5/5/5 - Probably one of the best events I have the opportunity to take part of!

Did any Bounty Hunters Participate: No Please rate using this scale Please Rate 1-5 on each of the below categories (5 being perfect, 1 being horrible) Gameplay: Care and Effort: Server Performance: Just to add I hadd to cut it extremely short before it could blossom due to blowing birthday balloons for a relatives birthday.
  3. Hi @Ratio I appreciate the question and the concern. For me in my current stage in the community and my mindset I feel motivated and determined to perform the duties that are rewarded along-side the position. For me, while my Fox term was short and the circumstances in life were grim which led to my resignation, I believe that I am in a level mind-set paired with a six month grace period before I commence studies at university again. I have all the intention to follow through during my term and potentially after, however that is a distant future and I would prefer to focus on the now and the near future. But I am certain that I will be able to maintain a high standard of commitment during the three months to ensure that issues are tackled and any changes that I wish to conduct are implemented carefully and correctly. I hope this answers any concerns you may have.
  4. Hi @Brooklyn I appreciate the questions and I will try my best to give you an answer to each point. At the current, while relatively new, we hold Selections on the Sunday Off-week at around 6pm BST which would translate to 1pm EST for the American side of the community, these times maintain standard with Weapons and Tactics taking place on the Wednesday and Leadership taking place on the Friday. At the moment when it comes to the EU team in the battalion that would Lyonaxis and I, however on the usual basis we do have the spare NA officer available at the time, which tends to be Ollie. I would like to say at the moment it is currently reliable and we have yet to fail to host one on the scheduled time, however this has only just begun. Yet circumstances do crop up for individuals from time to time, this is why if I am granted the potential position, to induct a couple of new EU officers within the the first few weeks of my term. Of course they will be required to meet the standards of what is expected of an officer. However with this in mind, my minimum would be to have four, to ensure that one EU Officer is able to host a single training throughout the week to prevent burnout and in-case circumstances do crop up the additional to fill in. Of course with an increased amount of EU officers who are present on the server, they will be able to assist with recruitment and create engaging scenarios for the EU player base in coordination with the Gamemaster Team and available staff, whether this be a patrol or a training. While this is speculation, if the officer team is active in both time zones, then they will be able to keep the enlisted and above entertained encouraging them to appear more often. I do also plan on expanding on the discord being used more to announce when an event is occurring or a training will be hosted to ensure communication on on-going events and entertainments to encourage both sides to come onto the server if they wish. At the moment this is all fluid and I cannot give a definitive answer on this subject. However, with the removal of Weapons and Tactics a potential idea would be to incorporate the relevant and arguably essential parts of Weapons and Tactics into Leadership. Where they will be run through the essentials, for example battle communications, ACE reports and callouts and be expected to utilise this throughout Leadership itself, to both see if they are paying attention and are able to use this in a high-intense environment. When being taught the essentials they will be given demonstrations, to give them a full idea on when and how to use them effectively. However, I am also open to the idea of a complete rework on both Selections and Leadership altogether but I would prefer to work along-side those with experience, for example previous Rancor Battalion Commanders and High Command to provide their insight and suggestions. As the ARC Program is a community project which is run by Rancor. Furthermore, I have been reading through your previous suggestions on the complete change of the ARC Program and would like to discuss with you, your ideas and suggestions in the near future. For me modernisation is important and these trainings are in a more need upgrade. I would also like to add, if anyone has any ideas on the ARC Program and wishes to approach me with their ideas I am more than happy to discuss them with you. When it comes to the officer team, activity is the defined issue. However, I also find that laziness is rooted in some issues, especially when it comes to the conduct of trainings. I will not names of course, however it is evident that not all officers are maintain the standard and expectation to host trainings. I am currently playing with the idea with the implementation of that an "Officer is expected to host a training every two weeks" where the Junior team will take priority. Furthermore, the standard itself has gone down, officers do not engage as often as they should with the battalion, they do not provide entertainments or direction and seems in disarray on both communication, this is evident to the planning and announcement of trainings, and