Adding the Scout Trooper model to 41stEC ARF

Suggestion:  The Sharpshooter job was removed to make room for the Improcco company. The model is still currently on the server and the 41st would like to make use of it by adding it to the 41stEC ARF model as an additional skin. As this is currently already on the server it will be easy to implement and not cost additional resources for the server.

Implementation: Add the white scout trooper model to the 41stEC ARF trooper.

However, we are not asking for a subunit, merely moving the model that is already on the server and was on a job before said job removal.
