Weapon Spec Overseer

During my time as weapon Specialist Overseer I worked under Metro to improve the system and documentation/roster we used to ensure we had a good set of documents in place. I hosted WS trials and eventually came back again to guardian after a break from jedi, working under a new WS Command. I hosted a bunch of WS trials, and ensured the WS were on their toes when it comes to sparring and knowledge of the sub branch.

I am only going to list Fixer, as that’s the position I did my best and don’t want to give myself credit where it doesn’t belong, I helped Bananaberry a lot while he was on Loa’s. Helped update the tryout doc, hosted Tech Trainings when that was a thing and went on deployments with my outreach, and hosted a couple sims before the outreach program got changed. 

 

-Galactic Marines-

My first battalion back in 2017, I made it to SNCO, and I was a JTO Under Flamma. Oxen was my Bacarra at the time and helped me meet my potential when it came to work. Without Galactic Marines I wouldn’t be where I am right now.

Upon Joining I Became a Jet trooper and was up until about SGT when I saw Lightning Squad Tryouts being hosted. I decided to go and passed, Rezdor and Spooky were Stak and Razor at the time, and they helped me with my leadership abilities and RP skills on the server, Rezdor especially helped me a lot during this time and even after and am glad to have served under him. During this time, Doc resigned and Grum took over, Grum was for lack of better words a hard ass and always expected 100% when it came from people and I am privileged to have worked with him.

During my tenure in DU I really let my colors show, I immediately clicked with the members in the battalion and I am glad to say it was my home for those 4-5 months. I helped make docs,  made a new steady tryout for ARF when I was the ARF lead, became the ITDD, and ensured everything ran smoothly that I was in charge of, I even took up the mantle of ENGL because no one wanted to, and I did maintain steady numbers within the Engineer regiment. Overall Dooms Unit was one of the best experiences I’ve had on the server.

Husky appointed me operations commander and I got to work, making docs, appointing leads to positions after having a “new” battalion with no members, I took a chance with appointing Carvis to a lead position and he surpassed my expectations with becoming Krennic.Overall I did well up until the last days of my two monthes as commander, where there were death’s in my family and had little to know time to get on the server. I resigned and was given the honorary rank of Major, to which I hope im helpful in voting on things and helping out with little stuff here and there.

Trial Second Lieutenant - Captain

I started out in 41st, joining with my friends, and ended up giving it everything I had, I currently am captain, Senior Disciplinary officer, Intel Director, and SSx. I have got a good intel team together, with well structured rank system, that focuses on individual aspects of behind the scenes work. I have made and updated a lot of documents and put forth systems to help organize the current documents and discord. Im working with my intel team to make an automated roster, to ensure we operate at maximum efficiency. I have been in 41st for about 2 and a half months so far and through-out this time I have given it my all.

Here is a detailed overview of the things I have accomplished over my tenure in 41st.

- Instilled a detailed rank structure for the intel team

-assigned managers who are dedicated and willing to do work, with teams which cover various aspects of infrastructure

- Got together with some notable 41st members, and am still upgrading the roster to the best it can possibly be, Thank you sanchez, brooks, vango, and rayzen for the help.

-updated/created multiple documents, created a branch in 41st that is pending release, started actually hosting officer, and intel meetings.

-updated the AT-RT Training, and made a whole new roster

-Currently integrating a sharpshooter training guide and roster for battalion sharp shooter who need to be trained. 

-And am covering multiple other projects along with ease of life updates.

Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: Well I believe I should be battalion Commander because I have a Structured plan and the means to execute my plan. I want to become battalion commander to meet my full potential and continue moving 41st in the direction it’s going. I want to be able to prove myself and continue helping the battalion 

 

Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?: Yes I know alot about star wars lore in general, but since becoming Green Company I have been studying 41st lore extensively. 

 

Availability: 

Server times

Monday - Friday between 6am and 8 am and then from about 4pm - 10pm EST

Saturday-Sunday Anytime

 I am not always on during these times but these are the times that work best for me.

Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: 

1)I want to maintain these great numbers we have now, and to achieve this goal I will 

A.) I will incentivise recruiters of the week such as other battalions do.

B.) Maintain activity to where I will constantly hold RP Scenarios, Trainings, Sims, Patrols ETC so people don’t get bored and get off the server.

C.) Host game nights and other activities to help people not get burned out quickly.

2) I want to fill some Officer and Senior Officer positions that haven’t been filled in the last couple months (This does not mean I will be giving away positions don’t get your hopes up)

 3) I will update the rank requirements so that they aren’t long, however I won’t make them Easy ;), this will help maintain our troopers interest in the battalion.

Now these are all goals of mine however I really want 41st to be a fun light hearted battalion that knows when and how to be serious. This can be accomplished through simple battlecomms exercises, and sims.

Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: I will resign before I go inactive.

 

Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank?: Yes it will be the best three months of my career on synergy if i am to be accepted.

Edit: I think doing doc work and infrastructure shows true management skills which you need to be a BCMD. There are too many times we let people with no management skills into high spots. Infrastructure>popularity points.

I'm very indecisive about my vote here, you're a good friend of mine and I do know that you have what it takes to lead when you apply yourself properly. If you do get Gree I think you would really need to build a strong active High Command around you so you don't burn out or get too stressed out and quit.

Your time in DU was very short for the most part the ITDD was a very short time and you were removed for the stuff in the other place. You also tried to power play every time you came back from SOBDE from DU. You didn't get what you wanted you left to a battalion that wasn't doing well at the time and now you have done it climbed to the top and done the ultimate long con. 

Like others have said before in this post you went to another community and spammed the N-word which shows that you are not ready for a High Command Spot as you are not mature enough to contain yourself in front of others. Like I said in my post on Razens app my point is not to be toxic or come out of the woodwork you aren't ready and you are very immature.

I’d just like to address some topics, 

in terms of power play, I only took up leadership in struggling regiments. ARF at my time of arrival, and then ENG which had no members in it,  and did work on docs etc, I was in the battalion before you were and was for a decent amount of time then went to sobde. Had I stayed in DU I probably would’ve been a higher rank than the rank I sit at now.

In between my time as fixer and mereel, I joined DU again for a week because squee said I should, the battalion was in a bad state and people weren’t doing there jobs, i re-sergeant trained about 6 people that night. then when I saw DU was in a well off state again and all the drama starting people were gone, I left and became mereel. 

During that whole time frame I stayed Intel because mercy needed help and filled positions with no in game rank being handed to me I did all that work to help where it was needed. Outside of DU I went from ITO-ITDD and was ITDD for about 2 and a half monthes. 

And for the accusations of me joining a struggling battalion I followed dream and razen. 

im not trying to start anything merely stating my side of the story.