attitude. I have had discussions with numerous sources about the attitude inside of Rancor and the overall "toxic" nature that is generated. This will stop. This includes those who are Alpha designated who act idiotic and toxic and argue that it is "there character", however when this expands to OOC and genuinely causes people to upset that is the stopping point. This applies to officers as well. This needs and will stop, punishments will start being handed out because this is not the standard that Rancor should display. Finally, the "give-up" attitude on events if it is not to their liking, if an officer displays this attitude this will affect those around him or her, again this will stop and if spotted punishments will be handed out where necessary. The officer team needs to be professional, symbolic and engaging to maintain a positive environment. I plan to maintain this in the long-run and provide a solidified and reliable schedule which, while early, has been going extremely well. Hopefully with the addition with fresh and creative officers on both sides, will maintain the consideration of all sides of the community. With reference to the requirement above, this will be applied to all trainings whether EU or NA and hopefully with this in mind officers and the community will be aware of these scheduled trainings. I will be unable to verify if this will phase out after my term, but I plan on pushing to all officers that EU trainings will now and remain throughout the span of the community. With fresh officers, these will be fresh ideals and this will be nurtured into their concept of Rancor and of the trainings. I trust that with a continuous schedule that is followed to the letter, this should be sustainable and reliable in the distant future. Yes, one of the planned requirements that will be laid out is that for a Rancor Jedi to become an Officer they will have to be ARC certified in order to host these trainings, they will under go the same process of being shadowed for their first trainings and afterwards will be permitted to host trainings like any other Rancor Officer. They will also be held to the same standard as an ARC Trooper as they already are. Yes, all Rancor Command will be need to be designated in order to be considered to host the Alpha designation trainings, furthermore they must be shadowed by a member of Alpha Leadership before being allowed to conduct them. I will also be speaking to Ollie into further ideas that we can ensure that they are also reliable and consistent. I believe I commented in relation to ideas. However, I plan on introducing this into Leadership, where they will be taught these essential topics and will be provided examples and expected to perform them throughout Leadership. While people comment "It's only Garry's Mod" callouts in particular has been an asset throughout my time in the community and is vital for an ARC Trooper to understand and master. I hope I have answered your questions, if I have been unclear please let me know and if you wish to discuss the ideas on the trainings I am open to a conversation.
  5. This application has been waived by a Director Steam Name: Echo RP Name: Void | Nate RP Rank: Second Lieutenant Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:54134076 Battalion you are applying for: Rancor Battalion - Commander Blitz Experience: Coruscant Guard - Centurion Term Commander Thire Tracker Lead Diplomatic Lead Intel Director Commander Fox after his term Rancor Battalion - Stix Term Commander Havoc Maze Alpha Leadership - Served as "Alpha" Support Lead Naval - Freck Term Sub Lieutenant Shoan Kilian Why should you become a Battalion Commander The reason behind this application is both that I have the time, motivation and dedication to fulfil the high standard expected of the position of Battalion Commander. A grand portion of my time I have spent inside Rancor, I understand how the battalion operates and where to integrate fresh changes and provide necessary updates to the foundations of the battalion. I will list the changes and issues that I will look at providing a remedy for throughout my potential term. Trainings At the current moment of writing this application dupes are being drafted by the current Rancor Command in order to adapt with the recent map change to Onderon. Hopefully this will be completed in the near future to meet the standard expected by the community. However, besides that I will be discussing a potential change that I seek to conduct throughout my term. This change being the removal of Weapons and Tactics, potentially, as the training provides some valuable insight in certain circumstances however, to maintain up to date with the current drift it can be argued that the training provides no beneficial impact anymore. This of course would reduce the amount of trainings to two and instead potentially be applied to Selections or Leadership in grading. I’ll be perfectly blunt its about common sense when it comes to Weapons and Tactics and I believe it removal will have little impact on the community. However, this will be on a suggestion basis and will require communication between Rancor Command and High Command in order to develop a sustainable, modern and interesting shift that will benefit the future prospects of those who are interested in the program. To make it clear any changes will not result in the wipe of any trainings, these will be left untouched. Expanding