  1. Name: Snow RP Rank: Commander Suggestion: Add more ARF whitelists with Specializations to Rancor. Rancor is more than just ARC troopers and we need jobs to be able to reflect that and allow more troopers to use whitelists without being ARC trained. The jobs I want to add are Medics and Heavys, and change the HVO trooper to be an ARF trooper in line with what is seen in the clone wars show. The jobs could use new models which would be preferable, especially for the medic to differentiate it from other troopers. We are currently at 18/20 whitelists so these changes should line up well with other battalions. Implementation: Add ARF Medic & Create the relevant model Add ARF Heavy whitelist & Create the relevant model Change Heavy Ordinance to an ARF Heavy Ordnance Trooper & Create the relevant model. Lore: Rancor was a battalion composed of ARF Troopers and ARC Troopers, ARC Commander Blitz led a team of ARF troopers with Rocket launchers during the Battle of Kamino. Workshop content if applicable: Requires Development (If no workshop content, suggest a developer or put "Require Development") If you are asking to add or change a job, fill out the following if not, leave it out. Add or Change: (Any job modification requires all this information) Add: Job: ARF Medic Slots: N/A Description: ARF Troopers were part of the Rancor Battalion Model: Requires Development Weapons: weapon_bactakit rw_sw_dc15s rw_sw_dc15a Add: Job: ARF Heavy Trooper Slots: N/A Description: ARF Troopers were part of the Rancor Battalion Model: Requires Development Weapons: rw_sw_z6 rw_sw_dc15s rw_sw_dc15a Change Rancor Heavy Ordinance Trooper to: Job: Rancor ARF Heavy Ordinance Trooper Slots: N/A Description: ARF Troopers were part of the Rancor Battalion Model: Requires Development Weapons: rw_sw_rps6 rw_sw_dc15s rw_sw_dc15a
  2. 4/3/5 - Was a nice filler patrol when not much was going on. Appreciated it greatly.
  3. RP Name: Havoc Battalion: Rancor Battalion Who is in command until you return?: CPT Fordo, General Yoda Length of Absence: 6 Days Feeling some pretty hardcore burn out, I need a break to rest as I don't want to push myself to burn out permanently. I will pick back up either friday or saturday night. Entity and Sixta are in charge while I am gone, I will still answer questions in discord.
  4. 4/5/5 Cool Ranch is the best
  5. 5/5/5 It was a really fun event and I loved the dupes you used, great event as always Kaiser.
  6. Steam Name: Snow RP Name: Alpha-77 Fordo RP Rank: Commander Steam ID: 76561198103410304 Battalion you are applying for: Rancor Battalion Experience: August 2017 - December 2017 Rancor Battalion I joined the battalion within a month of joining the server. It wasn't my first choice, but I was told it was the best way to become an ARC trooper. When I joined the battalion Rancor did not do rank transfers I was put down to TR3, the equivalent of Private now. As a Private I did my ARC trainings and eventually became an ARC Trooper and Sergeant. I was promoted to ARF Lead soon after making Sergeant Major, as ARF Lead I helped train new ARF Troopers to pass ARC Selections. I also gave them things to do around the ship to promote RP such as marching, armory RP, medical checkups, etc. Commander Havoc Commander Havoc was my first look into Rancor High Command. As Commander Havoc I was responsible for hosting ARC trainings as this was when only Commanders hosted ARC trainings on top of managing our Officer Corps. As Havoc I helped increase our numbers through appointing Officers, particularly those who want to be ARF Officers to help our junior enlisted. This was a real defining moment for me as it showed me what it really took to manage a battalion. Battalion Commander Blitz As Battalion Commander I was responsible for ARC trainings and making executive decisions as a whole, to be honest, I don't think I did too much as BCMD at this time. As BCMD I highly encouraged RP and strict discipline in the battalion making sure everyone followed the ARC standard. January 2018 - July 2018 Rancor Battalion After Rancor HC was removed sometime after I resigned I was asked to come back and help reconstruct the battalion and ensure we were meeting the ARC standards. To this end I assisted Rider who was made Commander Colt to fill the gaps in our Command team. Commander Havoc Once Rider was made BCMD I once again became Commander Havoc, with the responsibility of ensuring standards were being met across the entire battalion and ensuring our members were active. I also once again had the responsibility of hosting ARC trainings on time. As Havoc I pushed to make sure each trooper was up to standard and proud to be a member of the Rancor Battalion. During this time Fizzik and Dragon came back to help out also and Rancor grew a lot during this time. Commander Trauma