Reason(s) why we should accept your appeal: I hope that You accept my appeal is because of the reasons that I was younger [14] and was influenced by other members of the community at the time. As a 14 year old I honestly thought that it was funny and dumb at the time even though I had multiple things that I had on the server that I put on the line such as My rank, My status in the community, my status from my CO's and Just the Overall great environment that I had on the server. As it Has been Eight months since this incident and I have became older [15] I have dwelled on why I did it and how it was wrong. Through these eight months I had jumped from multiple servers trying to fill the hole that I had created. I went From superior servers to icefuse but even though they had great pop. It Didnt feel the same as this server did. I know it is not necessary at all to have me back on the server and I am okay with that. But If you feel that it is alright to allow me to be back on the server. I would be very Grateful.
Evidence to support your claims: I do not remember his name but I will share his discord ID: 2e#4549. He was One of the main influencers that had me do what I did and he is the only one I could recover. He has already been banned from the server. But I wanted to share this to you so I could prove that me saying I was influenced wasnt a lie. This member was apart of Alpha ARC Before he was banned. If I am Right He was Alpha 78 at the time so about 8 months ago. I do not know what he was banned for He never told me.

I remember you and Thorpy did NOT Influence you and as a matter of fact I don't think anyone did. I've seen your DM's and interaction with Thorpy as well as the Onderon Patriot server and what you said is a blatant lie. Unless you have hard evidence stop using him as a scapegoat to get unbanned knowing he may reappeal in the future. Also, you did know why he was banned because he messaged you on the day he was to join a call so please stop lying.

Proof: 

In conclusion, Thorpy was not involved in Xeno's ban. In the screenshots you can see Thorpy does not encourage/congratulate Xeno after what he did.

Retracting my +1 for the time being until the above claims and my questions below are addressed. If they aren’t, assume a -1. 

I am very curious how you did not who 2e was considering his infamy on this server, and why you didn’t ask anybody in this Onderon Patriot Discord who he was. If you have his @ you could have easily viewed mutual servers to ask to ask people in there and find out, which seems important for an appeal. Also, how do you remember someone’s Alpha number over the name they go by? I’d really like to see some evidence of Thorpy telling you to do this, which I would assume you would have given you have his @ and know he was the one who told you to do this. 

After speaking with Thorpy and viewing his side of things and inspecting DMs and his messages in that Discord, it really seems like you’re trying to blame him and copy other appeals that did the same in a coy manner by acting like you don’t really know him. I was fairly close with Thorpy at the time of this incident and still am so I’m curious how I never heard about this given that he never mentioned this at the time when he was being very open about what he did on Synergy to get banned. Take this with a pinch of salt as it has been a while but this is what I personally remember. I’d really like to see your side in more detail, since as Hansen said this would affect Thorpy’s chance of appeal in the future.

P.S. How did you join the 41st Discord yesterday when either I as 41st CMD/XO or a high staff had banned from it originally?

I don't think you posting porn was an issue at all. Personally a perm for it seems dumb imho but i get the reasoning behind it. 
The fact you're choosing to blame someone else for your ban shows no growth and maturity issues. Not entirely sure wtf the "Onderon Patriots" are but it seems like a group of losers. Associating yourself with people like that is a bad idea from the start. If you were truly remorseful i don't think you'd be laughing about it and advertising it to a group of people. Past that, using an already permbanned person as a scapegoat when they have no way to defend themself is fucked.

-1 Just from this statement alone. For you not owning up to your own actions as stupid as they were and merely blame someone else saying that they forced you to do it. At the end of the day you and you alone are responsible for your own actions, you can point all day and say "he made me say this" or "he made me do that" but you chose to do it regardless. You say you have matured but you claiming that someone made you do something quickly shows a red flag that you have not matured at all in my eyes. 
Finally, everything else that everyone else already said about you not really seeming to care about being permabanned and have zero remorse about it.