on trainings, Lyonaxis and I, have been committed at delivering EU Trainings to ensure that the community is being covered in all time-zones. Please let it be noted that this has had no affect on standard trainings and will not be invasive. I will be looking at maintaining this, where on-week will be considerably busy but in exchange off-week will prohibit trainings being held, unless emergency ones are requested. This will enable the battalion to act as a battalion and have a chance of fun and rest. Officer Team At the moment the Officer Team inside of Rancor is not up to current standard. I would argue it to be considered unreliable and light on server presence which could be a potential reason that numbers are not as bolstered compared to other battalions. If I am granted my potential term, I along-side Rancor Command, will be conducting a brief assessment period of the entire team. I assure that the elevation or demotion of ranks will not occur unless deemed appropriate. A high standard team is necessary in order to promote a reliable and professional outlook and with the introduction of fresh officers this could potentially shift the tide to a positive direction. My ideals in an officer is an individual who is capable of a positive, engaging and proactive attitude who is able to balance fun with professionalism. I am also considering in the implementation of an officer evaluation on a monthly basis to ensure quality control throughout the battalion. In ex-change I will be passing power down the chain providing officers with a various amount of tasks to conduct which should keep them busy but entertained. I find it important that the officer team is engaged and furthermore have a positive and heard influence inside of the battalion. Hopefully with a reinvigorated team these ideals will be established with both the correct mentorship and integration. With this in-mind this will benefit the enlisted and above and with an active team this should establish a strong presence on the server battalion wise. Alpha A brief discussion on Alpha seems needed and necessary. I will be coordinating with Alpha Leadership to establish a reliable and solidified schedule when it comes to the hosting of Alpha designations. This issue seems to have been around for a while and I seek to amend this. A potential solution is to expand the people who are able to conduct this, at the moment it would be both Alpha Leadership and the Battalion Commander however I wish to expand this to the entirety of Rancor Command. It will maintain a bi-weekly basis where it will be conducted during off-week and the requirement to conduct them is that Rancor Command has to be Alpha designated themselves and shadowed by Alpha Leadership before conducting. Jedi While I consider that Jedi an essential and full-integrated presence in the battalion. For me its about maintaining and improving the standard of care that we provide for those who wish to be attached to Rancor. I will be coordinating with our current Jedi Lead about any changes or issues that a remedy can be provided for. They are the basis of promoting roleplay and I wish to establish the Clone and Jedi relationship as demonstrated in the Clone Wars TV Series itself. With that in mind I will be looking at pushing interactions naturally between the two parties and in exchange having the Jedi assist and host trainings to fufill this requirement. Deployments and Events naturally do this, however having that special someone is always a pleasant environment and that is something I will seek to improve and nurture. Furthermore, to integrate Jedi into the branches in the battalion to ensure they are both involved and provide them a solidified position inside of the battalion. Closing Remarks With all this mind, I believe that I have the correct attitude paired with the motivation and determination to succeed in the transformation of Rancor. Paired with a dedicated Command and Officer Team any barrier that is presented will be smashed through for the benefit of the battalion and the community. Furthermore, throughout this process from my application and even before that I will be talking to numerous people about their issues inside and outside of the battalion. I wish to be transparent with what I wish to accomplish. I wish to make it clear that no changes will commence until all issues inside of the battalion are fixed and I am confident that once the team is reliable and professional, then any change presented should move flawlessly. Do you understand the lore of your battalion - Yes Availability To point out due to the fact I am from the United Kingdom my time zone may vary differently to those who are on the American side of the community, however numerous people in Rancor Command are centered around an American time zone and this will be maintained if I am granted this term. Monday to Sunday - I am free all day due to a six month gap until my next year of study at university I am also contactable through discord so I will be able to sustain constant communication. Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay - 1231 hours Do you have a microphone - Yes Where do you want your battalion to be at the end of your term Firstly, by the end of my potential term I wish to have a reliable and solidified schedule which will support the community fully. To ensure that new and old community members have access to all trainings, including Alpha designations, available to them. Where a unified EU and American Officer team are able to deliver a high standard and professional outlook throughout this process and that it will feel almost second nature. Secondly, I hope to have achieved a strong server presence battalion wise, where we are accessible, active and continuously engaging throughout my potential term and even afterwards. I hope to have established a brilliant Command team and when the time comes to pass the reigns onto someone who is able to deliver these ideals yet are creative to establish new ideas and push the battalion further. For me by the end of my potential term a strong officer team is something that I believe will be achieved and I look forward to demonstrating the capabilities of Rancor at its fullest. Finally, I hope to have achieved a modernised battalion by the introduction of essential changes that will assist in the ever-growing change of the community. Where the battalion is able to accommodate with an open-arms policy with the integration of new and old community members inside the battalion itself. Personally, I believe this will assist the community and improve relations between all regiments. While nothing is set in stone until demonstrated, I do hope that I will be a good influence on everyone inside the battalion and outside and display the fullest of what Rancor has to offer. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position: Yes Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank: Yes
  6. RP Name - Void Steam ID - STEAM_0:1:54134076 VIP - Yes Age - 21 Time-zone - BST What was your previous staff rank - Head Administrator - Before the change to the Staff Ranks Are you currently staff on a different server - No Why did you leave the staff team - Resignation from the community due to commitments elsewhere at the time, I attempted to return earlier in the year however a string of exams decided to pre-occupy me for a month straight. Why do you want to re-join the staff team - I've roughly been back in the community for a month and I have an extensive amount of time free which I would like to fill and I believe that becoming a staff member again will allow me to fill this void. Furthermore, I enjoyed benefiting the community previously primarily as a member of the Gamemaster Team and I plan on doing so again. I seek to create engaging and positive interactions with the community to motivate them to come on by creating various and diverse entertainments which are unique for the community member at hand. Finally I enjoy the tedious tasks as it gives me a further excuse to branch out and socialise with the variety of people the community has took in and furthermore establish those connections and connect various members of the community together with others. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went - I believe my time in the staff team went really well. I was heavily established into the Gamemaster team and believe that I made an impactful and enjoyable experience for the community when they partook in said events. Furthermore, I maintained a high standard of work while pumping out an intense amount of work in the process as well, especially for the EU side of the community which lead to my promotion to Head Administrator, before the changes. I was engaging with the staff team and promoted a professional standard at the time while maintaining an approachable, fun and friendly presence which helped me enjoy the community even more. Do you understand by reapplying to get your previous rank back that you will be tested on your knowledge of the server rules and practices - Yes If you are reapplying for the rank of SA, are you aware that applying will opt you in to becoming a Game Master - Yes Link us to a document for a deployment (Event Server) that you will execute as a gamemaster - Click Here Place the links below of at least 2 Events you have been the GM for -
  7. +1 Probably one of the greatest people I have come to know, he's been both a great mentor and a brilliant friend.
  8. Hi @Willyworm1and I appreciate the response! When I mention "Freedom" it also includes the potentiality of what can be done, therefore granting more freedom. By this, as mentioned above its about ensuring that deployments and events that orientate around them having the ideal Gamemaster and those that help have the ideal knowledge of the lore that concerns them. It creates new avenues for SOBDE in particular to explore as there are people in place that are both familiar and able to perform at the standards of roleplay that SOBDE desire. For me that is the barrier that is preventing SOBDE from freely roleplaying and as discussed previously, that is how I aim to break it. When it comes to safeguarding, it about maintaining a consistent behaviour by continuously going through AR reports and gathering feedback, directly speaking to both Rancor and SOBDE Command about what they want from events and deployments and if they have encountered any issues with recent ones. Maintaining a live wire to the Gamemaster Team and scheduling regular meetings with a Gamemaster Officer or above to discuss these concerns and ways that it could be developed and improved directly. Its about quality management, communicating and working-alongside both Commands to ensure that the regiment is receiving a good experience and the Gamemaster Team are as well. I hope this answers your question!