When Trauma's Unit was first added I managed to get 5 members, but it ultimately failed due to being saddled with creating an ARF training that gave an increased workload onto a small subunit that was supposed to be focused on growing. June 2019 - January 2020 Null-class ARC Prudii Skirata As Prudii I didn't necessarily have a lot of responsibility per se, but it really opened my eyes to roleplaying a character beyond the usual line and quips. As Prudii I always made sure to try my best to work with other battalions and be a friendly and sociable person. Ordo Skirata As Ordo I was Null ARC XO and I was responsible for the other Nulls, making sure they didn't get in trouble and assisting Kal in hosting tryouts. January 2023 - Present Rancor Battalion Since coming back things have been a bit different compared to the other times I've been here. In Rancor I've always been in a high leadership position without really being able to seek help even when I was an officer the first time I had no other Officers to guide me. It has been an adjustment period to work with other officers properly, as well as my Commanders. In Rancor I sought out MEDL and revive the branch as it is essential to us operating effectively. Captain Aven I initially applied to be Aven because I wanted something to be responsible for to actually motivate me to hang around and be active. I chose Alpha ARC because I had been in Null and really enjoyed the RP aspects of it. As Aven I played a friendly Medic seeking to help anyone who needed it. Becoming an Officer again was interesting I had to really catch up on how we ran things. Commander Fordo I eventually was chosen to become Fordo, so far as Fordo I rewrote our Weapons and Tactics training from the ground up to be Leadership and Tactics and it be an essential part of our ARC training. I've also become Commander and have been helping our Officer Corps and helping around as needed making sure things are being done as they should. I am also the Alpha ARC 2IC, responsible for the welfare and training of our Alpha ARCs. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: I have proven leadership skills in the battalion, for the past 3 months I have been assisting Slump in running our Alpha ARC branch. I helped revive the Medical branch before then as MEDL when I was Aven. I have a lot of experience in commander and officer positions in the battalion. I have been a Rancor Commander several times over the years. I have also been Rancor Battalion Commander before and it was a tremendous learning experience. To be honest, it’s really hard to pick up after Brooklyn. I want to do my best to continue what Brooklyn and Naffen has started and help contribute to making Rancor the best it can be. In picking up after Brooklyn I have a couple plans for the battalion to help continue to develop Rancor to be better. These plans involve refining what Brooklyn started. Trauma’s Unit: I plan to work with the current Trauma to introduce recon training and further develop what TU does during events. This is so that it can have its own appeal as a sub unit focused on long range recon patrols and work independently of the battalion to gather and report information to the battalion. Officer Corps: I want each Officer to understand their role well and be able to work with the rest of the Officer corps. Officers will be delegated specific roles as they are now, but increasingly defined to focus the responsibility of each rank to handle different aspects of the battalion. Availability: SUN: All Day MON: After 6 PM TUE: After 6 PM WED: All Day; Occasionally after 6 PM THU: After 10 PM FRI: After 6 PM SAT: All Day Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: I have around 4300 hours on the server over the past six years. Do you have a microphone?: Yes. Where do you want your battalion to be at the end of your term?: I'm not a big believer in big long paragraphs for this section or in general as I believe in a short and sweet application. Most apps can boil it down to the battalion being active, well trained, growing, and roleplaying well and I want all of these things like any other Commander. So besides the usual I want the battalion to be able to sustain itself with minimal effort from the Commanders and Rancor HC. I want all NCOs and Officers to be able to understand their positions and contribute to the functioning of this battalion. The foundation has already been placed by Brooklyn and I seek to expand this idea through selecting officers that can be trusted and delegating tasks to encourage it. To be honest, it’s a tall order to pick up after Brooklyn, but I will make sure Rancor continues it’s upward growth. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes, I understand. Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank?: Yes.
