So I have spoken to both parties and witnesses called by the accused. The accused admitted he did this and that it was a "joke" but other parties have stated that the joke wasn't really clear or what Cloud thought he was doing. This report has been accepted and Cloud has been removed and blacklisted from the staff team for 1 month.

+1 stats can be tweaked but other than that I agree with adding his lore sniper.

+1 He's trading off a weapon that gives him an actual advantage at short to medium range so that he can RP as his character who in his lore has an actual sniper that can fire multiple rounds. Honestly this suggestion doesn't affect anyone in any way whatsoever so how you gonna minus one it lmao.

what I meant by that was being unable to even compete against automatic weapons in PVP but I get what you mean

+1, but if you don't wanna get owned in PVP then get good at PVP, sure the RCs had better equipment in lore, but a big part of it was that they were well trained and able.

I understand that's what you want, and its probably lore, but that isn't how snipers are supposed to be used regardless. You're trying to make the sniper into a DMR if you want round bursts with continuous fire without spread. Because i know people in the server dont use snipers the way they're supposed to. Im iffy on this, but i just saw your edits so Nevermind this reply

-1 shouldnt the rest of the battalion be spoken to about this? not really happy at all im learning about this on the forums. Ive also had no problems with cts coming down there..and one of our troopers has no problem getting new recruits..it sounds like lazyness to me more than placement

As long as the accuracy isnt garbage and I'm able to shoot fast without rounds going everywhere and hitting where I aim I'm fine with that Edit: also it would fit lore for crosshair :)

Give it more RPM & Give it less Damage, Maybe like 250 Damage per hit. & Of course range drop off.

Stats are fine and makes sense but burst for a sniper rifle that's better than the LD-1? Chief called and he said this wasn't it. Just raise the rpm rather than make it hell for event jobs and such.

Thats maybe a little powerful, should maybe be equivalent to LD1 not significantly better

+1 Ton of the dead people are on the server and lore has been out the window for a while now. Would add passive roleplay and visually let anyone know that's around him that roleplay is going on.

I was given EVIDENCE of @Keem sending sexual inappropriate TEXT /PMs to a female gamer trying to play as a trooper. It was not a one time thing, nor was it in a joking manner welcomed by BOTH PARTIES. It was clear it was designed to get a response and one of very poor taste. I talked to @Joah and a few other HA+ and it was decided to be a PERMA Ban over a 7 day ban. I will not be apart of this decision to reverse the ban. That would have to come from a DIRECTOR+. I know if the messages was sent to my 17 year old daughter, Keem, you and I would be having a very different conversation right now. Keem, I hope you learn from this and all I can tell you is this. Think before you submit anything to anyone else in any game. If you would be ok with sending what it is you are about to send to your Sister(s), Mother, Grandmother etc.. it is probably ok to send.
