applying for the Position have. The Position of Grandmaster is important, because it's a position of Leadership with Restraint. The Council plays a vital role within the Jedi Leadership, and I haven't seen you in a Position where you've had to be Compliant with Leadership, like Maverick has with Branches. Granted, a lot of your work could just be behind the Red Curtain, but, with Maverick pushing for more Transparency and growth within the Order, I think he'd be a better fit.

I believe maverick is the best choice at this given time, I believe there is some flaws to work on but I know that you can overcome that. Making you Cin was the best risk i took. +1

That's only part of it, the reason why they were punished is because they were High Staff. It's less about the Joke aspect, and more so about what the role of someone who's High Staff is, an Example of people following the rules while enforcing those very rules. They're not banned, and it's not personal, it's just a perk of the Position. High Staff have to be that guy, even if it's at the cost of being one of the guys sometimes. It's not for everyone, it's not for everyone forever, but, it's important to the structure of staff. As for people in general, some people prioritize immersion more than others, this server has rules that prioritize them. To give an example, I play an Astromech a lot, which by Proxy means I don't use my Mic while on the Job. It'd be a lot easier to, but, it'd be jarring for enough people, and to people without the context. That being said, the other day I laughed my ass off at a Gonk Vaccum droid Mic Spamming. Context is Important, but, because the people involved held high positions, and by proxy had high standards to them, they got handled accordingly. And, as Transparent as this post is, there's only so much transparency possible. For all we know, they've been warned multiple times, or they're just extremely strict with their inhouse.

Sentinel Lead Shaak Ti Shaak Ti was a challenge yet, I had a lot of expectations from people and I also had to work on my reputation from the start so I immediately started working on the battalion jedi system. Creating a big server wide system simulation that will involve clone and Jedi relationships. Jedi battalion system was a big success. We have made it where they can earn merits with the progression rank up within the battalion. I've been getting good feedback about the system. But there is a little work to be done. I also to the time to change the military report to Bi Weekly a along with setting up Bi-weekly meetings for 1 on 1 conversations for BCMD/CMDs and Generals regarding how the battalion is doing, how the Jedi program is doing, and any other comments, questions or concerns that they may have. Why should you become Grand Master?: I believe I should become the Grand Master of the Order because of my dedication to the order. I believe in myself that I can lead the order to a great state. I believe that my experience speaks for itself in terms of the leadership positions I have held during my time on the server. I have had many challenges during my time. I want to continue the work that gears had left off, continue the legacy and continue the hard work that was put into the order and what it is today. The leadership roles i have held and had done in the past all are helping me to who i am today, and i believe that i can continue working and carry on this role and job as The Grand Master of the jedi order and have input with the creativity that i have to make changes for the better and the future. My goal within the order is to have everyone voice their opinion doing conversations/meetings. I would like to have a Jedi wide talk every other month just to have an open discussion with Knights and padawans on their future here. I would continue on with the merit system that the Previous Yoda placed. I want to rework how senior and High generals work a little. Plan #1 - Knights will be able to get picked for a master interview from the merit system. This means the merit for a master interview will be hard to earn. Plan #2 - I will plan on having the council more active with knights and padawans, So they can learn from the best and they can be future masters themselves. Plan #3 - I plan on having BCMDs come to the lore character interviews to ask questions on their future general. I want to try to create a team where that if masters is not available the team can take over and deal with it. So due to a decision made by the MCMD I am officially removed from my position. I just want to say this to you all, one last time, that it was a fun ride, and something that I will always remember. I think I made some dumb decisions, but I think that I always made some goods ones. Hello everyone, For transparency sake, I have decided to share this information. On 11/02/2020 there was an incident involving some high ranking members of the community, in which Fail Roleplay was committed on server. A summary of the events were; Whilst Gears was tabbed out, members of the 501st had put Yoda in a cage. The cage containing what was called their "pet" was then taken to Tatooine and sold upon the pretence of "not knowing that it was Yoda in the cage". An RAOS was called on one of the individuals in which was attempted to be falsed by one of the individual's involved. Due to the standards in which we hold our staff members to as a high staff team, so too did we uphold these standards among the members of High Staff and High Command. The following staff punishments were dealt as a result; Conrad (Director) was suspended for 2 weeks. Gears (Head Admin) was suspended for 1 week. Pythin (Senior Admin) was suspended for 2 weeks. We hope you see this as we do, as learning experience and a simple out of character action for the individuals involved and should in no way characterise them in a negative light.

10/10 Never done any event like this before. Everything from the immersive start of blinding us and turning off lights, taking away comms from us, and having no idea where we were going, but still having slight idea of an objective. It was one life but GM still let us cloak and spectate which made it so those of us who died could still "participate". Excited to see more events like this in the future.

10/10 This is the very best event I've ever played. Bless you for doing this. I don't think anything will ever get better form here. The only thing I didn't like is the cop out ending. But the rating system doesn't say the event has to be perfect 100% of the way through.

One thing I will say is you are the most qualified for the position you have been almost every lore character in every branch you know the order inside and out and you have been here the longest but I will have to agree with Fyi communicating with you sometimes can be difficult but overall I am going to +1

I like you Elijah, I really do. I just feel like it's sometimes very hard to communicate with you, in and out of game. I hear stuff from people in Jedi that you are sometimes hard to work with. That being said, I do think that you're good at managing things, and I think with a bit of help from some good people within the Order that you could thrive. +1.

Battalion: 501st RP Name: 332nd CT-7567 Commander Rex Date: 10/19/2020 (Last day of my term. I know I'm extra.) Reason: Doing this early because we're opening apps and i want other people to go apply knowing they're not running against me. With my appointment for director I have decided not to run for a second term as Rex. I've decided that I don't want to feel like I'm splitting my time to much and focusing on other things. I've been jumping around too much and I know you guys don't' deserve me skipping out on you to handle high staff stuff when I have spent months setting up 3 very capable commanders that I believe could fill the position and be there more intimately with you guys. I won't lie Rex is a position I might be back for once school is out or something, but for now I will be focusing on Director and playing Jedi. Goodbyes: I had so much fun being Rex, I've loved every second of it. Looking back at my first time climbing to commander I'm so disappointed i never did. ALL IM GONNA SAY IS FORSEEN STOLE MY IDEA, i've been saying this for a while now. However mine went a bit different, Keep the current suggestion and add back TWO senior commander spots to oversee the "Army" aka attack battalions and one for Special Operations Senior Commander or something like that (couldnt come up with a good name), he can either overseen just the spec regiment along with being over the spec reg and helping or include him over SOBDE as well. But hey its just a theory a game theory... oh wait wrong one.

This wouldnt have escalated if no one comms it in we have yet to not figure out who did but It was one of the 501st that logged that night in the middle of the incident
