I sincerely disagree with this. I was Captain Rex 1-2 years ago, During my 2-3 month time period as Rex, I was one of the more active rex's and was very hands on with my battalion. At its peak I had 52 501st on for one of the events underneath my command. In Teamspeak it was quiet, professional, and everyone was immersed in ACTUAL roleplay. Good leadership can be found in a lot of people, even staff. @Forseen You have my +1, good luck lad. Don't forget founders need to do your interview. Furthermore we just removed power roles from director+ and you're now stating not to role-play because of your position in staff, that in itself is counter productive @Spaghetti

It is not my intention to disseminate, leave out details or spread ill will to anyone. The bans: 2 RDMs of which i both served my time for in the shock jail willingly. The RDM's should not have happened though. I unfortunately do not remember who was killed. NITRP: this was in relation in all honesty, my anger regarding sith at the time.(This has not changed from my last appeal, i still believe this is the truth from my personal perspective.) Disrespect: I disrespected Sniff because he doing his duty as a admin on the staff, of which i wholeheartedly apologize for and feel truly regretful for. Advertisement of the server: From what i remember and also from reading the comments on previous appeal which i believe, It was me advertising a live stream from twitch on my twitch account. On said stream i was showing the synergy server itself, just playing it while talking to someone( i honestly dont remember) During this stream i was clearly frustrated and upset over the whole "Sith removal" because i had poured heart and soul into it and tried helping cloud keep it alive and from being removed. I fully admit and accept any criticism for my toxic remarks made on the stream about the server. I realize and understand completely that it is no excuse to be mingy or break rules and i deeply apologize for that. Also on my twitch itself, the vod from the livestream is not there due to twitch's own services, they do not save or delete after a certain period of time. I would like it noted, That this time i do have permission from a Director+ (@Mitchell) To @ISNIFFPROPANEin particular, I apologize for being so rude to you. You were doing your job as a staff member and you did not deserve that abuse. I always kind of treated you harshly and you didn't deserve that at all. Im sorry once again. To @Poe I apologize for being salty and pissy with you. I was reacting negatively in a bad way and you didnt deserve that. I have taken a long period of time off and did not want to pester people about this ban appeal. Pythin. I feel like you're missing the very obvious solution here. When it comes to Wrecker being balanced as the tanky clone, the better solution would probably be to just make him slower. If he has a lot of health, why take away his weapon that makes his tanking worth it?

I messed about with this one. it works REALLY well. - Minimul frame drops even with a standard event size of NPCs down [20-30] - Stops everything except rockets - NPCs still agro while you are in it - Hostiles can still walk in and out - It places where you stand - You can not grab it with a physgun If you have anymore questions ask me. Don't get the hard drive, it's slow. You want 7200 RPM. Don't bother with the 212 Evo either, the stock AMD cooler is pretty much on the same level as it. I use the scythe mugen 5, it's cheap and effective.

