Sounds like an easy choice for the dev team

LTC and COL are cool sounding ranks but is this really a way people will reduce burnout? they don't actually serve much function and basically just allow you to cover up a boring job with promotions which are one of the few truly satisfying parts of the server. There has to be better ways to keep people interested than simple linear promotions. This feels like a plaster solution to a real problem of player retention. There was a time in synergy when ranks would take months and months to get through and it was a genuine slog but there was actually very few complaints about how slow the system was because there were great events and a really fun community to partake in. Getting to BCMD in a year was considered quite fast in large battalions in early synergy because ranks were an incredibly strong status symbol rather than just an incentive to keep playing like mobile games having daily rewards. Keeping people interested in the server is harder than just adding ranks and this would just bloat battalion's officer corps which are usually already huge. Maybe slow down sergeant progression and make officer a longer process to obtain while increasing power and responsibility of NCOs. Make being a sergeant something to actually enjoy rather than being a work horse step to officer where you actually get power and say. SGM is essentially exactly the same as SGT more or the same amount of steps as WO to CMD yet the difference in power gain is enormous in the officers but non existent in Sergeants. There are smarter ways to approach burn out than adding buffer ranks in-between commander and major, in fact for a lot of early synergy the Colonel ranks didn't exist at all.

-1, how many fucking jobs do you need? just downgrade how many masters you have cause this is ridiculous. You do not need more jobs especially ones that will require such hard to make models. If you want more freelance jobs than you should get rid of some of the battalion ones. Also do you really want some of these blank nothing characters or do you just want more special slots? the only ones that could maybe maybe be justified are knight and padawan lore jobs but a lot of those master (pong krell, even piell, yarell poof) are quite hard to make because they are so unique. battalions have super strict restrictions on how many jobs they can have and jedi have essentially free reign to have half the jobs on the server lol, lose some if you want more?

This was your fault weird that jayarr gave you guys this choice and you chose the phase 1, he borderline refused to make phase 1 but caved in because you wanted them so bad. If you don't want shit models don't ask for them next time? This is backwards development square warned us about. You got phase 2 models and you said no, jayarr had to remodel to get those god awful phase 1, this is karmic justic ngl -1

all models use the same base, coin slots aren't a standard clone hairstyle so it wasn't included. That's my guess, it explains why cody doesn't have his scar. +1, would be nice to have clone faces updated overall they haven't changed in years and look fucking awful but that's a big ask

He reached out to me and from what I remember I have never interacted with him. He stopped doing this shit in December that's not even 10 weeks ago. How are you guys falling for this? I doesn't matter if it seems genuine he left his most egregious issues out like posting gore and porn in discord with a bunch of minors. We can have forgiveness but like why do we have to risk you back in the server? You did some awful things and going around with a copy paste to everyone you know uses the forum doesn't prove anything. What camp is this? Did they teach you posting gore is wrong? Did you get a seminar on why suicide gifs are actually not funny?

The problem was mostly his inability to admit wrong doing. He clearly wasn't remorseful in his actions. However seabass is still absolutely off the table. The fact you admit a lot of this stuff only stopped recently and because you heard Hansen got back on the server. While this all feels pretty genuine I just don't know why you wouldn't do it again especially after you have left some stuff out like the gore you posted which was the most egregious thing. -1, your whole crew isn't coming back. Hansen only got let back because his ban wasn't as justified yours 100% was.

+1, the mass removal of ranks was pretty dumb like trimming sure but half the ranks disappeared completely
