I joined 327th back when in 2015, this was the first time playing any Gmod RP so I wanted to learn quickly how things go. The guys there were able to teach me a lot of how things work from the ranking structure in the battalion to the overall community, from there I wanted to help the battalion grow. When I was eligible for K-Company I took the chance and was able to become part of it. Once the battalion was in decline I did my best on keeping others to join and others to stay with us but to no avail. Once I got Major I did my best to do more, but college exams came up and got in the way of things I planned with the group. Then once I came back nearly everyone left and it was quite demoralizing for me so I left Icefuse.

 

Synergy - Rancor (PVT-XO)

I was luckily able to become Rancor back in 2018 and I stuck with it for the past two years. I was able to learn how Rancor is able to work from the bottom up during my time. As an NCO I had always try to make it to each ARC training so when my time came up that I would be prepared. Once an officer I did my best to keep things going make sure that others are okay. Once I got Major I was able to do ARC training on my with supervision and then later on by myself. From CMD onward I am usually able to be at each training make sure that the information given to new ARCT is correct and able to understand. As well be making sure that ARC documents are updated from those at training and the public roster.

 

Why should you become a battalion Commander?:

I have been with Rancor for the past 2 years since I joined the server. As well I have been making sure that all of the ARC docs are up to date. I am always been available to talk to on Discord or TS if anything about ARC comes up. I try to accommodate others the best I can without giving to much leeway as well making sure that others can do a lot better than they are. I also want to ensure that others are able to express their own leadership styles and free will without it impeding on others or causing any problems.

Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?:

I want Rancor to be known as a place where players are welcomed and will be lead through as they climb the ranks so they can be the next Colt, Blitz, Havoc, or have a greater role in another battalion. Making sure that ARC training's are always on their appropriate dates and making sure that training's are able to accommodate every player that joins the server. That Rancor is a place for ARCs that want to make sure their battalion is going strong in their ARC programs. As well that Alpha ARC designation training will be ongoing after my time and that most of the designations are taken.
 

Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?:

Do you understand that your position has a three-month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank?:

Pranzer, you are definitely one of the reasons I miss Rancor. You’re always such a chill guy to have in the channel, but you can always get down to brass tax when needed. I have no doubt Rancor will be lead well under you. Make 10 day Havoc proud!

+1 Pranzer is the longest active member of ALL RANCOR, he's been in RANCOR for an extremely long time and done literally nothing but good for it and dare i say it one of the only people that actually worked their asses off to achieve the position they're in. ALSO THE ONLY PERSON TO BECOME XO AS COLT BTW(THAT SAYS ALOT)  You're literally the only reason RANCOR is still standing and dare i fucking say it again. he's the only guy who literally saw RANCOR being built from scratch and back to its feet countless times. That really speaks for itself. He's seriously the backbone of this battalion!

Another round of blitz applications? Time flies. 

 

I won't be giving a plus one or minus one to either candidate, and I have done this with nearly every blitz position that was contested by more than one candidate. But never more so than now do I think it is natural to do so. 

 

Both Pranzer, and Solerino are good examples of leadership and have different qualities that makes them a successful leader.

As for Pranzer he has been around for quite some time which gives him a strong degree of respect from members within the battalion. A quality that strikes me the most about Pranzer is the comradery he has cultivated with nearly all members of the battalion from Colonels to Enlisted. This is quite essential as in the servers culture people are more likely to listen to someone they feel a connection to over someone that has a shiny title in front of their name. I would caution falling too deeply into these friendships when disciplinary action is involved, as I know you wouldn't allow personal feelings to compromise your judgement but outsiders looking in may speculate on that. I am also going to praise Pranzer on his professionalism with other battalions handling disputes, or queries with the care that is needed to put our best foot forward in every interaction.

I must also praise both candidates for their work on ARC trainings I can’t remember the last time we missed an ARC training which is a badge of courage for the current RANCOR high command members. Well done boys!

I would also challenge both candidates to think past our current systems / processes, and think of ways to improve the current systems that RANCOR has. While what we have works well and is a solid foundation, no matter what process that touches, whether it be rank requirements, intel, how we conduct our ARC trainings and content therein, or anything. I can’t help but feel that we could continue to improve and create a better ARC system for both ourselves, and the server and one of my selfish desires is for a future candidate to continue to expand on our rock solid foundation laid by SIxta and many of the previous BCMDs
