    Clear Cache, Clear Workshop, reinstall game. this is not a server issue as other people are able to connect without issues. If it was server related everyone would have issues.

    Without other people experiencing it, A video showing it or anything else there is not much we are able to do at this time. If you can get more information about it and a video that would be more helpful. I would recommend clearing all your addons and unsubbing from all your addons and doing a fresh install of GMOD to see if that fixes the issue.
