CSM should be the grading period where people decide how high they can move after 2weeks/1month/however long Because CSM-CPT/LTs are common as it is

Most units have a master sergeant in this position. Ps. I am in the Air Force this is a thing. How would you all feel about just WO and CW?

If we went full "Lore" ranks we would only have Clone marshal commander, Clone regimental commander, Clone trooper captain, Clone trooper commander, Clone trooper corporal, Clone trooper lieutenant ,Clone trooper major, Clone trooper sergeant
