-1 my dude. I love you vertical, but even i know the battalions on the server need work themselves. The recent 21st wipe speaks a lot for itself.

Just like with logic's ban appeal. I'm all for second chances with the community trying to turn over a new leaf. Even forseen states it was a long time ago. As much as I'd also like to see ghoul's input on this I feel you recognized the situation as a whole and gave a lot of details on your side of it. If I remember it was stated that you a ghoul had talked afterwards and ended up forgiving each other kind of deal. I might be mistaken. It's a new year with a lot of changes. If your just trying to reconnect with people good on you just be mindful where you step. +1

Some people seem to have a misunderstanding that he does not plan to comeback. He wants to comeback in the sense of reconnecting with some people. YOU don't have to be that person to reconnect with him if you don't want. I can almost guarantee hes been enjoying himself playing other games and bettering himself. I personally had my ban appeal for the same reasons and I've only been on the server in 3 occasions since then. If logic is coming back to do that same thing whats the harm in that especially with the new founders trying to turn over a new leaf and giving these people these chances to appeal because they want to reconnect. This stuff happened over a year ago and yes there seems to be some kind of major drama every year. Joah is gone and i doubt he even visit again so unless joah personally seeks out logic i don't think anything new will occur. There seems to be a lot of personal grudges and bad blood to the point someone came back and had to reverify their account just so they could -1 logic. Honestly if you have to do that is that not some kind of witch hunting? Clearly someone told that person just so they come and -1 it. I'm just saying it's been a shitty year with a lot of changes in everyone's lives. We all had to live through these changes one way or another. As of now it's a brand new year with new founders and a fresher looking community. Give the man a chance to prove you all wrong the same way yall gave me the chance.

I don't know you very well and don't know the entire story that had happened. Maybe there was more that meets the eye maybe there wasn't. Your doing the same thing I was wanting to do when I had my own personal ban appeal. I wanted to clear the air and even though I don't play the server anymore I wanted to be able to stay connected with some people. You seem like you've matured up to own up what you did and it was over a year ago. People gave me a second chance so personally I'm biased in giving you that second chance. +1 P.s. For those of you -1 with no reason or just saying "Lol" You make great arguments and give the rest of us a lot of information

-1 even though I don't play the server anymore. It's more or less people need to have the know of when to mess around and when to be serious. There needs to be a good balance. I feel setting it to semi- serious is just going to lead to much more minging. Just an opinion

Looking through everyones input and ideas. Even though i still like to see some flame troopers, i think baron makes a valid point in there being a compromise. Just that there seems to not be those willing to do so. And what seems to be some petty arguements between the touchy subject of 21st. I do i have to agree with most and say how 21st does have the most subunits and models already to the battalion. I mean not even that long ago they even got default nova corp trooper models finally. I think asking for models is a bit much now. -1 to models +1 name change (But what do i know i barley play the server anymore)

This mean 21st gonna get flame troopers then? It is a small amount of lore, but hey it's there and man do roasted bugs sound good. +1