Alright so first off I'm changing my vote to -1 Second A LOT OF things are wrong with this, yes you did good work while in DU you helped with certain aspects of Havoc Squad. However, Most of what is stated here are false or exaggerated of your help or what happened. Havoc Squad You did not "set up the idea" that I suggested, it was worked on by myself, the Doom at the time Squee and his XO Ark and the CMD @Synyster and @Chambers You helped make the first set of tryouts based off of the ones @Craigary helped me with the first time around, after realizing that they were scuffed, I trashed them with Trixx and rewrote them to what they are now for the most part. Branch Lead's During your time as MEDL, I had to constantly remind you to fill your MEDO spots and to stay active During your time as ARCL, you had taken over after Greenbean who had filled almost all the ARC spots and only had a few left at the end of the second term. Regimental Lead During your time as REGL when I was Doom I had to do interviews along with Trixx my XO at the time, you would accept people but never do the interview. I had to constantly tell you to accept and interview people, yes you help set the baseline questions but anyone could do that. Along with the fact that ARC already had "specializations" beforehand this was done before I was Doom. d Along with these "branch checks" that were never done or I heard anything about. My Commander During my time as Doom, not only did you have problems with being told repeatedly to stop being an idiot, and needing to do the jobs you had been given. You had a MAJOR problem with my XO trixx, you would avoid him at all costs, I had to FORCE you to talk to him and talk about your problems out TWICE. I had to keep you in line and make sure to check up on you and seeing that you were getting things done. Situation on 6/3/2020 As some people may know DU isnt in the greatest spot right now however it is being closley watched by myself and worked on with DU High Command. Not only for some reason do you feel inclined to hear complaints about the battalion, and not referring the members back to Dooms Unit officers or Myself, you use these to send to a member of DU to post in to cause more drama "Hey, even though I resigned in January/February a lot of people seem to come to me for their problems within the DU Officer corps, DU HC or DU in general. This gives me a feeling of indication of lack of communication. This looks extremely unprofessional from the outside and my person view. Instead of whining everytime start taking actions. @Truffle , I remember when you asked a lot about DU and I helped you out a bit and asked you a bit like 1-2 weeks after. With this in mind and not communicating it through to your own management corps in DU it seems like you're not doing a whole lot. That combined with the absolute lack of work looks bad on most of you. With this I mean actions Truffle said he'd do, that can be done within 30 minutes, and be done with. Communication is probably one of your biggest problems and most likely why I have gotten three officers in the past 2 weeks trying to transfer to the 501st. -1, unless we get all mobility debuffs suggestion pasted I don't think we should have ENG running and gunning. As far as I'm aware they're a more defensive class, using the shotgun to defend themselves when seppies get too close. Eng shouldn't really be frontline unless they're acting as regular infantry which is when they'd use standard equipment.vPlus more buffs is like bruh. Also ARC should be better than everyone else is has a lot more restrictions. As long as they don't just replace certain troop types like they di with HVY all is good.

I've been in both the original 327th and the revive, it being my favorite battalion and all. SO, though I love the 327th and the time I spent there I feel that for this server to successfully re-add the 327th it would be a miracle for them to stick around. I think that from a base level standpoint the 327th can work, and it did for a long while in it's first edition until those in command basically all got perma'd because of drama and debrief shootings. Whether the 327th gets re-added or not is impartial to me, but if it were people would need to understand that it may take a completely new idea of how to run the batt and where it will fit, as well as a whole new group of people to run the battalion to try and get it to stick around. From where I'm sitting I can think of more times then I can remember that I whole-heartedly enjoyed the people I was around in that batt and the times I had, and would love if people could experience that in their favorite batt like I did. but after too many fights and inactivity as well as just disregard of how to handle things properly, the synergy roleplay 327th left a sour taste in my mouth, so the 327th should go out with whimper as it was destined to unless some serious changes are put into place. +1 in the case of rethinking how to run and learning from mistakes because I would like to help. But -1 because I don't think it would be all that different if by the grace of god the battalion got re-added I would maybe consider rejoining and help in the rebuild, I'd like to see it re-added but I don't see it working from this thread (sad 327th boys for effect, left is night of first removal and right is old bunks)

I mean, look what happened with the label of semi-serious to serious RP. Just kept flip flopping because yknow, why actually enforce RP when you can just swap the label and call it a day? But that's besides any point, Comics made a good point about the activity bit. Battalion won't really bring anything new, and trust me I know. As Bly and even before that, we scrambled to find more enticing things for 327th to make them look better. Something like 104th's control over mechanized, but ATTE's were "too laggy", so it is what it is. 327th was a rockin battalion as a home, but as to what it'll bring to the server after everything? That's little to nothing. I mean, look at what happened to 187th when they got reintroduced; Merged into another battalion. It'll be hyped up a bit, then drop off and die. -1, no offence to anyone who was 327th but we've had this discussion before. 327th just doesn't server a purpose except making each attack battalion smaller. Just because we're on Felucia doesn't mean we need to bring em back. 327th is a waste of space. 212th and 501st fufill their job 100% better. GC and TC are an easy replacement of K company. Nothing will set them apart on the server and it's just gonna be another battalion for people to worry about dying which is exactly what happened last time. I'm hyped for the third time it's gonna get removed I don't hate 327th, I think they're cool but this won't help the server at all. People are very clouded by nostalgia. As great as it once was it's never going to be the same. It'll be popping for a month and then it'll die. It's just gonna harm everyone else for a little while. The RP opportunities aren't enough to justify how it will affect other battalion who are still struggling for members. We can commemorate them as Event jobs but having a whole new battalion helps no one.
