Reason(s) why we should accept your appeal: Cause it was a bullshit ban and certain People in power didn't like that I wouldn't kiss their asses. I just want to talk to my Mechanized boys Nothing else the people who banned me killed my passion for the server I put 2 years of love, sweat and Permanent scars from my laptop burning my leg into.
Evidence to support your claims: It was Last year on a Gmod server You really think a Guy pushing 40 is going to keep data on the hearsay a bunch of nerds with chud fingers say poorly of me?

+1 juggs my boy. in all my time on the server he is one of the most passionate and dedicated people ive ever seen, over a year as wolffe doesnt lie. At least let him back in the 104th discord

I mean like, there's got to be some level of self-awareness when it comes to starting and perpetuating drama that goes beyond slop forums post right? Like I'm assuming that you just kept starting stuff in discords and PM's when told not to or warned or som like that. (If not then I would stand corrected) but your Reasoning isn't really helping your case out other then relying on your friends to be in support. Like it shows that you still don't really plan on avoiding the reasons for your previous ban. Like just give a blanket statement saying like "I promise not to start drama" would be more efficient then what you put.

Nah its not the reason but People are going to have their opinions from rumors no matter what I put. Those that where friends with the Devs will have a Biased view on it the people that know me will have Biased Views hell even my Friends will have Biased views but at the end of the day I believe most people Think it was a very unfair Ban

Lol I still have a scar on my left knee, but the hours I spent with the Mech Regiment all those days was worth it I wear the scar with pride cause it has happy memories attached to it

I Got one warning from Clorox about how What I said the Night might come off as being Assholeish (Which I admit I can totally Be when I am Invested in something important to me without realizing it) and then was Banned 5 minutes later without any word or warning from Bub

+1 He's a good guy, he just got a little carried away. This was the biggest stretch for a community ban in the history of this server. It should have been at most a 3 month for toxicity, which he has served his time for.

to be 100% honest I dont remember because I have had a lot of IRL stuff going on lately like my house flooded and my father broke his back so Remembering something like that wasnt on my list of priorities so If I said anything else then What I put on the appeal it would feel like a lie to me.

If I recall correctly, you spoke out against some server suggestion stuff that got denied and called it bullshit. Always thought your ban was extremely questionable and childish. It could have been handled better than a straight perma ban.

Put zero effort into the appeal, sounding sincere or apologetic, didn’t have the self control to not post the same thing he got warned for a second time.

Ignoring that, it’s best you aren’t able to talk to your mech boys. Your influence has managed to completely regress and stunt the regiment for at least another year to come, probably more.

It sucks to -1 this because you and me were good friends at one point. Along with that you made being in 104th so much fun and the moment you stepped away from that it went down hill. However actions come with consequences. Therefor I think your ban is both justified and should remain in effect.

We explained that to you in the original thread, closed it because it was turning into toxicity, and instead of either letting it go or approaching someone in development directly, you created two more threads to try and continue your same argument.

On top of that, multiple community members have pointed out the same issues. It's not a question of people not liking you if numerous people are making the exact same claims.

You were not banned for disagreeing with the developers. You were banned because of how you choose to conduct and continue to conduct yourself.

It's clear from the way you structured your appeal that you haven't learned from your actions, nor seem to even grasp the reason the ban was originally in place.

Time and effort into the server does not excuse toxicity or vitriol towards any member of the community. And it certainly does not excuse harrassing the development team, all of whom have volunteered their time to improve the server for all, including you.

You continue to characterize the development team using derogatory statements like "a bunch of nerds with chud fingers," and believe that just because many of the developers are no longer on the server that you are worthy of an appeal. You are not.

You show an obvious lack of contrition, and your pompous attitude shows me that you really don't care about the server beyond your own gain. Perhaps worst of all, you try to excuse your actions on "IRL stuff" and as a "GUY pushing 40," rather than taking responsibility and just appologizing or simply acknowledging your mistakes.

Even if we just consider your behavior that was directed towards the development team, it is clear to me that the detriment to the server vastly outweighs any benefit brought by allowing you to return.

I think i remember it was in the 41st one when the whole overhaul stuff came down and he had a freak out on everyone that disagreed with said suggestion for removing a bunch of stuff and possibly gutting subunit stuff. And then there was the freakout on the regimental reapplication. Oh and also cheating on the wordle to flex

Honestly though, id expect a "guy pushing 40" to be able to be able to be a bit more mature or at least able to reflect on mistakes and how to better improve themselves. I guess old dogs maybe cant learn new tricks.

Maybe in the future, try and take the laptop off your legs and choose your personal health over Garry's mod.

Also, nobody is keeping you from talking to or hanging out with your "41st and 104th boys" outside of this community or ts. Maybe take the hint and realize that if theyre not contacting you, maybe they just dont really want to interact with you, but idk, im just a guy pushing 28.

-1 It’s clear the effort put into this, that being none. I personally, along with many others, experienced the drama you created first hand. The actions you took inside the mech regiment were the reason you didn’t get a second term, and the reason many people who were actively trying to help 41st left, and have since not returned. That fundamentally alone is enough to warrant this ban, but on top of that, you have shown you aren’t always the best person. I think if you truly cared and wanted to come back, you’d put the effort into bettering yourself and take a more thoughtful approach in rejoining this community. I say all this with sadness, because I truly liked your time in 104th as Wolffe. Do better Jug.
