  2. To the development team, this is some amazing work from you all!
  3. Just to confirm what are the requirements for prime-time to begin?
  4. Take care lad, best of luck in the future!
  5. +1 After our conversation I am left in a excited position to potentially work with you closely in the future as our Regimental. You have practical experience throughout the community that I have witnessed. You were a brilliant Battalion Commander inside of Rancor and truly act on the best interests of those around you. I would argue that your activity would need to be upped in order to support this position. But, I know how you are, how you act and how you operate and you would be a brilliant person to represent the battalions that you will potentially be overlooking and assisting. I wish you luck in your interview.
  6. I've had a rather conflicting argument the past few days to myself on whether I am for or against this application which to me determines a hesitation based on instinct. For me personally, I will remain neutral throughout your process on potentially becoming a Regimental. While you express a strong argument and indicate a true interest in the position paired with your ideas that you wish to implement. For me this is not enough, We can all express on what we wish to do on paper, however sadly I have never properly had the opportunity to see how you operate as an officer inside your respective battalion, combined with how you deal with situations and implement changes on a drastic and fluid stage. With the on-going situations inside numerous battalions, including the battalions associated inside the regiment, practical experience that has been demonstrated throughout the community is essential. While we have had conversations and I appreciate both your honesty and co-operation, I am yet still left hazed at the idea of you becoming a Regimental. Personally, I do not believe you would be the correct candidate to represent Rancor and I must put the priorities on my battalion and what would be best for them. If this application does progress, I do wish you the best of luck in the interview and furthermore if granted the position for you to prove me wrong. Please understand this is not me being negative of you as a person or a community member and that I'm protecting the interests of Rancor. From conversations and overall interactions, you are a brilliant bloke, however when it comes to your overall "work ethic" I am left in the fog, therefore I can not provide a solid vote.

  8. While I am confident in certain aspects of your plans, I wish to address a main concern that has been discussed and presented to me. As you seem to be extremely motivated at the idea of ensuring battalions are receiving an additional deployment individually to lead up to the main deployment at the end of the week. Furthermore, the combination of goals being set weekly and a meeting to be established on a weekly basis and the push for joint-trainings and exercises. While this sounds good to people on paper, applying this seems chaotic. I'm already busy in my position as it is, while I do enjoy my position now, with these added responsibilities I am most certain that burnout will be a factor not for myself but the entire regiment. I know for certain if this was to be pushed I would end up resigning due to being overworked, or the common trend of the two week LOA and then the resignation. I can not speak for @SEXICOor @Mercyhowever, to me this is too much. Bare in mind my schedule is to ensure that the ARC Program is operational for the community, plus recruitment and evaluating the Officer Team, paired with public relations and answering questions on a daily basis, paired with dealing with internal issues. Finally the overall daily running and changes inside the battalion. I hope these will not be mandatory and that it will branch out to our respective Command Teams and the Senior Officer Team. Before I cast my vote, I want to ask how you aim to tackle burnout, because this will most certainly drive time away from your other parts of your life to implement these plans, but also how do you plan to tackle burnout in all three battalions?

  10. +1 At the first I thought, damn this is a big application, but I realised the font is the same size as a sheet of A4 Paper. But straight to the point, good luck.

-1 You've said you wish to work with me, however you have not spoken or contacted me me before applying. Until we have spoken and I feel comfortable, definitely not. Teamwork is essential and not getting into contact previously with the BCMDs, not sure if you have contacted Mercy, beforehand shows just a lack of professionalism or teamwork
  12. Sorry to see you leave lad, honestly after I first left the community to focus on things, you were the Fox I bumped into when I re-joined the Coruscant Guard. You made it feel like a welcoming environment and in return I went around and created "entertaining" issues. You have been a good community member throughout your time here, but importantly a good friend.
  13. I expressed my sadness during our small conversation in Teamspeak. However, it will not be the same without you in Rancor and in the community. I remember working my way through the staff team a little under a year ago and you were a great role-model and person to speak to, especially when it came to staff. I always had the notion from time to time, that you were hard-headed yet it was evident and always be evident that you genuinely cared about the community which is something that I will always respect about you. When it came to Rancor, while short, you provided valuable insight throughout my first officer meeting and clearly when burned out, still contributed to the best of your abilities. A great officer, a great director and a great mentor. Thank you Fyi.
  14. 4/5/5 From what I hear and understand the event was exceptional in many aspects and provided a solid story, paired with an overall engaging environment for all those who participated. The only downside from what I understood was the waiting, however this can not be helped with a lack of staff so you can not criticised heavily for this. Overall, good work Dirty!
  15. +1 Brilliant bloke and would be nice to have him in the team once again!
  16. +1 - Egert is odd fellow, I once saw him eat a doner kebab out of his shoe purely to prove that socks add taste. Other than that, he's a nice bloke and good luck!
  17. +1 I look forward to him potentially getting the position. He's a brilliant lad and with previous experience and his new ideas I personally believe that he will be able to push the battalion into a vital direction. Also, shoutout to the commonwealth!
  18. 5/5/5 - A brilliant event, overall fun, interesting and enjoyable. Thank you @Snadvich
  19. While I am not too thrilled about the new changes to the regiment system, I can understand why this has been done and I am more than happy to adapt to the changes that have been implemented. While at first I was sceptical at the idea of working along-side a new set of battalions, this may present the opportunity to expand on the ideas of how each battalions operates and the possibility to form a strong attachment between each other and incorporate some of the fundamental values that each battalion offers into Rancor itself. The reality is if the system does not work, then community feedback will provide the necessary foundation for change into a positive direction. I will attempt to work closely with both @SEXICOand @Mercywith guidance from @Noodlesto the best of my abilities. At first I was annoyed, but admittedly I am rather excited to see how this change will impact the community and my battalion. The expression "Don't knock it until you try it" seems to fit this situation well. I believe Noodles. who will oversee the 41st Elite Corps, Coruscant Guard and Rancor, will be able to generate a brotherly bond between each battalion and assist the battalions to generate the necessary growth they desperately need.
  20. +1 @BlueBeetle, you are probably one of the most friendly and level-headed people I have had the opportunity in talking and meeting inside the community. I think you will be potentially an excellent Battalion Commander for the 104th and press the battalion forward. Please do not stress yourself out with all your other commitments in the community and if you manage it all correctly, you will be amazing in the position. Good luck in the interview.
  21. +1 - Good luck in the interview!
  22. I believe you will be excellent for the position, please do not burn yourself out! +1
  23. +1 - Seems to be a solid applicant, good luck in the interview.
  24. +1 - From my interactions with you in the community I believe it would be brilliant to have you back on the Staff Team.