  9. Hi @Sriracha I appreciate the response! When it comes to plans, I'll provide a detailed explanation in how I seek to achieve in relation to the battalions. When it comes to communicating with Gamemaster Department while any soul is able to do so. For me it is about continuously being in contact with the team and ensuring that the wire is live throughout my entire term. Where throughout events and deployments I will look at the AR and collect the opinions that were had of the event, especially a deployment and bringing forward potential ideas for where it could be fixed. Gamemaster Approach Furthermore, on those plans and I believe I will explain them better here. When it comes to SOBDE in specific I will be in constant communication between the Gamemaster Team and SOBDE Command about both ideas and complaints with recent events. I personally believe that there should be more events focused on specific battalions, but to move further into the rabbit hole of Squad specific deployments potentially so it gives the opportunity for the battalion and specific members to adventure into the life of that clone. Of course, this would not be on a regular basis depending on how discussions go, however I am ambitious on pushing this forward. Ideally, by negotiating a trial stage and hopefully this idea expands into other regiments as well. I personally believe the AR is not utilise and I seek to change that throughout my term when focusing on the regiment at hand. For me if I am successful in doing so, it should hopefully develop on the bonds listed above. As the priority is to be consistent with regular meetings with both Rancor Command and SOBDE Command along-side the Gamemaster Team. By voicing the opinions and issues directly to the team in a clear and constructive way, where it will not just benefit the battalions at hand, but also the Gamemaster Team. The reality being if an event is good it raises morale and especially if it consists of both battalions having fun on a regimental deployment it promotes a good attitude between both parties. And when it comes to specific ideas for events at mind, an simple example being a squad based deployment for the location of Sev on Kashyyk. Or a deployment based on the Imperial Era where the "Imperial Commandos" come into the equation as its something new that would create excitement and the potential of future ideas. The same would apply to Rancor, where the "Battle of Coruscant" with Fordo which could be a great deployment in which the entirety of Rancor could partake. Its about bringing the screen into the game and having the community partake in events that are focused around the series, its a step in the correct direction in a more roleplay intensive environment. When approaching the Gamemaster Team I will contact a Gamemaster Officer to arrange a time to speak on a detailed level, providing both documentation and opinions on ideas and issues that the battalions have had. I will provide my own insight and suggestions in remedies and work with, not against the Gamemaster Team. As, the Gamemaster would know the limitations of an event so being in a vocal setting where we can discuss and look at remedies is essential. And when discussing "in-depth" an example being a "Omega Squad" or an "Alpha" deployment, I would ask throughout the meeting for Gamemasters and Helpers, that are familiar and able to perform the lore. To push for "accurate, well developed and fun" events. @Mavelle Does this also answer your question? Rancor Plans When it comes to activity, I could simply say encourage more tryouts or a simple training system for getting your ARC status yet I will not. While, I wish to promote a hands off approach with limited interference as I trust in the abilities that Claw, the current Blitz, possesses I will be in constant contact with him from day one. When it comes down to the ARC Program itself I will be discussing with Claw potentially a new system to be put in place when it comes to the claiming a specific training for the scheduled days, with also the proposal of an EU dedicated time for those that are unable to attend throughout the later hours. It covers the community entirely and promotes a fair and accessible system. When it comes to activity, it becomes a tricky topic because the control of members joining can be limiting. However, I aim to by the end of the first week have circulated throughout the community discussing issues that people have had with the battalion in question, this being SOBDE and Rancor of course, once done I will collect the information and meet with Claw to discuss an action plan which he is both comfortable and committed in doing. Furthermore, providing input on potential new officers to elevate in his battalion without pressurising and being both truthful and blunt on the issues that are affecting the battalion. Finally to extend my reach, to discuss with Claw the development of ARC Programs in all the battalions to create those chains where Rancor and battalion ARCs in specific, where all ARCs are connected. Finally, when it comes to relations between SOBDE and Rancor while I have mentioned the outreach program, it has been brought to my attention that is not the concern or method of approach. For me now, the Bi-Weekly meeting will be used for complaints, suggestions and queries which both Rancor and SOBDE Command will be able to take to me directly and I will voice that opinion to the rest of High Command. However, I will be looking at creating scenarios that encourage both Rancor and SOBDE to work together, for example through deployments. Yet to be perfectly honest it does not seem necessary at the moment as both battalions seem to be in the good of grace with each other. Bonds As you mentioned, with the "strengthen of bonds" my ideal focus is that both battalions mindset when coming onto the server, it being a game and not some form of political fight or a simple chore. I will be trying to contain the "political" side as you will so that both battalions are not subjected to it, I simply want you all to enjoy coming on the server without the need of needless drama and a liaison report pending on your shoulders. As discussed with Lyonaxis its about the "Freedom of RP" and I am devoted in delivering that outcome. Once again, communication seems like a throwaway term yet