Updating the DEFCON Voice Lines

Suggestion: Update the DEFCON Voice Lines that activate when you change the DEFCON on base

Implementation: Implement these changes

(If no workshop content, suggest a developer or put "Require Development")

Other: Currently the voice lines are outdated after the DEFCON changes that were implemented a few months ago. My recommendation is to make the voice lines possibly a little more vague so that any potential changes in the future don't require changes to this system. 

DEFCON 5 - Return to Normal Duties!

DEFCON 4 - Sweep and Clear the Base!

DEFCON 3 - Repel the enemy from the Base!

DEFCON 2 - Report to battlestations!

DEFCON 1 - Evacuate the base!

or just have Mavelle only say the DEFCON that way any changes in the future won't require changes to the map.

+1, obviously they need to be updated, but what Heart said would be so cool to be implemented, kinda adds a tiny bit of variety.

never really liked the voice actor i got for the defcon voice lines, think he tries too hard

this'd just be a simple sound swap, i can see about variations but that requires some event scripting and im no wizard when it comes to that

Honestly variation would be cool but tbh can’t guarantee this shit doesn’t change again in the near future when I’m gone. Think the best option is just to simply call the DEFCON number and leave it at that. That way we aren’t revisiting this like we do regiments every 9 months
