Do you understand that if you go LOA on a named Jedi Character for more than two weeks, go on LOA on any RC character, or go LOA while being clone commander, you will be removed from that position: Yes I do. Do you understand that if you are going on LOA for more than two weeks you may lose your leadership position?: Yes I do.

That is where I believe differently, RANCOR is focused on training people, they work towards that goal while they are in the battalion, putting RANCOR on some sort of pedestal does nothing but promote elitism, which I personally despise the most out of everything.That's all I'm putting, I'd rather talk over TS about my concerns.

I have no particularly strong opinion about the battalions, except for RANCOR, personally touching RANCOR is a big no-no for me I know in the past me and the past RANCOR Commanders have busted our asses off to see the battalion work together, and lumping RANCOR into just a generic "Special Forces" and "best of the best" does a huge disservice to the work we put in to maintain it. Even from a lore perspective, RANCOR was not just ARC, they are a diverse battalion with ARF and ARC troopers focused on training and teamwork, not being some RC-lite. And as a side note, just saying "best of the best" means nothing without some sort of criteria.

LOA over, schedule has become less volitile and I can be on more again.

-1 back in the day I said if I ever retired from Rancor I would join 101st and help teach the new guys. This completely undermines all of what 101st was about back in the day, it was about teaching others how to do better and to funnel people where they want to go. By removing literally all chance of promotion you don't even stop the problem of CTs wanting to stay CTs, you create another problem where the experience of being a CT is terrible, I've seen so many new players burn out because the image of CTs is so bad and they are treated like trash, having someone in charge helps the experience of new players, and makes them want to stay, with new players first impressions is everything, and removing those who earned the rank removes anyone the new player look up to and make the problem of mingy CTs worse.

I will be attending the weekend meeting through my phone so I can keep up to date on staff. I'll be contactable over discord in the meantime. +1 Fire rate is broken, the Dualies used to be amazing, but now it's just.. not good, and not viable.

Jet Trooper with a republic sniper? Jet Troopers already have Jet Packs, I remember having to deal with JT jobs with Medkits in PVP and that was cancer, all JT's need is Jetpacks, nothing else. [-1]

Every interaction with Null I have had has been great, and to me the standout is Prudii, Siege is extremely friendly and out going and on top of that has been Prudii for a long time and he is a natural for the role.

+1 Rider, I've seen you go up and down the CoC since November and you have repeatedly proven that you are dedicated to the Battalion. You were excellent when I was Blitz and I remember seeing you go up. I think this is your time to shine and show what you are made of. You will make a fantastic leader in the face of what has transpired and show how great you really are.
