As spastic as you can be you've been doing a great job as BCMD, and you've been a constant friend since I've gotten to know you to have even some deeper conversations than I have with most people. It's been a pleasure to know you and work with you my man. Most of the time, anyway ;) @Babatundemy homie, you're one of my more recent friends but I still love ya for the work and dedication you've put into the GM team, and just how downright pleasant of a dude you are. You've been a brother since the 41st days and I've always been actually impressed with your lack of ability to give a shit about pretty much anything you didn't have patience for. When everyone else was looking to blacklist me, block a promotion, keep a suspicious eye on me or just straight up advocate for permabanning me, you were one of the very, very few that actually heard me out and would still talk to me like a friend in the weeks following the blacklist. I'm not sure if you realize it but I can confidently say that without you, I would have left synergy long ago. @Bittermy main man bitter, you were a fucking dream to work with dude. Whatever else happened know that you were always down for communication and compromise when we were working together on something, and we were really just on the same wavelength. When I got mas and everyone else just kinda said 'hi lol' and walked away, you, someone I'd never met before, took the time to take me aside and teach me some things about high command it would've taken me months to learn otherwise. You took your own time to teach me how to do different things and essentially trained me as a member of high command. I invested maybe the most time on you out of any of my padawans, just because you were willing to learn so much. And you didn't even need it, knocking knight trials out in one and even becoming a sage, which at the time was genuinely an accomplishment. You helped a ton in 104th until you went over to Rancor, and you helped with consular as well. Working with you so closely for the time you were my padawan and for a bit after was a joy and I'm glad i grabbed ya. You've always been a very satisfying mix of chill and interesting to hang out with, and I enjoy the time I spend vibing in a channel with you. We haven't talked as much recently but I'm glad we still keep in touch. @ VIP - ConradAnother homie in 18-21. I'm glad that I've been able to work with you recently. I was hesitant when I heard months ago you were considering palpatine, but I'm glad I got to know you well enough to back your running by the time you actually went for it. You're working hard to bring the server forward, and you let me use my out of game energies in a productive manner to help you, which I love ya for. It is about time I did this Going to start out with the 501st Boys @Omalic @CronisYou where the first two people that actual made me want to stay playing on Clone which led me to do a lot of things on the server. I know Omalic wanted me to be the Rex after him. @TinoviousYou and Harte where the ones I talked to most and I enjoyed just hanging out and doing dumb shit. The day you got LTC for Appo mate I was happy as fuck for you, but once you both left 501st I slowly moved away from the battalion @Bro @Ragen @Chrome @Fyi @Cloud You 5 were people that made me enjoy sith the most, sad that it ended the way it did. Hopefully one Day it will come back. However yall all did a good job with it, Fyi you were the dad of the Marauders *Best Sith Branch*. Ever with it gone yall all went on and did great things for the Community. To my Bad Batch lads. Aaron, Evans, Lucky, Unkindled, and Pythin. This was a second home to other than 501st, each one of you made SO BDE fun even with all the small war Lucky and I had against Null. To bad we all left before the new models came out. Bad Batch is better than Null @Jagger @Gears @Patrick @Conrad @DOLLAR So each one of you where a major part of me doing Staff and Jedi on the server. Jagger you made me just keep wanting to deploy 212th. Conrad and Dollar my two favorite GH that have ever been on the server. 99% of the time I sat back and made sure that the Ping was good while yall had fun. It was fun doing 3 to 4 hours of just setting up for an event with yall. For Gears and Patrick when Sith was removed I had to find another home other than Clone and I was never going to touch Naval. Patrick you are the sole reason I tried in Jedi doing my time as Rancor Jedi Commander and I still want to reach Master just to finally make you not pissed at me. Gears even tho we did not see eye to eye on some things I had fun while I was ATK Reg and you was a Director. You understood that it takes time for some things and gave me freedom to try and get the goals you wanted down, rather than giving me a Dead Line I could not complete. Which to bad I can make fun of you give Ahsoka a Check Up no more. To all current 41st Members Yall already know, But I can't ping all of you @Shpack Best BCMD on the server hands down, cares more about people enjoying their time while on the server than having just numbers. @SEXICO Ayo you already know what the plan is @Mavelle You a better Game Master than I ever was, you made a 3 hour event nothing but rp base feel like 45 mins. Teamspeak communications are used in many cases as In Character for callouts and information gathering. It is unrealistic to communicate properly through typing, unless you can type at 200WPM. We do not have any squad comms implemented ingame so I do not believe that we should be forced to adhere to this unrealistic rule. I have seen any one battalion NOT break this rule during an event. I do not want to adjust rule 12.1 "Teamspeak communications (ex. “I just died at bravo to a sith” You then go to Bravo without RP)." due to the fact that it would be a clear cut case of meta gaming and breaking NLR.