*sigh* I really didn't want this to happen in the slightest . First off, Thank you @Forseen for giving me the chance and opportunity to come in here and make a statement. I apologize for all the staff and fourm mods that had to overlook this entire post because of how bad the arguments got. I want to thank everyone who did +1 my appeal and willing to have faith in my words and I'm sorry for all those who -1 it I left a disclaimer in the appeal to help divert and avoid something like this happen. I was contacted and given the chance to post 1 message here to help give some clarification and answer a few questions. Out of respect for forseen I will not attempt to attack or call out anyone who have said some things that lead to some of these arguments. Now for some Clarification. 1. There was a massive reason I had made the disclaimer, because unfortunately I was heavily involved in some "things" that were involved with the other banned members, but thats also why I was making it revolved around what I had personally said as i can't control what other people would say. I WILL not go further into this because I want to move past everything that happened hence making this attempt at a ban appeal. I will own up to my mistakes and what I said and I thoroughly apologized and tried to make the attempts to "bury the hatchet" as the saying goes. I threw mine down first I just hope everyone else will. 2. In response to @TheCyan, I'm very happy you did read the appeal and did respond to it. I will never expect you to accept my apology. I just wanted to own up to what I did and make that attempt to repairing it. I'm sorry for how you feel yet I must also state that you can't purely blame everything that did happen to you on the server on us. The reason behind that is because yes there were complaints about you, but there was NEVER an attempt from MYSELF to maliciously target you in anyway. I didn't agree with everything you did and how you handled certain situations and there were multiple occasions I never ever hated you or disliked you to the point I said to myself "how can I fuck with cyan today" or "man I can't wait to mess with cyan today" There was not ONCE that thought other than that moment and only due to the fact we were bantering with each other and poking jokes at each other. Hence the screenshots i initially provided. I MYSELF was to trying to target you or maliciously mentally harm you. Again I apologize and I hope to bury this flaming hatchet. 3. This ban appeal is because I am COMMUNITY banned. I am looking to be unbanned from the community as a whole. Some of you do seem to be assuming I intend to completely come back to the server. I met many many amazing people from this community and have played it for a long time. It's something I put my heart into and thoroughly enjoyed coming home from work and jumping on at night. I'm aware that is many of us that are like that and thats something I appreciate from the community. Let it be known right here and now. If being unbanned is possible I will closely watch what I do say and make sure to not let it happen again. Another thing, Since I am making a ban appeal my intention is to just be able to be apart of the community again, but this does not mean I will come back to Gmod and play the server as I once did. I DON'T intend to try and join DU again as I have scars now from it. (for those who were worried i try and comeback to it) Honestly, I wouldn't even know what to do in the server anymore. I plan at the very least to visit the server and either roll around as a CT or a BH. I just want to be able to talk with people and enjoy the community in other ways. 4. After this message I will be re banned until this is either passed or denied. it said decrease before but now it say - Increased Z6 accuracy from 0.03 to 0.025 - Increased Z6 damage from 20 to 30 Im pretty sure it said decrease from .3 to .2 before and how is lower better? @Zim your messing with me now aren't you?

Honestly the point I was making was pointing out to the people are forgetting how weak the current Z6 is. And Havoc squad specialized in Shock and awe tactics. But each battalion has a big hook to them.

+1 So all you know I am the DU HWSL and also Crush. 1. The DU subunit has no shields to utilize we just don't have them and it's been brought up. 2. The thing about the shields is they are very difficult to use correctly considering it needs flat ground to stay up in the first place. 3. With the new update for the Z6 they personally will be harder to fight with because the Accuracy is dropping for .3 to .2 but with a damage increase from 20 to 30. 4. The HWS is the current largest branch in DU and we try and try. Your all looking at the z6 like it was the old one that was a literal laser beam it would absolutely shred and destroy everything even just as 1 person. The z6 has changed... the weapons have changed they are not the same op weapons as before. The current z6 has the accuracy of the Dc-15s which no one uses unless in super close range and the z6 has a wind up where once it drops to 153 remaining in the clip that's when it shoots the fastest. I try and raise z6 awareness, but most battalions suffer in the HWS because the weapons are not great. I've talked with a few of them. It's not a great weapon considering there is half the server running around with much strong perm weapons (even though I understand they worked for it) 5. Like truffle is saying the z6 is a "hook". Every battalion has a hook. Rancor has their ARC. 501st has their main story and are the most known of any battalion within the Clone wars. 104th are known from the show because of wolffe and snow coon and heavily use vehicles. 21st has unique models and noticeable features. CG is the police force with their batons. 41st uses a lot of AT RT and have quite a few ARF along with yoda. 212th is the same thing as 501st with them being so well known from the show. I've seen it too often lately where I watch our battalion trying and trying for hours and days to get a recruit and get someone who might tryout till they ask about if we had shields and z6's. Even though we tell them we have a HWS branch they can join I've personally witnessed them up and leave to join another more enticing battalion. Some of these CT's that did this I still see on the server so it's not like some of them were one and done. When I see this and find out people have done this to some of our troopers who are trying their hardest its very demoralizing to that extent. Just remember when I say the z6 in its current state is a much weaker weapon compared to before the equalization update.

Decreased z6 accuracy? it can barley hit the broad side of a barn in the first place. Your killing me @Zim I say this as Crush and HWSL that this is appalling. Other than that liking the big update good work.

Scribbles I didn't know you all that well, but all i ever heard was nothing but good things about you. The problem is I want to have a lot of trust and faith in people to do the right thing. This is 4 MAJOR offences and your well liked enough to have gotten away with it for so long. The issue is I think this is a way of saying take a break from the game. you weren't playing in the major league you were playing teeball, but even they strike out eventually. I hate to do this scribbles as I enjoyed your events and your RP but I need to -1 this for any full appeal. you do have my +1 to staying in the TS i see no issue with talking with the friends you made. -Ninjaman
