I take offence to not having a Minecraft server, I run our MC server, this is fake news. Also we have an entire TS server, not just a channel, which you won't get to see because we don't allow betas, get rekt kid. FYI this is just a meme, I just wanna participate, I don't intend to actually offend, because I'm not a nerd.

+1 being able to actually do ATC would be really, really cool, rather than being text based where you can only be so descriptive. I think this would be great for enhancing Pilot RP and as a plus overcomes the main hurdle of ATC, which is text limits and time to type

We're still in contact, but I wanted to put this down somewhere official, so here. We have had our ups and downs Fizzik, but we have both always had the same thing on our mind with Rancor, Since the first time I became Blitz, I saw what you wanted from Rancor and it wasn't so different from mine, and while I don't want you to go and I wanna just say "stick around" it's understandable why you would leave Rancor and the Server. It definitely took a while for me to warm up to you considering our less than stellar introduction, but now that I'm here 2 years later, I think you were an amazing Commander and Officer, and your insight was invaluable in keeping the Battalion's values true. I suppose the time of old ARC is beginning to pass, as much as I wish it wouldn't, but that is that, and I suppose I will stick around to see what happens. It hurts to know we don't have the original Commander Blitz anymore, but we must continue to march on to see what the future brings. I wish you farewell from the Rancor Battalion, and it's been an honor to fight alongside you. o7 - ARC-2154

7/10 Pretty basic mission but enjoyed it nevertheless.

+1 why not add this to all Tech/Engineer jobs to enhance the class a little and give them a unique weapon? Also maybe nerf it a bit.

+1 Egg is a fantastic commander, and should be again, he led the 41st with distinction for the longest time, he knows what 41st needs to thrive and succeed, I mean, he was Gree for over a year, over a year of leading an active battalion with commanders who have gone, very, very far in the server because he developed and supported them, if that doesn't show he is a fantastic leader, I don't know what does.

7/10 Loved the terminal RP, Event jobs were a little weird at times, but it wasn't a big deal.

+1 Holy crap, this guy can lead, I've been here in SO BDE for a very short time, but from what I've seen Tinovious already stands above most others in the leadership department, and Kal would be a great step up in responsibility for him. He would be a great Kal'buir.

8/10 Not bad, gave a decent challenge to overcome, definitely better than the alternatives of being too easy or too hard. Good ideas, keep it up.

+1 Being in charge is a lot more than being active, it's about dedication and hard work, which you have proven yourself more than capable of by simply being Wrath. You have the qualities of a good leader, and have a plan for role play, which not many Applicants for a position have. As for people citing work in 327th, I think it is obvious you decided to devote most of your time to Sith, which is a positive in my eyes since you are applying for the *Dark Lord of the Sith* if anyone expects someone to be able to handle two work loads across 2 battalions at the same time, essentially being a Commander/XO equivalent in one of them, and do well, they should to look at where their priorities lie.

+1 Doesn't even make sense for clones to get in trouble in character if we are going by legends, since it's part of a series of contingency orders that every clone knows from flash training. Specifically Order 66 is a contingency order to remove the Jedi from power in the attempt of a coup, In lore they don't get in deep shit because they know of Order 66, since every clone knows what the order is, they get in shit because they know how the chancellor plans to use the contingency order. It's never made sense to be a rule even from a lore standpoint, and it's always been super stupid that you can be punished because of saying something so simple in ooc, even if it is part of a legitimate conversation. And to anyone who would argue about it in character, the authorization for the order can only come from the chancellor.

Battlefront has always been a casual game, the new ones are enjoyable to just sit down and shoot some dudes, maps in the old games focused on player freedom, the new ones take that away, which is why I prefer the old games, but the new ones aren't that bad once you consider all the changes from release. BF1(2004) > Elite Squadron > BF2(2005) > BF2(2017) > BF1(2015) > Renagade Squadron > Mobile Squadrons

-1 extremely hard to enforce, and from a realism point, doesn't really make sense unless you commit to also taking them out of a fight to a medbay or field hospital, which would be cool, but people would hate it because they get pulled out the action and prevented from doing their job by some random medic they don't know. (Dang, it was voided, I was typing what I wanted to say for a while, xd)

3/10 - While it was an event, it was a poorly managed one. You got on to one of my troopers for something that he said before he was killed and you got on to him "ruining your event" when that is your own fault, if a player ruins an event, that is on you for not adapting, and yelling at him solves nothing.

I was looking at some star wars videos when I saw a video from SUP (at the time I didn't know it was SUP, just that it was CWRP) and thought it looked fun, so I reinstalled GMod, tried to join the most populated server, which was SUP at the time, then saw SR had some free slots, and I joined, and it was probably the most fun I've had in a game for a long time. Before I joined I didn't know what CWRP was like so I just assumed it was like Roblox SWRP or something so I never checked it out, if it wasn't for that video I would have never tried it out.

Peer pressuring won't work, the way you should be keeping troopers disciplined is by regularly talking to them and developing them, rather than threatening them with a demotion. Imagine if they make a mistake, but you think it was intentional and you publicly demote them, how do you think they will react? They will likely either leave or hate you for it, it's just going to create unnecessary drama that wouldn't be created if you just talked to them to help them learn or performed the demotion in private.

-1 This is basically allowing officers to disrespect, demotions should be handled privately, and if a demotion occurs, the person should be talked to about it instead of just going, hey you are demoted. This is very bad, and put troopers on the spot when they shouldn't. It's destructive to the progress of troopers to do this. It's not about snowflakes, but simply not embarrassing people, it's tough love, but the wrong kind of tough love. Edit: Also, as an Officer, you should care about positively developing your Troopers through talking with them and helping them learn, not throw them into a trial by fire, which will either burn them out or cause them to hate you. You might think it might help people not mess up or whatever, but it won't, the person who messes up usually does it by accident, or through negligence, and if they need to be demoted because of it then it shouldn't be public because they will hate you for it if it were public, I see no good coming from this, it will only create more drama.

-1 When I'm doing drills out in the courtyard I do it on a pad because it's a nice small sectioned off area in the courtyard. And if a ship needs that pad, just request for them to vacate the pads, and AOS them if they don't, EZ fix. And I don't think there is a precedent in clone wars to not stand on a pad that's not in use, correct me if I'm wrong.
