Why should you become a Regimental Commander?:
Majority of the time I have been on the server, I have been in someway or another involved in Recon, either being within the regiment itself or either as being a ARC within the battalion's. within my time in Rancor whenever given the chance to perform recon for the other regiments, we would try and do our best to get as much information as possible and relay it to whoever cares about it. I am hoping if I get Recon Reg I can excel in the position and make sure our troopers under my lead will be able to do their best and make sure, whenever any trooper needs some information deep behind enemy lines, you know who to send. the Recon Regiment!
Do you understand the lore of your regiment?:
The 41st Elite Corps Was a famed unit within the 9th Elite Crops. The 41st was under the command of CC- 1004 "Gree", General Luminara Unduli, and Grandmaster Yoda. and as well for a bit of time, Jedi General Quinlin Vos. The 41st had some notable sub-units within the battalion, such as Green Company, The 41st Ranger Platoon, and the 41st Scout Battalion. As well there was Sarlacc Battalion A and B, both suffered heavy casualties at the battle of Dinlo where they were Rescued by Improcco Company. the 41st were involved with several different battles ranging from the second battle of Geonosis, Rodia, Uba IV, and the battle of Kashyyk. Fun fact time, Commander Gree got his name due to his wide knowledge of alien species in the galaxy, his name derives from the Alien Race called the "Gree".
The Rancor Battalion Was primarily stationed on Kamino for the majority of the war. The battalion was Lead by 4 ARC commanders know as, Commander Havoc, Commander Colt, Commander Blitz And a fellow ARC trooper known as Hammer. The rest of the battalion was made up of primarily ARF troopers who fought during the battle of Kamino. Working along side the 4 ARC troopers was Jedi General Shaak Ti, Master Chief Bric, and El-Les. During the battle of Kamino, Specifically in Tipoca City, They came into combat with with several Specialist trident and Aqua Droid Units. During the ensuing conflict the Battalion (specifically Colt and Havoc) came into contact with the Sith assassin Asajj Ventress. Both were sadly killed in the fight, but before Havoc passed away Asajj Ventress gave him a peck on the cheek. After the battle Commander Blitz and Hammer took over and continued the training on Kamino training a notable squad known as Domino squad from the show.

Worked with members of the community on Alpha trials

Duties of ARO consisted at the time was working with the Heavy branch, ARF and ARC branch.
GCS Lt Col Crys of the 212th.
Worked with fellow GC member to revamp tryouts for new GC troopers so they can get a riveting experience during tryouts.

Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?:
At the End of my Term I am hoping the Regiment is one that is stable with many active members of the Regiment that are willing to work amongst each other and build up friendships and show dedication to their Recon brothers and sisters. Show to the other Regiments what Recon can do and to prove to them how valuable having information. possible sit downs with both command structures (if needed) to discuss future projects of battalions and see where each can help out with.
Rancor: Help the BCMD who is ever under me make sure their battalion is working well and all ARC trainings are running smoothly. possibly see if Rancor can help out with BARC trainings and other trainings the 41st would possibly need help with.
41st Elite Corps: Help out the BCMD with whatever work they have going on, Have BARC trainers become more of a thing if needed. Work with 41st into possibly getting AT-RT back onto the server so members of the community can start using those again if they get implemented once more.
How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?:
That can be a tricky question honestly. People can try to get along as best as they can if they want to, if conflicts arise within the regiment I can (if need be) help by becoming a mediator between parties and try my best to help them find common ground and work together so they can have a fun and enjoyable time on the server. If battalions as a whole are having problems amongst each other that would be falling into the same realm here. as the Regimental it would be my job to make sure both regiments work as a cohesive unit. If possible I could get people together within the regiment to work on their respective RP, through sims passive RP, during events and deployments. I know there are some members within both 41st and Rancor that like to go back and forth and talk/play games with each other. when it comes to those members that do not know each other within battalions, possibly host game nights and see what people like to play within the regiment and get them involved and having fun.