I do mean it dearly as that is my focus. Through communication the rocks smooth out. And besides "Freedom of RP" I look at providing a platform for each community member, especially in the battalions in specialised to be given the option of approaching me, telling me what is wrong, then fixing it. Which sounds simple and it clearly won't be. Being in constant contact with High Command and Rancor | SOBDE Command will keep the chain live as mentioned earlier. I see the possibility for SOBDE to develop into a very RP intensive and well portrayed battalion as it is already headed that way and for me to push it further is to provide the opportunities listed above. I feel like negligence has been the luck of the draw and I seek to amend that, by being vocal and straight to the point. Being in constant contact and open to criticism where I have made a mistake, but finally being that spearhead that will go through doors to make things happen. Bonds can not be artificial and forced, they have to be formed naturally. When you create a positive environment through a well thought and executed event, morale as stated previously is high, everybody is in a good mood so people are more likely to be social and engaged, which in-turn creates friendships inside and outside the battalion. This is what I want for Rancor and SOBDE. Quality control is essential, this is why with every decision it will not be mine by myself, I will speak to Lyonaxis and Claw and beyond that the battalions as a whole. "A team that trusts, is a team that triumphs". But I completely agree with you @Sriracha on this... I'll attempt to explain this better, I would prefer not to be a bridge between both battalions and I firmly against operating as that. More like a bridge between High Command and the battalions directly if you would. At the current moment I would argue that the relations between Rancor and SOBDE are solid and all I seek to do is maintain and let it develop naturally through the options set above. The reality is we are all adults and I would expect if a member of Rancor had an issue with a member of SOBDE that they would follow the necessary chains in their command structure without directly going to me, which is what I will iron into place. My overall approach as I hope I have made clear, is to provide little interference and act only if Lyonaxis or Claw and any future candidates ask me to do so. Of course, there could be situations where my interference will be heavily needed, however I will provide a mediation role and provide input on suggestions and issues and overall provide you with a professional and honest Regimental when discussing matters with High Command and pushing forward battalion opinions. The value of a Battalion Commander is that you are independent that you are able to run the battalion as you see fit, of course within rules and reason, and I will protect that freedom.
  10. Waived by the Directors Steam Name - Echo RP Name - Void RP Rank - Captain Steam ID - STEAM_0:1:54134076 Regiment you are applying for - Specialized Regimental Experience First time in the community Naval Sub Lieutenant Intel Director Coruscant Guard Commander Intel Director Tracker Lead Diplomatic Service Lead Second time in the community Rancor Commander Alpha Leadership Support Leadership Jedi Knight Sentinel Lead Staff Head Admin Gamemaster Officer Current time in the community Coruscant Guard Lieutenant Heavy Lead Why should you become a Regimental Commander - I have been back in the community for a while now and I have so far enjoyed my experience and engaging with the community once again. I am certain that I am ready to take the next step in the ladder and provide a level-headed and professional response in the position. To begin with I am active and able to operate my duties as a regimental for the next three months with minimal interruption. This enables me to be continuously available to maintain an approachable presence for both battalions. Where I am able to sit down to discuss issues and overall keep updated on changes in each battalion and provide insight when requested or needed. Finally being a voice for each battalion in High Command meetings or when bringing suggestions and ensuring that situations are being brought forward in the benefit of the battalions and community. Professionalism is a value that I will uphold and maintain in the position and when outside of it, while maintaining a fun response where I am able to relax and be level with everyone, which once again makes me approachable. For me I will be able to operate as a role-model in the community and maintain a quality and positive outlook when operating as a member of the community, inside and out. Engagement is also something that I strive to maintain, I wish to be continuously working along-side the battalions and the respective factions to create both events and options to create a fun environment that encourages the community to be engaged with the server. This could be speaking to the Gamemaster team to plan a special event for specialized where both departments are active and enjoying it. An example being Squad based events for each squad in SOBDE along-side having Alpha based events / ARC based events. Or speaking with the Jedi and asking about their dealings with each battalion and operating as a battalion jedi in the respective battalions. Finally, I wish to maintain a presence which has limited if no interference for the battalions in specialized. I have faith and trust in both command teams in each battalion to maintain a professional and fun presence. As a Battalion Commander should be able to run their battalion, in-line with the rules, in their own respective way. It keeps it dynamic and different and I believe that is an integral value to have in a battalion, as it makes every new experience different. On an overall basis, I am and will continue to be an approachable presence where any member of any battalion is able to contact me, so we can sit down and talk about any issues or concerns that need to be sorted. Furthermore, I will maintain the standards as a High Command member, providing my insight and bluntness on situations for the benefit of the community. Do you understand the lore of your regiment - Yes and I am open to be quizzed about each battalion and the squads associated inside. Availability - Weekdays - Afternoons, Evenings and Nights Weekends - All day Please bear in mind that I do operate via UK Time. Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server - For me the highlight achievements are the following… Head Admin - I obtained Head Admin rather quickly throughout my time in the staff team, purely based on the fact that I have a clean and committed work ethic when it comes to situations and conducting work. It helped me understand how to approach situations with an open mind and prioritize my workload to ensure that the important bulk was being dealt with in a high quality manner. Rancor Command - When I became Commander Havoc, it felt nice. I was motivated and felt as if my Command was approachable and gave me a basis on how a command should operate on the daily. It taught me that you can have fun on the server even when it comes to the gritty work of handing out punishments and taking situations seriously. It helped me balance the fun with the serious into a comfortable mindset where coming onto the server is fun and not energy consuming. Coruscant Guard - While my time as Fox was short and possibly one of my biggest regrets where I allowed my mental issues to cloud my judgment and overall left the battalion in water. It helped me develop on my mistakes and genuinely helped me talk about things afterwards. Yet I will also be appreciative to both Centurion and Bro who helped me develop my leadership abilities and overall made me feel settled in the community. This is something that I wish to represent as a community member overall. Do you have a microphone - Yes Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term - SOBDE - By the end of my term I wish for this battalion to maintain its stability and overall activity which is most likely due to its popularity. However, I am looking to see a developed response in quality control, especially when it comes towards roleplay which is of the ambition of myself and the current Gregor, Lyonaxis and his current command when referenced to the new Gray Republic Commandos. Furthermore, to have established a stronger communication line between SOBDE and Rancor, as well as High Command to keep everyone apprised of updates and information that is vital in battalion operations. For me personally, I wish to have developed a positive outlook for the battalion and the community. The most important at the end of my time is ensuring that SOBDE are capable of having freedom of roleplay, as this for them is a quality need and I agree that if they are able to have that freedom, when it comes to events designed specifically for them and overall roleplay around the base is where they will flourish! Rancor - By the end of my term I wish for this battalion to have vastly improved its overall activity and commitment to the ARC program. Ensuring that the community is receiving scheduled training and hopefully working hand in hand with Claw to create a potential schedule for the European side of the community. Once again, development on communication between Rancor and SOBDE, along-side High Command to keep all parties up to date on situations and overall maintain a smooth sailing ship. And on a personal note, to have developed my relationship with the battalion where they are confident in contacting their regimental for assistance or input on situations and overall reliance in High Command. On an overall basis my primary concern is communication and quality control and ensuring that it is promoted in each battalion. I do not seek to interfere with the goings on in each battalion unless asked or it becomes extremely necessary as I have faith in the Command of each battalion. But a significant improvement on relationships between the battalions and High Command. How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment - SOBDE - In relation to SOBDE, I believe their outreach program is a huge benefit when it comes to relations between themselves and the community. For me it is the insurance that this program runs smoothly as in my personal experience, I find an outreach brilliant when discussing development in-game, from simply tactics or leadership and furthermore a point of contact with any issues or queries about SOBDE. So, when it comes to an improvement of relations between Rancor and SOBDE the outreach program provides a gateway on this specific topic. However, as I’ve stated previously in my application I seek to engage with both battalions command and the Gamemaster team in the development of events that will look at engaging both battalions when operating together to strengthen that bond. And potentially place a bi-weekly meeting in place between both members of their respective command to discuss issues on a community basis but with each other as well. And to extend on the “bi-weekly idea” this will be used to voice all concerns and complaints, when it comes to deployments and other matters so they are being handled swiftly and with care with the community and the battalions themselves in mind. Rancor - In relation to Rancor, it has an identical solution in communicating with the respective commands and discussing any issues that they have. Furthermore, speaking to the Gamemaster team and Rancor Command to develop event ideas that benefit both battalions, so they are having fun together which again will strengthen the bond. With encouragement, patience and dedication I aim to develop the bond between both battalions, where they are free to reach out to me, but ideally to the respective commands about issues about each other where they are confident that they are dealt with correctly and rapidly. The overall being that at the current moment the relations between the battalions are well maintained at the moment as there is respect present between both parties and I wish to maintain that. As of the minute the relations between the both are solid and I would prefer not to interfere with that, just improve it and I believe that both sides are capable of engaging with each other and I would act a mediator on the tense situations. 21. Hey Ragen I won't be voting on your application, but I would like to provide some feedback. I would suggest spacing out your document more as the majority of it seems like a bulk paragraph, it would make it easier for the community to read it.
