Ranks Old and New

Suggestion: Possible new ranks and remove other ranks (Note: This is not needed its just an idea)

Implementation: Add more ranks to the GAR rank structure and remove some.

Lore: No lore. real talk the GAR had a lot less rank then even we have.

+1 - maybe Sergeant Major of the Battalion as a 2nd WO rank instead so

CSM -> SMB & WO -> 2LT etc

I know SMB/WO are the same things but if we are adding more WO ranks then, just add SMB then.

I like removing WO just so we can make it easier, because as it stands, it's more of a trial rank for some batt's I've seen.

CSM should be the grading period where people decide how high they can move after 2weeks/1month/however long

Because CSM-CPT/LTs are common as it is

-1 To all the rank changes. We dont need 5 different WO's, 1stSgt is a rank and not a title, XO is a billet, they are a CMDR but have more authority than a regular CMDR.

HOWEVER!

+1 To changing CC to CR. Helps to remove some confusion.

-1 to remove 1SG, while it may be a billet in the Air Force,  In the Army (which is what our ranks are based off of) it is an actual rank equal in grade to MSG.

-1,  saying it should be removed because it’s a title not a rank is dumb because, battalion commander is the same. Either way this is all going off of the us army’s  rank structure, not even supported by lore. Overall this is useless and would change nothing and saying “it’s a title not a rank” means absolutely nothing. If anything there should only be 1 person as a title rank at a time in the battalion but to up and remove them would do absolutely nothing.

The server already follows the ranks of the Army and not lore with the acception of BCMD+. Why not go all the way.

If we went full "Lore" ranks we would only have 

Clone marshal commander, Clone regimental commander, Clone trooper captain, Clone trooper commander, Clone trooper corporal, Clone trooper lieutenant ,Clone trooper major, Clone trooper sergeant

-1. Its not really necessary. Additionally all the WO ranks are naval ranks, we are an Army. It would make sense for us. Armys only have 1 WO, hence why we only have 1.

In all fairness I do not see the need or requirement myself to make this change, yes I can see where your argument on that "We don't follow Lore ranks" comes from however at the same time that doesn't mean we jump off the deep end with it, due to this I am going to have to -1 this.
