Why should you become a Commander?:

I feel I should become regimental because, recently I have seen that recon has been doing quite well on the server, and I hope to help with that. My main goal is pull all the battalions in recon together to have them work more as a unit, and get to know each other. I want everyone in recon to be able to work with the other without any tension coming between them. I feel I can help with this due to the amount of experiences on the server that I have gone through, and how I am towards helping people. I feel as if I could help everyone in Recon whenever they need me, and that I can be there if they need a person to talk to. I also have experience in certain scenarios that others, like me,  were in, so if someone gets in trouble, and needs to come and talk with a person. I can talk with them, and reach an understanding. Another reason is that I want to continue the work that Jayarr left off with, and that is to make sure everyone is working, and running perfectly, and I wish to do the same by keeping the battalions under control, and making sure they stay in tip top shape. I also have experience in being an HA, and know how to keep my things under control. I did it with MRP, and I feel I have a good enough chance with recon!

Being in 41st has been one of the greatest experiences I have had. I have made friends, and help lead its people to the way it is today. I have helped out some of our sergeants, and trained everyone to be ready for what is to come, and being in scouts means that I am in a place of leadership for the regiment. I do what I can for them, and if I am presented with this role. I will help out my people to become better as a team, and better as a faction.

Now CG was my first battalion I joined on the server, and as soon as I joined I helped out, and I can remember Xaze saying to me that I was one of the most dedicated privates he has seen, and I continued from then on. Improving the tryouts and docs, and making new ones. I made all the new people feel welcomed, and made everyone laugh and have fun at their posts. CG was a great choice for me, because it taught me that if you can be a dedicated person to something, then you can accelerate at it.

Now this was if not the biggest role I have ever had on a server. At the time I was a co-owner/Founder of a Server, and the owner said I will give you this and I said sure, and as it. I made damn sure to keep the server running. As Admiral Yularen it was quite different from this server. We didn't have naval. It was just Yularen as a High command in the server, and I was in charge of keeping everyone on the ship running at 100%. Now this might be irrelevant to this position, but I just to show you all that I can fulfill a role like this. I will not leave Recon Reg until I know that every single person in the Regiment is doing there, and I will improve on anything and everything anyone needs.

During my Time as Navy SEAL XO I was in charge of running the SEALS when Panda wasn't on. I would lead my SEALS with precision , and  whenever we were tasked with important missions I would be there to see it through. I also wouldn't have been like the other commander and rarely spend time with there troops, but I would be there to help them out each step of the way, and each time we would all have fun. I hope that getting the ball rolling for all the battalions in Recon  will be great for them and be fun for all of us in Recon

Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?:

I would like the regiment at the end of my term to reach a point of pure stability. I would like each battalion to be at a point where they can run on their own, and be active with training's/tryouts, and have a steady trooper online status. And to go into each battalion on what I would like to do:
41st

In 41st I would like to encourage more western individuals to work for officer positions, so more of the enlisted/NCO, and work and have fun with people during their time zone. Reason for this is because recently I have seen that there are more EU officers in 41st on during those times, and when the western individuals are on. Not a lot of there officers are on during those times. So, my goal, like I said, will be to help 41st stay balanced between the EU time, and the Western Time.
 

91st

In 91st I would like to improve overall activity in 91st. First off I would like to address that of the 3 battalions in Recon 91st, in my opinion, is the least activity of them all, and to help with there activity. I would like to help with bring up the recruitment count, by making it a requirement that to be able to ride a BARC speeder, or a AT-RT, You need to be ARF trained, and that would mean giving 91st priority over ARF, and giving them the ability to host ARF training's. In my opinion this would overall improve the activity in 91st, and help them get back on the map.

Rancor

Rancor is in a place where they can run on their own, but that's the thing, I rarely see rancor do anything with the other recon battalions, and so to help with that I will host certain sims and training's, that will get Rancor involved with the other battalions, and get everyone to work as one unit.

 

How will you improve relations between your regiment?:

One way I am choosing to improve relations in the Recon regiment, is by implementing a discord for everyone to have access to, and with this it will be able for  everyone to announce anything to anyone in the Regiment, and overall increase the relations between the battalions. The reason I think this will work this time is because I will be there to help schedule, and bring in different types of Sims, Training's, and announcements for everyone to get, and dig into.This will also help with increasing the chance for all in recon to get there training's across, and host certain events for all recon to get involved with. To get to a point where everyone is okay with one another, and that is what my main goal is to be

- I don’t even remember abusing my power like that, because if I did. I would have been demoted on the spot from HA.

-Those videos I thought were just funny, and I completely forgot to watch through them all fully

-I can say that I was Mingy on the server, but not anymore like I use to. I have helped Base ops out a lot, and if I were minging, again I would be demoted.

+1, I can say that Pythin is a really good XO when it comes to official and serious shit. He did help me progress SEALs during the MRP days and took control when I was busy most of the time. Although I don’t play on the server as much anymore, I think that Pythin is a good fit for Recon Reg. Good luck.

You have proven to me really often that you can be serious at time or totally the oposite, you are REALLY serious or REALLY mingy. You Kinda look for problems where its not needed but also work really hard to solve them even if most of the time its not really your place to do. You have been a member of this community for a long time.

I do think you could do the job but you need to calm down on the mingyness but also on making descision too fast. You have done it a lot in the past. Made descision that you think could be good without listening or even ignoring any feed back. If you work on all of that I would fully support you.
