+1 with the current salaries on jobs, bail prices are way too low, It doesn't take that long to get the amount needed to bail.

To add on to what I said, some battalions rely on tryout quotas, and if a trooper can't make that quota because too many battalions are doing tryouts, then they are fucked. It's a drastic change, one that will affect many battalions negativly, to fix a minor issue.

-1 Honestly, my biggest problem when I join another server is a complete lack of tryouts.

+1 for DB some people can't hear too well -1 for events I already have a hard time hearing people on the server and it would make it much much worse for me personally, ad it basically turns into white noise

I believe I will be able to come back and do my job the way a passionate administrator should. I always have a fondness for staff, they respond quickly and passionately, and I want to be a part of that and pass it forward, last time I was an admin I had around 400-500 hours on the server and now I have a little over double that at 1,200 hours. I also aim to eventually be able to show my creative side as a Game Master to create unique events and to also help others train and have fun through the use of unique dupes and simulations. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I love Star Wars, I’ve grown up with it my whole life, I remembering playing several Star Wars games when I was little, including Jedi Outcast on the Gamecube and Battlefront on the PS2, I am extremely passionate about Clone Wars lore, though I tend to know not as much as other people besides some obscure stuff about the Clone Legions. I am a senior in high school about to graduate, I have a lot of time to be on the server (I have ~90 Hours this past two weeks) and I’m back, I’m usually quiet when I’m not doing my job but will absolutely do whatever it takes to get the job done (provided I have time). I also really like drawing (I actually sort of got pressured into AP Art by my Art teacher) and spend a lot of my free time practicing color and form, I have a couple of things I’m not very good at when it comes to drawing, like balance, balance is pretty hard for me because if I do everything by eye it’s usually off by about an inch.
